Well!! If you are thinking for your days in Santorini, you might think about your accommodation in COCOON the well being suites. The place is an amazing place and one of the best places I have ever spent in my Europe tours in different countries. It has a great sea-view rooms with hot tube and other facilities. The welcoming was worth to mention. Though we booked junior suite for our day, we got an upgrade 😛 as well as requested for extended our late check-out due to flight timing. For the breakfast you will have lots of options. The served breakfast was on time and with a great taste. The location for this place is also amazing. Its very close to bus stoppage unless you have other transportation. You might find a few restaurants near to this place. The sunrise and sunset with the sea view seating in a chair with partner might be the relaxing time. Mr. Theodore is the host for the suites. His greeting and good-bye gift are really appreciated.

We arrived in Santorini with the intention of spending 1 night at Cocoon. We were offered a paid upgrade to the Grand Honeymoon Suite and accepted, also extending our stay for +1 night. We had an absolutely incredible time thanks to Theo, who also helped us book a morning yacht tour of the Caldera with a top provider, it was a blast! Everything, the views, the private pool, the breakfast a la carte freshly cooked with fresh orange juice, fruits, eggs, yogurt and pastries; everything was perfect. The room was the best hotel room we have ever been to, spacious with 2 bathrooms, living room and a large bedroom. Would definitely stay here if we ever come back to Santorini. Best sunset views are from the hotel. Quiet rooms, neat, clean and taken care of. Could not have asked for a better place.

We came for our honeymoon and we loved it. The view from our balcony was amazing and the room itself was clean and has that Santorini style and charm we were looking for. The staff was very helpful and with all the stairs, they have people carry your bags which was greatly appreciated. The complimentary breakfasts were fantastic and had a great variety. You even get to order what you want the night before and they make it for you in the morning and bring it to your room or balcony. On our last day we had to leave for the airport at 4:30AM and without us even asking, the night before they provided us with a breakfast basket since they knew we wouldn’t be able to get it in the morning. That was a special touch that we really appreciated. You’ll get exactly what you want here. A beautiful view, a clean room, good food and helpful staff.

We got upgraded to a little honeymoon suite, which was great because the hot tub had a beautiful view. The breakfast is amazing, lots of options and beautifully set outside with the amazing view. The staff was amazing, all of them, very attentive and friendly!

The room tho was very small, the bed really looks like a cocoon, but it makes a little annoying to get in and out of it. We got a big discount because it was in October and last minute, but I think for the full price I wouldn’t be so happy. And the location, if you are not renting a car it can be a little far away. But if you like to walk, Fira is 30 minutes away.

Stunning Views: The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning and beautiful. It truly captures the essence of Santorini and is a highlight of the stay. Helpful Staff: The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Although there are many steps to reach the hotel, they arranged for a bellboy to assist with our luggage, which made the journey much easier. Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was simply perfect. It was a great way to start each day while enjoying the breathtaking views. Clean Room: The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring.

Price: While the experience was enjoyable, the price may be a consideration for future guests.

Everything! Amazing location & view Friendly supportive staff (Ariadni was amazing & very helpful). Beautiful room Good breakfast Good services available and help with booking tours Peaceful and relaxing vibes Not far away from Fira (30 min nice hike/walk). Has lovely restos/cafes around & also supper markets. All in all we had a great time, I highly recommend this place.

Nothing to dislike! FYI, for those who are not good with humidity, make sure to keep the humidifier provided in the rooms by the hotel open at all times.

A few days ago, I stayed at this hotel, which has incredible views, but in addition to that, the service from the staff is top-notch! During my stay, they attended to all our requests, from getting us taxis for transportation, laundry services, and arranging tours. I especially want to recognize the service of Adriani, who helped me send a jacket I had forgotten at this hotel from one island to another; she managed the entire shipment. I couldn't be happier with the experience and service! I will come back for sure!!

Words are not enough to describe how beautiful this place is. This place is so perfect for rest and recuperation. The staff are wonderful - very helpful, excellent attention to details, and absolutely professional. The place has a perfect view of the caldera and the sunset. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Don’t miss out the rooms with private jacuzzi. Watching the sunset in a jacuzzi is a special experience. For a group or family, their large room with 2 rooms is perfect. It comes with a kitchen and a spacious living room.

Nothing at all. Not something we didn’t like but it is probably important to note that access to the hotel might be challenging for persons with restricted mobility.

Ariadni welcomed us with a huge smile and literally made this trip amazing ..... She arranged a car service to pick us up at the ferry. it is so cool to see your name written and then get into a Mercedes van and no drama. then we got there kinda early and she let us. check in early ! She made sure the wifi was working and the IPAD for ordering breakfast was explained and just amazing customer service. Also the staff JUMPED to help. ya and they carried our luggage to and from the street. We had dinner at the hotel and again outstanding .... Thank you Nick & George & George. Ariadni gave us great places to eat and really knew how to make our stay amazing

I have absolute no idea .... this is a cave and they made it to a palace. the one thing I would love is USA plugs in the room. I loved my view and I truly loved how easy it was ordering room service. I loved my enormous breakfast I do wish they had Splenda

it’s on the side of a mountain/hill over looking the sea with beautiful views everywhere. the breakfast every day was amazing. you have your own jacuzzi and the staff is responsive. Please note most properties in Santorini don’t have an actual address so if you take a Taxi tell them Galis Square, but pay the premium price to let the hotel arrange your airport pickup so they will await your arrival.

there are a couple of things that after being there I understand they are unavoidable because of the terrain and the reality of the geography. 1 - It’s hard to get a lot of privacy outside of your room because you’re on the face of a steep hill and people walk around to get to their rooms. 2 - you have to go up and down about 100 steps to get to your room from the street and some are very steep. They are great about taking your bags but it’s still a schlep. DO NOT STAY HERE if you are not capable of climbing steep steps multiple times. Taxi through the hotel is more dependable but more expensive. you’ll pay 45 euros to go to the airport but 25 through taxis directly.
