Excellent location close to Fira but not too close)). Nice and quiet area with phenomenal views. New and stylish decor. Wonderful rooms and public areas. The only 5 star hotel I could find that had a caldera view and an elevator plus great value for my money. Incredibly kind and helpful staff, especially Eleni who is brilliant and made our stay great!! Polly at the front and the young lady serving breakfast every morning are the absolute best too. I will definitely come back some day.

Best hospitality! So personable and felt part of a family. All staff go out of their way to make sure we have the best time. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping comes multiple times a day to freshen up the room. Loved the location and views from the hotel. Wheelchair accessible! Loved that people with mobility issues can enjoy a cliff hotel and not have to use stairs. Absolutely loved our stay. Great for multi-generational families. Close to Skaros rock hike. Midpoint to the Fira to Oia hike so we could do part of the hike over multiple days. Thank you so much Eleni, Eva, and Marianthi for making our vacation so wonderful.

Taking a cab from here can get pricey. Some in our group with mobility issues took cabs to some of the restaurants in town (a short 6 min walk could be a 20 Euro ride for them) , or going to Oia (35 euro one way). Bring cash for taxis.

We had a wonderful couple vacation in this little boutique hotel in a room without pool/hotube. Staff is great, friendly and helpful, they organized transfers for different locations everyday. Hotel is small and quite even if located on a quite busy street. Room/common areas are all very clean, room are getting clean twice a day. Location is also convenient, 20min by walking to Fira so you dont have to live in the chaos of a bigger town full of tourist. Breakfast was huge and amazing with a lot of healthy options. As everything in santorini is pricey but at least you know that your money are well spent here.

Staying in this hotel is a MUST when visiting Santorini. The property is outstanding; a perfect location with amazing views, food, gorgeous rooms, and top tier cleaning services. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were stocked with water, welcome snacks and drinks, and Nespresso pods! We dined at Bony Fish and greatly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. What really makes this hotel stand out from any place I’ve stayed is the AMAZING staff. The communication was excellent prior to arrival and continued to be for the entire stay. Every staff member was attentive, warm, kind, and extremely helpful to every request we had. In many cases they answered questions we didn’t even know we had, and offered assistance for things we didn’t know we needed! They graciously provided an overview and entire itinerary for an ideal stay on the island upon our arrival. I am especially grateful for how accommodating and considerate they were to a disabled member of my family, going above and beyond to ensure comfort. The staff even went so far as taking it upon themselves to arrange for wheelchair accommodations at the airport for our flight back to Athens. They also graciously provided us breakfast takeaway for our very early morning flight. Our brief stay at Aeifos will forever be memorable not only because of the gorgeous amenities but because of the incredible people that made the experience what it was. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone who wants the most relaxing, seamless stay in Santorini!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aeifos Hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect retreat. The impeccable service and courteous staff truly enhanced our experience. We appreciated the well-equipped gym and relaxing personal sauna. The breakfast spread was beautiful and delicious. Overall, a wonderful stay—I only wish it could have been longer!

Aeifos Boutique Hotel is located in Imerovigli, away from the busy tourist hubs of Oia and Fira, which are about 1.5 km away. You will need to call a taxi to visit the more touristy spots like Oia and Fira. However, the hotel offers stunning panoramic views and a quiet atmosphere, perfect if you want to stay away from the crowds.

I did a lot of research to try and find a property that gave us the luxury that we were looking for, had caldera views, but that was just outside the bigger touristy areas. This hotel was perfect for all of that. The stand out for this hotel is that the staff are amazing - So attentive and friendly! The hotel is spotlessly clean and it was probably the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in! We stayed in the Master Suite/Honeymoon Suite, which had its own double terrace and hot tub. As we were above the level of the path, the balcony and hot tub were incredibly private, unlike many of the others below the path which are overlooked. Good breakfast selection which ran to 11am. The pool is not heated, but was welcomed on the hotter day we had. There was also a gym and sauna, be we didn’t make use of those. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel.

Everything was excellent ! This is a beautiful and luxurious property with the most amazing service ! When we checked in our family got upgraded to the Athena suite with our own private pool ! Our children were so happy !The room was gorgeous and spacious .The staff made sure we were comfortable and guided us with the modern room comfort control settings . We got a welcome bottle of champagne and fruits and for the evening we got chocolates ! They assisted us with transfers , car rental , activities and Restaurant recommendations! FYI hotel restaurant is delicious highly recommend . There’s underground parking but also public parking close by . Breakfast had lots of options , and since we had to depart early for our flight . They sent us packed breakfast , very accommodating for my Gluten-free meal as well . I am glad we picked this hotel and chose to stay in Imorvigli ! Santorini is beautiful , but our stay at the Aeifos made it more memorable .

The staff was so amazingly lovely! Every night they brought us little treats. So thoughtful! View was great, delicious breakfast. Room was absolutely amazing. Korres products in the bathroom were a great touch. Everyone walking along the strip was very jealous of our pool. And nowhere near as cold as people were complaining about in other reviews. Especially when it was hot, the water temperature was heaven.

We had an amazing stay at Aeifos! The staff was incredibly friendly and helped us with suggestions for restaurants and other activities. The views from the hotel pool were incredible. There is a walking path below the hotel and the pool/hotel attracted amazed attention from bypassers. This hotel had the best breakfast on our trip. The location of the hotel was good in my opinion, situated in the quieter Imerovigli, away from the busy areas. The walk to Fira was about 20 minutes with breathtaking views. I would highly recommend!
