Located in the ideal spot for exploring Santorini, it offered breathtaking views, easy access to everything we wanted to see, and the peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for. The room was absolutely beautiful – spotless, stylish, and so comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. Waking up to those views each morning was a dream! But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the amazing team of staff. Every single employee was warm, professional, and eager to help. A very special thank you to Nikki and Dennis, who went above and beyond throughout our visit. Nikki was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and Denise’s warm, cheerful energy always brightened our day. They both made us feel so welcome and taken care of — real gems! If you’re heading to Santorini, this is the place to stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

From dramatic cliff views out over the Calder and Agean Sea to spectacular sunsets and exclusive accommodation Cocoon Suites was a perfect spot to relax with friends. Our room had two bedrooms and large living space however the terrace and hot tub were the most frequented laces. The staff are exceptional from arrival to take our bags down the stairs to welcome drinks and daily check ins. Their knowledge and advice on places to visit and transport cannot be faulted. And do not miss the massage from Nick, still feeling relaxed from that !

My wife and I stayed at Cocoon Suites in Santorini for our honeymoon, and we chose the aptly named "Honeymoon Suite." The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a private hot tub with a breathtaking view over the Caldera – the perfect spot to watch ferries passing by and the sun setting in dramatic fashion. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredibly kind and professional staff. Special thanks to Nikki and Nit, who went above and beyond to make our time at Cocoon truly memorable. Nikki gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and points of interest – all of which turned out to be spot-on. Her warm personality and attention to detail really made us feel special. Nit was always around with a big smile, delicious breakfasts, and lovely stories that made our mornings even better.

Unfortunately, we did face a technical issue with the room that caused some discomfort for about two days. That said, the staff was extremely responsive and did everything they could to resolve the situation quickly. We understand these things can happen, especially in unique structures like those in Santorini, and appreciated the team's efforts.

Well!! If you are thinking for your days in Santorini, you might think about your accommodation in COCOON the well being suites. The place is an amazing place and one of the best places I have ever spent in my Europe tours in different countries. It has a great sea-view rooms with hot tube and other facilities. The welcoming was worth to mention. Though we booked junior suite for our day, we got an upgrade 😛 as well as requested for extended our late check-out due to flight timing. For the breakfast you will have lots of options. The served breakfast was on time and with a great taste. The location for this place is also amazing. Its very close to bus stoppage unless you have other transportation. You might find a few restaurants near to this place. The sunrise and sunset with the sea view seating in a chair with partner might be the relaxing time. Mr. Theodore is the host for the suites. His greeting and good-bye gift are really appreciated.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The property is beautiful, spotless, and in an incredible location. What truly made the difference, however, was the staff — they assisted us even before our arrival. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. A special thanks to Jannis and Niki at the reception, but honestly, every single team member was outstanding — helping us with our luggage, working hard yet always with a smile. We also enjoyed a couples massage, which was totally worth it — a wonderful and relaxing experience, carried out by the talented Nico and Erisa. Top-notch service — kind, attentive, and always smiling. We truly felt like royalty!

Words don’t describe how perfect our 40th anniversary stay was at Cocoon Suites. The entire staff treated us like we were at home with caring family from the moment we stepped out of our airport transfer van and Denny carried our luggage down the stairs to our suite until we said farewells. Every desire was met and exceeded, with freshly cooked breakfasts to order and daily wine and cheese with sweet local tomatoes at our suite. Our cave suite spa was so private and cozy and the cliff edge view of the caldera expanse is, of course, mesmerizing.

Absolutely amazing experience at Cocoon Suites in Santorini! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs, making our honeymoon truly special. They even surprised us with wine and cheese, adding a romantic touch to our stay. The flexibility with check-in and check-out times was very convenient, and breakfast was served right to our room, enhancing our relaxing experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Santorini. Five stars all the way!

I had no idea that Santorini’s morphology was so unique until I arrived at Cocoon Suites. Located within the traditional settlement of Imerovigli, the hotel is only accessible on foot—no cars, just winding paths and steps—which is exactly what made the experience so special. Perched at the edge of the cliff, the views are absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. What truly sets Cocoon apart, though, is the hospitality. Staying there felt like visiting family—always welcomed with warmth and genuine kindness. Breakfast was a daily highlight, served right on our balcony with generous portions and plenty of choices, all easily selected through the in-room tablet. I loved it so much I’ve already booked the Grand Honeymoon Suite with the tunnel pool for my parents this July (they’ve been married for decades, but who says no to a bit of honeymoon luxury?).

We arrived in Santorini with the intention of spending 1 night at Cocoon. We were offered a paid upgrade to the Grand Honeymoon Suite and accepted, also extending our stay for +1 night. We had an absolutely incredible time thanks to Theo, who also helped us book a morning yacht tour of the Caldera with a top provider, it was a blast! Everything, the views, the private pool, the breakfast a la carte freshly cooked with fresh orange juice, fruits, eggs, yogurt and pastries; everything was perfect. The room was the best hotel room we have ever been to, spacious with 2 bathrooms, living room and a large bedroom. Would definitely stay here if we ever come back to Santorini. Best sunset views are from the hotel. Quiet rooms, neat, clean and taken care of. Could not have asked for a better place.

We came for our honeymoon and we loved it. The view from our balcony was amazing and the room itself was clean and has that Santorini style and charm we were looking for. The staff was very helpful and with all the stairs, they have people carry your bags which was greatly appreciated. The complimentary breakfasts were fantastic and had a great variety. You even get to order what you want the night before and they make it for you in the morning and bring it to your room or balcony. On our last day we had to leave for the airport at 4:30AM and without us even asking, the night before they provided us with a breakfast basket since they knew we wouldn’t be able to get it in the morning. That was a special touch that we really appreciated. You’ll get exactly what you want here. A beautiful view, a clean room, good food and helpful staff.
