I love the staff and the pool

It’s really far away from the center and so isolated with no store or restaurant nearby

The hotel was located near a beach, had a lovely pool and really good breakfast! The location is lovely if you want a quiet place to stay. The hotel offers free shuttle to Fira (7min) that is every three hours from 08:30 to 23:30, they also provide pickup (08:37-23:37). Would recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience! I honestly didn’t expect to meet people this kind and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly heartwarming. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home right away. The atmosphere was peaceful, the service was top-notch, and everything—from the rooms to the breakfast—was simply perfect. It’s rare to find such genuine warmth and care in a place. The property is well managed. They offer free shuttle to Fira center and back for every three hours from 8:30 to 23:30. You can request for book additional pickup for 15€. They offer quite a few breakfast options starting from 10€. The hotel location is just 50 meters from pebble beach. You can hear the waves from your room ❤️. Hotel staff is very friendly and would recommend 💯

Location is not reachable by public buses. However since they offer free shuttle service to Fira city center, plan your day well like start from Hotel at 08:30 and try to be back by 23:30 at Fira.

All were good and matched with the expectations. Very good hotel with this budget. Surprise was 🌅 sunrise just near to hotel beach. It was so beautiful and elegant. I liked the swimming pool as well. It was deep but clean and open for almost all time . Staff were helpful and welcome guests with open heart. Rooms were clean , spacious and balcony .

If shuttle service can be increased during morning and evening/ night time during 10.00 am to 1.00 pm and 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm it will be great. Instead of 3 hours it can be 2.00 hours. It will make guests life much easier and they can spend time with less waiting time.

Location, behaviour of the staff, caring attitude and politeness, shuttle bus. Cleaners are constantly doing a great job. Will visit again if possible. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, beautiful beach within 2 minutes by walk with very few people around, an excellent restaurant (although quite expensive) by the beach, great spot to see sunrise-we did this everyday.

There is always scope for improvement in any service, there was nothing that I did not like based on the facilities they could offer and restrictions considering the slightly remote location of the hotel.

Stayed there for two weeks during a business trip at the end of October. The place is old but perfectly comfortable and the staff is super! They did their best to meet all our needs during our stay! There are many options for breakfast and the Wi-Fi is super as the cellphone reception is pretty bad in the area. The village is very quiet so there is not much to do there. I don't know how it is in the summer there but probably a good alternative to the crowds of the main villages of the island.

Was apparently far from the city center (knew this after booking but could no longer cancel), no elevators too, and 3 hrs between each shuttle ride. Otherwise the place was super nice and immaculate.

Its actually a value for money. Its a see side hotel. Best budget hotel i can say. They have a fre bus service from the hotel to Fira center which is nice otherwisethe taxi oe uber rate is high. Its a good initiative i must say.

They don't have any 3 pin phone or gadget charging option. They should have the option for the tourist. At least they can sell the converter at the reception area. Because any tourist from UK who can a not chage their phone and camera, they can not take the memories as well at the next they. It actually kill time. So they should sell this 2pin to 3 pin converter for the electricity supply.

The staff were great, the free shuttle service into Fira town was a definite highlight as else you would need to hire a vehicle as the property is not in walking distance to any restaurants or shops. It is 3 minutes from a small boat yard and beach. The pool is a plus as that's all there is to do in the immediate area. The rooms are great, with a balcony, fridge & kettle & AC! very comfortable beds and great lighting in the room, a quiet area with 24 hour reception and taxie service

The pool restaurant was not open in September so food options are minimal at the hotel. But Fira has many options
