We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Katikies, we would not hesitate to recommend to friends and would stay there again. The location, staff, facilities, the view was off the planet! The beds and suite were superb, spacious, especially the very large walk in wardrobe, sooo much space for our 4 night stay.

The location and view are amazing. The entire staff was outstanding. We were upgraded to the 'Honeymoon Suite' which was great. It's pricey but worth the splurge!

The property emerges from the side of the hills of Santoríni, gleaming like a white gem. It’s perched high above the sea and there are breathtaking views from every inch of the property.

Unforgettable. Not only for what the beautiful facility itself offers (the view, the rooms, the restaurant, the pool ...) but especially for the staff: starting with the wonderful Ms Georgia, all the people working here really make you feel special with perfect attention, kindness and helpfulness. A vacation we’ll always remember, also and especially for the Katikies Chromata.

The "view" was like no other. But what truly set the property "apart" from other destinations was the AMAZING staff led by Georgia Kosmadaki. They simply were warm, inviting, and made us feel like we were returning home to our "long, lost, family". Just an amazing OVER THE TOP experience.

The staff were amazing and were so accommodating. The breakfasts were incredible with numerous options and there was special daily bites and jams etc. see photo for the breakfast basket and platter (these changed each day) .. there was also a a la carte menu of about 20 options too. We also received a bottle of wine on arrival and mini bites which was a nice touch and chocolates on our pillows each evening. The pool , room and breakfast views were breathtaking. I could not recommend this hotel enough!

the hotel suggested a number of external trips to us and booked them for us, but I wish more info was provided to us prior to the day. We had to keep asking and we’re not getting very far. ie what times were we getting picked up, trip details and what we needed to take with us. At the last min on asking more than 5 times we found out we needed to take our passports on the boat. it would be helpful if all this could have been written down and left on a card in our room.

The breakfast was top notch. Service was amazing and exceeded my expectations. All the staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met and that we were comfortable. Location was beautiful and 15-20 minutes walking distance from Fire and about 20 min drive from Oia. I like this area compared to the others cause it was more secluded. Overall would highly recommend this hotel!

Shower head was positioned a little awkward (with no door) and caused our bathroom floor to be very very wet. We used about 3 towels each time to soak up the water.

View, main room and breakfast

Service, organization prior. I do not like to be bothered multiple times to coordinate a transfer that ended up being late, was not on par with the service suggested or cost and was late. Upon arrival we were not offered any kind of refreshments as would be in keeping with a resort of this caliber but were made to sit and wait repeatedly while the staff fumbled with the same questions that they had repeatedly asked us prior to our arrival.

Beautiful setting, immaculate hotel and staff who were just superb. Every one of them efficient and absolutely charming. Can’t fault it. The restaurant was also outstanding.
