This hotel is truly a little slice of paradise. The property itself is beautiful, with sleek architecture and breathtaking views that make every moment feel like a postcard. The team—especially Mariana, Panos, Georges and everyone else ( can't remember all the names) —were warm, helpful, and genuinely lovely people. Our room was modern, extremely comfortable, and packed with smart tech that actually worked (a rare treat!). Breakfast was excellent every day—fresh, high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented. We loved how peaceful and secluded the setting was, yet still walkable to Agios Nikolaos in about 25 minutes. And with only 15 rooms, it never felt crowded—there was always a sun lounger waiting, no early towel wars required! A perfect blend of design, tranquility, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommend.

A perfect hotel

Breakfast quality of food and service was excellent. Although when I asked for a single croissant iI was told I had to have a basket of croissants and there was an extra cost of €6, even though breakfast was included. There were a few other items on the breakfast menu, nothing particularly unusual, such as pancakes with maple syrup but again at an extra charge of just €6/€7. As with the croissant, its not the cost which is negligible but the principle which is very petty when you are paying €800 a night to stay there!

See above breakfast comment and the same applies to water in the room. We were given a small 330ml bottle of water a day, which is very little and had to pay €4 per large bottle there afterwards. Again, rather petty, when you consider the cost to the hotel is probably 30c a bottle and you are paying €800 a night

Very stylish Boutique hotel for Design lovers. Amazing infinity pool with endless views over the blue sea, nice private beach (be prepared that the water is chilly is a cold river from the mountain runs into the sea, quite refreshing), amazing staff and great food. “Paros” is the best suite for couples, great terrace and huge private pool with direct view of Agios Nikolaos and the sunrise in your bed room. Staff is super friendly and goes the extra mile.

It’s a rather small hotel so the vibes highly depend on the guests that are there. It should be an adults only hotel as there is nothing to do for children and when they get bored they….would also recommend to make the whole hotel smoke free and don’t allow alcohol by the pool.

Absolutely idyllic setting. Beautiful room with amazing view and rooftop jacuzzi. Friendly, attentive staff. Lovely private beach. Very nice pool with stunning views. Quiet and peaceful.

The restaurant food could have been better. The sea is very cold due to a river flowing into it. However, the public beach is within walking distance and the sea there is warm.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was perfect and their attention to detail was second to none. One morning they noticed I had teabags in my room And immediately set up a kettle, mugs and fresh milk for me. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. We would revisit again and again! Nothing

Location is superb. Although fairly close to the road there is minimal noise and almost all the rooms face towards the sea. You feel as if the property is completely on its own. It is quiet and understated and the staff are discrete but friendly and courteous. The little private beach is idyllic.

Very, very little. The evening menu was a little limited and pillows could have been a bit softer!

Amazing boutique hotel with incredible views, a great atmosphere, a private beech, a cheerful and extremely helpful staff and excellent food. We spent our honeymoon at this fantastic hotel - and look forward to coming back soon!

There are some insects and ants on the patios, but that's to be expected in a rural area - and the rooms themselves are exceptionally clean!

The hotel is stunning - beautifully situated with views of the Cretan mountains in one direction and Agios Nikolaos in the other. The perfect place for a restful break in the sunshine. As for the team at The Island Concept, I can’t say enough good things about them - if the hotel alone is a 9/10, they make it an overall 11/10 experience. Super professional and knowledgable whilst also being friendly and welcoming. They had the best recommendations and really took care of every guest perfectly. The best I have experienced - particular thanks to Dennis and Christos and the wonderful restaurant and bar team!

It was all fantastic!

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in - and I travel alot with work. Though it be small, it is mighty. The hotel is spotless and beautiful in its outlook. The area is quiet but 20 mins walk into Agios. The rooms are exquisite with a panoramic ocean view. But it is the staff that make this place. So friendly and kind and also manage to make you feel at home without being too intrusive. Kristos, Maria, Dennis, Marg and Grigoras - thank you so much for making this holiday such a special time for us.

I recently stayed at All'Island Concept and was thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail throughout the entire property. With only 15 spacious and impeccably maintained suites, the design and high-quality amenities were top-notch, including Cocomat mattresses and pillows, Illy coffee, fresh orchids in the room, and even Dyson hairdryers. Located on a small promontory, the hotel's exclusive and privileged views can be enjoyed from every angle. And, to top it off, the hotel offers a small but beautiful private beach that is only available to guests. However, what truly sets apart is the exceptional staff. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made my stay truly special. The reality of this hotel surpasses all expectations, making it a perfect choice for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway.

I recommend equipping the minibar with more products to maintain a high standard in this area as well. Since it's the beginning of the season, I suppose it's just a matter of time.
