El Verano Suites is truly an amazing place to stay in Santorini and I cannot recommend it enough. Everything was perfect, from the amazing host Tonia whose kindness was beyond words to the great team who cleaned and refreshed everything daily in such a professional manner. You can tell that customer service is top priority for them all and how they radiate positivity. From our arrival Tonia welcomed us, gave us a detailed insight of the island and made us feel right at home. She even went above and beyond by remembering it’s our anniversary trip and got us a homemade cake that was 10/10. The location is ideal - overlooking the Aegean Sea with a breathtaking sunrise each morning. It’s merely 2/3 minutes by car from the nearest supermarket and 5/10 minutes from the beautiful caldera’s of Imerovigli and Fira. There is no hustle and bustle here, it’s completely peaceful and relaxing which we found great after our trips all around the island. El Verano Suites have their own private parking and private entrances so there’s no worries about when to return. The room itself was exactly how we imagined it to be with cleanliness and beauty. We were stocked with supplies, and the self breakfast was a great touch to make yourself what you wish each morning. I had looked into plenty of stays and locations in Santorini but am so pleased with choosing this. The reviews speak for themselves.

The customer service was excellent. Stay included a a fresh continental breakfast every morning. The villa was modern and very comfortable.

Everything. From the moment we entered the villas to the time we checked out, everything was taken care of by Sokratis and Theano. Exceptional service . I will give the rating of 5 star for the villas. Loved the cycladic architecture, magnificent views of the sea, clean and lots of provisions for breakfast. Sokratis and Theano also gave us yummy home made treats everyday. . The location is perfect. Right in the middle between fira and Oia. Sokratis and Theano are the best host I have ever come across in all my travels.

The villa was spacious and the view of the east side Aegean sea was breathtaking. The staff were very helpful with the stay, planning places to visit and restaurant recommendations. So they made us feel like a part of the island. The villa was cleaned every day and we had a few small treats provided. So all in all a very positive, relaxed and homely experience.

Nothing much to complain but the continental breakfast was slightly unexpected as the breakfast materials (bread, butter, eggs, jam, cereals, milk, yoghurt and more ) were stocked up in our kitchen rather than served in a restaurant or common area. On the positive side the breakfast was plentiful if self service.

We like the location of the property being not too far from Firostefani Square and Fira (25-30min walk). From Fira which is the main bus hub you can take the bus up North to Oia and most everywhere else so it's quite convenient. We had our car but did take the bus from Oia back to Fira after doing the exhilarating Fira/Oia hike and it was quite convenient. The property Concierge Konstantina and her assistant were very friendly when we arrived. They helped us with the luggage to our suite, Konstantina went through the suite/property features with us. Konstantina was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. She even helped booked a sunset cruise later in the week that was just simply phenomenon and managed to get us a discount as well. Thank you Konstantina! The view of our suite and really all the suites at this property were amazing. Our terrace was huge with an expansive, unobstructed view of the sunrise and sea below. This was the best view we had during our trip to Greece. On top of this, the included jacuzzi made the stay even more enjoyable. Our suite was very clean and neat though it was smaller than I had imagined based on the photos. Driving tips: If you rent a car and use Google Map for direction, do NOT take the unpaved backroad to get back to the property as Google Map on more than one occasion had directed us to go. That road is more for ATV than for smaller car. You can also tell you are using the backroad if you have to drive by the 5-stars hotel Pnoe Luxury Suites in order to get back to El Verano.

We like everything from the staff, the grounds, to the amazing view. One area for improvement would be breakfast. We thought breakfast was very basic with ingredients (eggs, milk, coffee, breads, water bottles) stocked in the fridge for us to cook ourselves instead of a fully served breakfast for the caliber of the property.

These villas/suites were beautiful! They were clean, well equipped with everything you could need. The cleaning service was done daily, fresh towels daily, and the item provided for a continental breakfast was replenished everyday! It was also a bonus to have fresh drinking water provided everyday as well. We loved everything about this spot. Definitely worth the splurge for the three nights we were there. Also, it was in a quieter area of the island which was nice.

This is a great property made exceptional due to the service provided by Konstantina. From the moment you enter the property, you are taken care of, any questions, requests, and any reservations are all arranged within minutes. Konstantina and her team provide a fridge full of breakfast along with everyday refills at no additional costs. They make sure you feel as If the property is a Four Seasons. Our trip to Santorini was made special because we chose to stat at El Verano. Every villa hotel should strive to service its clients like the people at El Verano. Great Job.

We liked everything. Only hoped the pool was replaced with a hot tub.

Very nice apartaments (spacious and clean) with a great view to the sunrise, very close to Caldera Great breakfast where you receive a basket of ingredients and you build your own meal. The owners are very nice and helpful.

The road to Fira (300-400m) has no sidewalks and it's a little strange due to the cars

All facilities are clean and new. In addition, visitor can access to Fira by walk, 15-20 min. Owners are very friendly and good English speaker. They have a lot of ideas to enjoy Santorini, restaurant, nice view, sightseeing point of views.

The facility was great. The concierge - Konstantina was out of this world. She was so helpful in informing us about what to do and see along with where to eat. She made reservations at restaurants. She booked tours for us. More importantly, she made us feel that we were the only guests that she had at the hotel. Konstantina at only 24 years of age, has an amazing future ahead of her because of her drive and attitude to customer service.
