Everything! From the moment I booked, Fanouria was there to assist me with everything I needed and was on top of every request. She provided suggestions and guidance for things I was not aware of. It was my husband's birthday and she really did everything she could to ensure we had the best visit not only to her hotel but to Santorini. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly. The third party services used were very good. The profiterole recommended was amazing! There is no onsite restaurant but you would not know it really because breakfast is delivered to your room and the best and largest breakfast - enough to save snacks for later. The coffee is the best! There are full kitchen facilities. Any issues were resolved almost immediately. Wonderful full moon views from our room.

The weather in mid November was not the best but nothing anyone could do about that 😂🤷🏽‍♀️

Very Morden decor. Huge space. Clean. With pool and a good view. Gr8 hosts. Must have rental car or quad as 7 min drive from Fira centre. Nothing to do around the property. Good menu for lunch n dinner. Amazing breakfast!!! Host arranged some take away breakfast for early morning departure. And sorted airport drop. Stay was end of season and weather turned bit cold n windy. But still enjoyed relaxing in the property. Wake up early to see beautiful sunrise. Property is better than the pics on booking website which was a pleasant surprise. Stayed with kids. Two levels for 2 bedrooms so parents n kids can relax separately or together as ample space.

Everything was perfect. In this place, we felt like we came to visit our greec cousins. Dimitris was exceptional from the beginning. We arrived near the property and we were walking up the street and Dimi saw us and came immediately with a special car to help us with the luggage. Then he bring us to the nice 2 floor appartement and gave us all of the details for few minutes(not just trowing you inside the room and going). We needed a car so he arranged it for us. I lost a small bag in the taxi and Fanouria called the company for the bag. They gave us so many good tips and we could ask them for whatever. Like your bigger cousins. The bathrobes were softer then a small kity. The place was perfectly clean, really spacious with everything that you need and more. Nice wine glaces and so comfortable bed. It was amasing to have the breakfast in the room and enjoying that stunning view. Thank you Dimitris and Fanouria for caring so much and for everything. Hopefully see you again. That we couldn't stay longer.

Pnoe Luxury Suites exceeded all my expectations and made our stay in Santorini truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a level of service that was unparalleled. Every morning, we received a beautifully catered breakfast with a variety of vegetarian options, perfectly tailored to our preferences. I must mention how Ms. Fanouria went above and beyond to make my mother's birthday a huge success. She helped arrange in-room massages, put up festive balloons, surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake for breakfast, and even offered us a complimentary bottle of wine. The staff also helped us set up activities such as a memorable photoshoot in Oia, a breathtaking semi-private boat cruise at sunset, and a private tour of the island. Additionally, they arranged taxis for every trip, making our transportation hassle-free. The cleaning staff were amazing and always accommodated our requests, showing great attention to sustainability by giving us the option to reuse our towels. The room service food was absolutely delicious, and we could not have asked for better dining options. The location of the hotel was perfect, with most attractions being easily accessible within 20 minutes. The stylish room provided amazing toiletries, and we loved the beautiful heated pool. Whether you're a first-time visitor to Santorini or someone revisiting the island, if you're looking for luxury and relaxation, Pnoe Luxury Suites is the perfect choice.

Really cool private suites with an amazing view of Santorini. We were treated like royalty by the owners, Fanouria and Dimitris. It was our first trip to the island and having picked this place to stay was the best decision we’ve made there. It’s a small resort with just 6 suites that is run by that couple. Upon arrival they had personally greeted us and gave us very useful suggestions about where to go on the island, what to see, where to eat, etc. We followed their advice and had an amazing time for 3 days that we stayed there. They also served us a delicious breakfast every morning of our stay (that was included in the price, see photos) and the staff later made up our room. The owners were available any time via WhatsApp and were very friendly and easy to talk to. All in all if we ever get back to Santorini, we know where we will be staying.

Keep in mind that you will need a car if you rent there, as it’d probably take some walking to get to the nearest bus stop, or to the nearest city (Fira). But that was not a problem for us with a rental car. (Which I would highly recommend for Santorini anyway.)

This property is an absolute beauty 😍. It’s located in the most peaceful place with gorgeous sunset and across the sea views - the only noise I heard was the water sprinkler outside & the TV inside its heaven 🙏🏽. If you want to stay in a beautifully peaceful place then this is it. To top it off the rooms are exquisite 10- 10 Fanouria & Dimitri’s omgoodness you will not find a more genuinely lovely couple. As my 1st Solo trip they were so attentive making sure I was ok - ensuring I had transportation omg they are amazing 🤍 I have vowed to stay nowhere but Pnoe WHEN not if … I return to Santorini. They made what was at 1st a fearful experience into me now having withdrawal symptoms on return 😂🤣🫶🏽 Beautiful property in a beautiful place with amazing hosts and such lovely staff 🙏🏽 I’m so glad I chose you 🥹🙏🏽🫶🏽🤍

Absolutely nothing !

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Pnoe Luxury Suites for a week in August. We were warmly greeted by the hosts who were very friendly and welcoming. The suite was wonderful with lovely views of the East coast. The room itself was amazing, spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. Wonderful walk in shower, big fluffy robes, slippers and quality toiletries. The sunbathing terrace is perfect with a decent sized pool to cool off , heated to your preferred temperature. The breakfast/lunch is delivered in a crate each morning and is stacked full of delicious foods, enough to keep you going all day- a superb touch!

We loved our stay but to improve further, I would suggest providing more coat hangers with clips to hang skirts and a pillow menu as I found the pillows provided rather big and bulky. The location was fine for us as we wanted peace and quiet and were prepared to walk the 20 mins into Fira but for others you may wish to hire a car.

Very beautiful luxury suite in a secluded area. All the amenities you could ask for and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional. They try their best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. If you need anything (change to your breakfast, car, excursions or restaurant recommendations), you can text the owners and they respond very quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was nice with an ocean view, but in more of a rural area. The main city on the island is accessible, but you’ll want a car or need to be willing to walk 20 minutes uphill. It was fine for us but won’t be for everyone. Driving there is easy enough and they’ll arrange a rental car if you want it. There were some minor cleanliness issues but quickly addressed. The hot water in the shower is limited, so be aware if you like it hot.

In a few words, the best place I’ve ever been too. The suite is insanely beautiful, modern, elegant and sunny, with a charming private heated pool. It’s located in a perfect spot, in the middle of the island. It’s a calm and quiet place but you can also reach the city centre of Fira in just 4/5 mins by car/quad/scooter, and you can as well get to Oia or to the south of the island quite easily. The owners gave us an heartwarming welcoming, and they left us a lot of useful suggestions for restaurants, activities in the island, as well as all the services of the structure. One of which was the room dinner, which was delicious and perfectly on time. The breakfast changes everyday so you can taste a lot of local products, and it’s very abundant. What can I say, I just think it’s the best place to stay in Santorini and I hope we can be back at least once in the future!

Everything was on point.

Our little private pool was definitely my favourite bit! Hanging out and bobbing around in the pool was brilliant, if you swim diagonally it is just about big enough to 'swim'. From the moment we were greeted to the moment we said our farewells we were made to feel extremely welcome. Dimitris and Fanouria are fantastic hosts. We hired a car from them, they arranged buggy hire, and they even found some cider in the supermarket for us after we had been unsuccessful in our quest. No request too big or too small, they are always on hand to help. We were privileged to see the most beautiful sunrises in the morning as the property directly faces that way.

What's not to like? It was amazing! The smallest of things for us is it was just a bit too secluded. With the seclusion you get peace and quiet, but it is a good 25 minute trek along roads with no pavements into Fira.
