Amazing location, and fantastic staff. Beautiful view, and super clean! Breakfast on our patio was great!

Pictures on Booking did not match the room and especially the “private” patio. Patio was not private, separated with neighbors by knee high flower pots, which staffed moved to give more room for our neighbors. The pictures online made it appear that the patio was two levels and private, but this was not the case, and was the main reason I spent around $1,200/night for the room. Also, the dinner was our least favorite of all the places we ate during our stay. There was very little taste to the lobster, mixed drinks were not very good, service was lacking, and overpriced for what we got. Internet was sporadic, with times of no service in our room. Staff said this happens from time to time, but couldn’t fix it.

The view and room were amazing. Everything was perfectly clean and beautifully arranged. A really flawless room in a beautiful location. The provided breakfast was as pretty as it was delicious. We were upgraded to the honeymoon suite which included an indoor pool/hot tub. It was unexpected and a great end to each day. We stayed four nights and wich we could have stayed longer, Highly recommended.

This is a first-class property with first-class staff, superb surroundings, spotless facilities and a romantic ambiance. This was my second stay in Santorini and I couldn’t rate it highly enough. Staff go out of their way to get things right from Aphrodite to Marialena, Alex, Carlos, the housekeeping, restaurant and porter teams. You can tell they work as a united effort for their guests.

There was nothing not to like. And I rarely say that about a property.

This is the most spectacular hotel. The location is ideal for the island - Imeroviglion is perfectly situated for a short and picturesque walk to Fira and a reasonable taxi to Oia. I would say it's the best of both worlds. The hotel is perched on the edge of a cliff and affords the most spectacular view from virtually anywhere in it, all across the whole of the Caldera. It is stunning. It is beautifully kept - spotless everywhere with beautiful white buildings so typical of Santorini. Lots of steps and different levels so expect that! Beautifully decorated with lovely plants and gorgeous rooms. Good aircon. Great bathroom. Very clean and beautifully presented everywhere. delicious breakfasts that you choose the day before and which are delivered to the table outside your room so you can sit and enjoy the view in privacy. You have your own sun loungers and umbrella outside your room too. The main pool is gorgeous - again a stunning view. I had the most epic massage too - a lovely little spa and a great range of massages. I simply can't fault it at all. It was the most wonderful place to stay!

The room was just beautiful we were in the cliff suit with indoor and outdoor hot tub which was amazing. The views were spectacular and the staff were so friendly and got us into the Greek Easter traditions

There is a lot of steps! But that is expected in Santorini. The balcony was a bit small in our room, but the rest was beautiful so made up for it

The staff were all extremely helpful and very concerned that your stay was enjoyable. The very private and charming restaurant and the food was of the highest quality. We enjoyed the lobster dinner twice it was so good. Really found the location to be exceptional in the middle of the island and the views of the Caldera were wonderful. We were able to explore the entire Island well from this location. We recommend having a car to be most flexible, but the only difficulty is with finding parking and the arrival square is very busy with multiple competing businesses causing a bottleneck on arrival and departure. Be sure to contact the hotel as you are arriving so they can take care of your baggage. It can be difficult to negotiate the many steps to the property without assistance if you have many or large bags. The staff was really helpful to take care of this for us on arrival and departure. We know free parking can be found, but it can be hit and miss if you do not know the area. We would recommend the close paid parking for 10 Euros is both convenient and much easier to use and well worth the cost least you enjoy receiving a parking ticket for areas that are not clearly marked. The property is a wonderful experience and should not be missed. We will look forward to our return!

The staff to a person are very wonderful and made our visit very enjoyable!

Everything about Iconic Santorini was perfect. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, a living room and two bathrooms as well as a balcony. An excellent breakfast was set up at the table on the balcony where we had a great view and every night a little sweet was left in our room. The room was immaculate and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were a lot of stairs but that didn’t bother us. When you leave, you walk past other guests relaxing on their balconies and it feels a bit intrusive.

Iconic Santorini exceeded all expectations. The views were breathtaking, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly attentive. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. I highly recommend this hotel !

- The Loft Room was amazing, Loved the GIANT Comfy Bed - The Heated Pool was a Treat - Loved the Stunning Views and Private Terraces - Hotel gave a welcome Bottle of Santorini Wine which was a lovely gesture - Breakfast delivered each morning was stunning, great choice and selection! - I had a Spa Treatment and the Therapist was very talented highly recommend - Great Location within walking distance of nearby Villages with Restaurants and Bars - All Staff were super friendly and really made our stay - Turndown Service each evening was a lovely surprise to come back to after Dinner - Music by the Pool was excellent for a luxury hotel, I loved that it was Ibiza style songs rather than the usual boring classical elevator music associated with luxury Hotels - Food by Pool was delicious, I am still dreaming of the Club Sandwich! Overall, it was one of the best Hotels we stayed in and I felt it was good Value for Money with all the little added touches and extras, they cared about your stay and always made the effort to chat and check on you etc. If I was returning to Santorini I would book again, but I would upgrade to a Room with a Plunge Pool/Hot Tub for added luxury.

I appreciate the below is not directly caused by the Hotel and may be out of their control but it is worth noting: - Our Terrace/Room was at the lowest level of the Hotel and the Hotel opposite had a Generator that was running with. a buzzing noise 24/7 which made relaxing our our Terrace a little less enjoyable - Obviously staying in a Caldera Hotel means you will have Loads of steps to the Room from street level so be advised for anyone with Mobility or Health issues. This applies to any Caldera Hotel with stunning views, so it's something to keep in mind.

Everything was amazing, the staff were impeccable and always available for anything we required. Pool, Room and the whole hotel were magic! Would HIGHLY recommend and we will be back. Daniel was excellent!
