The daily breakfast was delicious, made with fresh ingredients, wide variety of options and delivered at your request to your room. The staff and owners were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect, spectacular views, but not directly in the loud, frenetic tourist area/townships. The patio and private pool was very nice also. The owners assisted us in all aspects (renting car, adjusting rooms, activity and restaurant recommendations).

The Family Two bedroom does not have two distinct/private bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a loft that is open to the downstairs and does not have its own bedroom door, so beware if your expecting privacy from another couple or children.

Dimitri and Fanouria were amazing. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Dimitri who was so warm and welcoming and genuinely wanted us to have a great stay. His wife Fanouria was also lovely. Their communication and customer service was fantastic. We were able to ask for anything via WhatsApp and our messages were literally replied to within the same minute! Dimitri was very caring. On one of our last days my husband had a bad neck so he even brought something from his home to try and help my husband which was really kind. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Santorini but would advise anyone that does to hire a car as there are no restaurants or bars in walking distance. This is a perfect place to relax and have some peace and quiet after a busy day in Oia or Fira.

We hadn't realised when we booked (our fault) that there were no actual facilities on site. However, anything you needed like food etc. was brought to your room. The only thing we didn't like was that there was a small charge for any additional things brought to your room. We understand most hotels charge for room service but there wasn't any other option than to get things sent to our room since there weren't any facilities on site for food/ drinks etc. This would not put us off returning due to the fantastic staff and customer service.

Privacy, cleanliness and location were our top priority for this trip, and staying at Pnoe Luxury Suites delivered exactly what we were hoping for — and more. From the moment we arrived, the owners, Fanouria and Dimitris, went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They were incredibly attentive, helping us with everything from exploring the island, arranging taxi pick-ups, making restaurant reservations, to assisting with car rental coming to your suite. The entire experience felt truly luxurious. The service was outstanding, and the staff were both professional and respectful. One of the highlights of our stay was the sunrise every morning and the breakfast — absolutely delicious with a wonderful variety to choose from daily. Every morning felt like a treat. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟 LOCATION: The property 🏨 is located in a tranquil area and is completely serene away from the crazy crowds, we rented a car and went all over the island and it’s cheap to rent.Clean, stylish and modern! HOSTS: Dimitris 👨🏻 and Fanouria 👩🏼 are the best hosts I ever met ( 22 countries visited ✈️ !), they are a phone call / WhatsApp away from anything you can imagine happening: best restaurants reservations with best tables, best sunset cruise , even anything you need from shops, Farmacy… They do it from the heart 🩵and you can feel it from the minute you step in to Pnoe and even after we left . . POOL : Sometimes flies or leafs may get in the pool 🏊, Watsapp them and they will send somebody asap to clean as many times you need it. It’s hot, day and night , all year around . We had 34 degrees in the pool and outside temperature was 20/25 .

Everything! This is the best place in Santorini. Very private and away from all the crowds in Fira and Oia, but equally close enough to get to either within 15min drive, Fira less. It’s the perfect place to come back to and relax in private, in your own pool. You hardly notice anyone around. From arranging the best rentals, taxies, food to toiletries everything you want and need is done for you. You literally don’t have your leave the property. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Fanouria, Dimitri and the team at Pnoe are phenomenal and go out their way to make your experience enjoyable and stress free.

Cannot fault this place. They cannot do enough for you.

Everything! From the moment I booked, Fanouria was there to assist me with everything I needed and was on top of every request. She provided suggestions and guidance for things I was not aware of. It was my husband's birthday and she really did everything she could to ensure we had the best visit not only to her hotel but to Santorini. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly. The third party services used were very good. The profiterole recommended was amazing! There is no onsite restaurant but you would not know it really because breakfast is delivered to your room and the best and largest breakfast - enough to save snacks for later. The coffee is the best! There are full kitchen facilities. Any issues were resolved almost immediately. Wonderful full moon views from our room.

The weather in mid November was not the best but nothing anyone could do about that 😂🤷🏽‍♀️

Very Morden decor. Huge space. Clean. With pool and a good view. Gr8 hosts. Must have rental car or quad as 7 min drive from Fira centre. Nothing to do around the property. Good menu for lunch n dinner. Amazing breakfast!!! Host arranged some take away breakfast for early morning departure. And sorted airport drop. Stay was end of season and weather turned bit cold n windy. But still enjoyed relaxing in the property. Wake up early to see beautiful sunrise. Property is better than the pics on booking website which was a pleasant surprise. Stayed with kids. Two levels for 2 bedrooms so parents n kids can relax separately or together as ample space.

We absolutely enjoyed this place! We stayed here for 2 nights for our honeymoon. The water in the pool was always the perfect temperature for day or night. The bed was super cozy and they have all types of pillows. Fanouria helped us for reservations and the two places we went to were phenomenal. The Vine on Fira was right on the water and we got to see the sunset! It was truly magical. This place is a bit of a hike, so it'd be best to get a car. Public transport is 30 mins walk into Fira. Taxis are steep at $40-50. Also, make sure to do Skaros rock. The views are amazing!! Thank you Fanouria for making our stay perfect!

Really cool private suites with an amazing view of Santorini. We were treated like royalty by the owners, Fanouria and Dimitris. It was our first trip to the island and having picked this place to stay was the best decision we’ve made there. It’s a small resort with just 6 suites that is run by that couple. Upon arrival they had personally greeted us and gave us very useful suggestions about where to go on the island, what to see, where to eat, etc. We followed their advice and had an amazing time for 3 days that we stayed there. They also served us a delicious breakfast every morning of our stay (that was included in the price, see photos) and the staff later made up our room. The owners were available any time via WhatsApp and were very friendly and easy to talk to. All in all if we ever get back to Santorini, we know where we will be staying.

Keep in mind that you will need a car if you rent there, as it’d probably take some walking to get to the nearest bus stop, or to the nearest city (Fira). But that was not a problem for us with a rental car. (Which I would highly recommend for Santorini anyway.)

Everything was perfect. In this place, we felt like we came to visit our greec cousins. Dimitris was exceptional from the beginning. We arrived near the property and we were walking up the street and Dimi saw us and came immediately with a special car to help us with the luggage. Then he bring us to the nice 2 floor appartement and gave us all of the details for few minutes(not just trowing you inside the room and going). We needed a car so he arranged it for us. I lost a small bag in the taxi and Fanouria called the company for the bag. They gave us so many good tips and we could ask them for whatever. Like your bigger cousins. The bathrobes were softer then a small kity. The place was perfectly clean, really spacious with everything that you need and more. Nice wine glaces and so comfortable bed. It was amasing to have the breakfast in the room and enjoying that stunning view. Thank you Dimitris and Fanouria for caring so much and for everything. Hopefully see you again.
