The apartment was perfect – they even gave us a free upgrade. While it didn’t have a sea view, it overlooked the mountains and olive groves, which was beautiful. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. It’s highly recommended to stay at least one night so you can enjoy the beach early in the morning, before the crowds arrive.

The restaurant closes early—at 10 PM. We arrived at 9:30 and the grill was already off, so we could only have a salad. Since there aren’t many other options in the area, it would be great if they extended the opening hours a bit. There were several other guests at the tables in the same situation as us.

The owners (see photo) greeted us so nicely, granted us an early check-in and personally brought us to our room, which was room #16 which offers the BEST top corner, with a large corner balcony, which offers the best stunning view of Elafonisi Beach (see photo). The location of the resort was great, the room was super clean, very comfortable bed. The property offers guests free sheltered parking, and has a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch and supper. If you are planning a visit to Elafonisi Beach, look no further, this is the Resort you must reserve! My wife and I were amazed by the whole experience. We highly recommend it.

Location Location Location!! You are literally steps from the beach! The rooms are directly above a sweet little restaurant that faces the beach! The rooms on the front have an amazing view of the water from a cute balcony! The resort appears new. The rooms are spotlessly clean with a sparkling bathroom with good pressure in the shower and nice hot water. (Bonus: you can flush the toilet paper-- that might only be important to Americans 🤷🏾‍♀️😉) Lots of extra blankets, a coffee/tea station, and good air conditioning. You also have free parking. The owner is so friendly and accommodating. We were a bit late checking in (because it is a long harrowing drive from Chania or Heraklion😬) We went straight to the beach and then stopped at the restaurant for dinner, not realizing that that was where we were staying. He immediately saw us and called me on the phone to ask where I was and as I tried to describe the restaurant he walked right up to our table! It was hilarious🤣🤣. Such a nice man! Very reasonable prices for a new beachfront room! Book it!!! (See my pics for details)

If you have mobility issues, just know there is one short flight of stairs.

Clean and modern. Easy parking. The restaurant is exceptionally good in food quality, portion size and speed of delivery. A family business that clearly strives for excellence.

The shampoo/soap comes in a small tube and is not very effective at either job.

Well equiped room for visiting the best island in Crete, Elafonisi! We had our own parking and as soon as you walk out of the resort, you start your walk to this amazing beach! There isn't anything around the town so thankgooness they had their own restaurant where we ate fantastic Greek food at very affordable prices. They even do breakfast! There is also a supermarket up the road (mini one across the road but pricey) Would recommend if you are visiting the beach especially as sunbeds are sold out by 10am, you can walk down at 9am to purchase, leave your towels there and head down later during the day. The host was wonderful too! Cannot fault this place at all!

Very nice accommodation and only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful lagoon with its pink sandy beach. From the terrace, which is a great place to linger, you have a wonderful view of the many olive trees on the complex and can also see the sea in the distance. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. I ate there twice a day. There is a supermarket just across the road and a store selling beachwear and accessories right on the doorstep. I can definitely recommend the resort.

Good location (best reason to book it), clean, nice people, big terase serving only my room, good food for lunch and dinner. Right over the street there is a big supermarket. In 10 min you can walk to the beach. After the busses and all cars are gone the place is amazing and also early in the morning.

Small room, the breakfast is “a la carte” and the combos were not for our taste (healthy breakfast did not seem so healthy only with bread slices and 3 topings to put over the bread) and also pricey compared to the quality and prices from the lunch and dinner. The room is not cheap but due to the location is resonable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s perfectly located—just a 5-minute walk from Elafonissi Beach—and offers a stunning sea view. The area is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxing. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was well arranged. I truly appreciated the calm atmosphere and the overall quality of the place. An excellent experience that I highly recommend.

The rooms are organised in blocks of “flats” so it’s doesn’t feel like a hotel. The decor is stylish and the room was clean. There was air con too. The flats are surrounded by olive trees and you can hear the crickets singing day and night. They also have cats on the property! The beach is just a few minutes walk from the hotel and you can hike and swim in various coves over many days. The landscape is absolutely gorgeous and if you are lucky, you’ll see wild goats while hiking. There are convenience stores to buy snacks, water and beach supplies outside the hotel too. And there is a nice restaurant in the hotel. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. You can ask them for advice if you want to walk around. And if your flight is late, you can leave your bags at reception, spend the day at the beach and shower/change using the outdoor facilities before going back to the airport.

The water in the shower is not hot. It only take a few seconds to get used to the lower temperature but it’s worth noting. It would be good to add more vegan options on the menu.
