My stay at Aliter was simply amazing! The location of the hotel was ideal for me, it was very close to the airport so on my last day I was not worried about the commute. The hotel also offered a free shuttle ride to and from Fira town daily at selected hours, this made getting around so easy for me considering I was a solo traveller. My room was spectacular, so spacious with a great view of the landscape and I could walk out right into the pool area. The amazing staff made my stay even better, Ria, Mary, Antonia and the two lovely ladies that made breakfast for the guests every morning. The breakfast menu had plenty of options to pick from, I would definitely recommend not skipping the greek yoghurt! It was delicious!

We absolutely loved our room that provided access directly to the pool area. We also loved all of the staff at the property, everyone was helpful and friendly. Mary provided us with excellent tips on what to do around the island. Ia cooked us a yummy breakfast and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were always very clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed everything here! We particularly enjoyed the quiet location away from the crowds, but still amazing views. It is about a 20 minute walk up to Fira, and we enjoyed that (but it’s not for everyone). Just something to keep in mind if you book here - you should hire a car to save on taxi cost. However, there is a free shuttle up and back from the hotel to Fira daily.

The team at Aliter Suites were phenomenal, very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Katerina and Maria were exceptionally helpful to the last, great fun and nothing too much trouble. They are a credit to the company. The suites are spacious, very clean and include a TV, fridge, hair dryer etc and Tea and Coffee making facilities. The pool area is fabulous, with many options for relaxation. The pool was often empty and so you could have it all to yourself, looking out to the amazing sea views. Had a great stay, and returned home fully relaxed.

All good, nothing to complain about. Some may suggest the accommodation is far from the main resort of Fira but there are free shuttles to Fira and back.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Very spacious, comfortable room. Breakfast was lovely every morning.

Location- it’s a 30 minute walk from the main area, mostly uphill and on a dark stretch of road so it’s necessary to get a taxi which is costly. There is a courtesy shuttle but the times are not always suitable.

The Suites was exceptionally clean . Ample Parking.So much open space to do..watever you want.. Amazing nice pool with a simple compact bar.Not a cramped facility rather "less is more" format suites. Ms.Zilli is the biggest asset this property has gotten in their arsenal . Ms.Zilli is super polite,approachable and is never ready to give "No" for an answer. Property is super central to everything.6 mins from Airport and approx 10-15 mins to all parts of Santorini. i.e excellent location for sight seeing and having wonderful drives. She goes over and beyond on ... basically everything. Ms.Zilli literally decided our tours for the day(we had a RACar). She has a big smile from 6 AM to 11 PM.Always kind and polite. I would go again to the same property for Ms.Zilli and yes the property too!! Cheers Zilli. You are such a wonderful human being.

There can never be a single thing you could not like at this place.

We loved the intimate setting (~16 units). We were welcomed and given helpful information about things to do and accommodated a slightly early check-in. The pool and property are beautiful, modern, and relaxing, with grape, olive & vegetable gardens. Breakfast is ordered daily and is great. The rooms and our patio were very spacious and tranquil. There are drying racks, an in-room safe, small refrigerator, and parking.

Maybe warmer temp in the jacuzzi. Not an issue for us, but guests should note the location, it's on the 'sunrise' side of the island, and the main towns are not walkable, so you need to consider your transportation to various points on the island.

Amazing hotel would highly recommend! The room was huge and extremely modern and clean with a direct entrance to the pool area. The staff were so friendly and polite and really went above and beyond to help us out, especially the ladies at breakfast and on reception (thank you so much!!) would highly recommend

Shutter times into Fira could be improved

Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the venue went above and beyond to cater for my dietary requirements. Very peaceful location and with free shuttle bus to Fira. It is also a pleasant walk back to the hotel from Fira as it's mostly downhill :) All staff were very friendly and answered any questions we had for recommendations on food and excursions.

We had an amazing week long stay here. Its €15 in a taxi into Fira or about a 25 minute walk, you wouldn't do the walk at night. They also run a shuttle into Fira 3 times a day. It is a little bit out but so peaceful & quiet towards the other main hotels and you're overlooking the sea with gorgeous views. Really spacious room & bathroom. Your breakfast is cooked to order each morning. The pool area was gorgeous & cleaned each morning. We got fresh towels & water daily with your room cleaned. All of the staff are so friendly & welcoming and can't do enough for you. We also got a massage in the hotel which was amazing. We got engaged while we were there & the guys arranged something for our room, it was so kind. Thank you so much for an amazing week guys :)

Aliter suites is a small boutique hotel in a quiet location and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. My sister and myself stayed here in May and we were blown away by the beautiful room and the kindness of the staff at Aliter suites. On the night we arrived Eve met us at check-in and she took time going through everything with us about the island and offering suggestions. The hotel is in a quiet location, and approximately a 25 minute walk to Fira. I would highly recommend this little gem.

The walk into fira didnt annoy us but if you have any mobility issues it may not be ideal. There is a shuttle service a few times a day but latest transport back to hotel is before 9pm. If you wish to stay later you can pay for a taxi, and taxis on the island are quite expensive, but this is nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel was perfect.
