Location, nice welcome, plenty of room inside.

The pool needs a tiny bit of TLC, the tiles are starting to fall off but still a nice swim, pool area was clean and secluded

The room was very big, we had a very big balcony overlooking the sunset. The location was perfect to explore Imerovigil, and I really recommend this as a base to explore the whole island. The parking was just across the street and there was always lots of place (wich can be difficult in other more busy towns in the island) Very confy bed!

The kitchennet was kind of useful, there was a fridge, kettle and toaster. It was weird not having a sink, so you had to wash the disshes or glases in the bathroom sink. It woudl be helpful to have a couple more of tools, like drying cloth or paper towels, and corkscrew!

Excellent location, with a bit of privacy. The on-site hosts, Lena and George, were helpful, friendly, and made us feel welcome. We also loved the kittens who live on the site. They were special.

Beautiful rooms, lovely pool, and adorable cats! I loved the location in Imerovigli--the property is less than 5 minutes from the bus stop and the small town, and Imerovigli itself is so calm and peaceful compared to Oia and Fira. If you're looking for a place to stay outside of the busiest areas, I highly recommend both the town and this property. It's easy to take the bus anywhere, and you can walk the pedestrian trail to Fira in less than 30 minutes. The staff (both human and feline) were very welcoming and kind. Too bad I couldn't sneak one of the orange kittens into my suitcase!

The only complaint I have is that the night clerk I met is a bit overly friendly. Not in a creepy/uncomfortable way, but female travelers should be aware of it. I spoke to another guest who had a similar experience. I truly think he was just trying to be hospitable and not hitting the mark quite right. I would still give the property a 10 and stay again if and when I return to Santorini.

Loved the location. Imerovigli is the perfect base to see the whole of Santorini. We actually preferred the sunset and evening in Imerovigli compared to Oia with all the tourists. The hotel gave us a nice quiet, peaceful place to base ourselves and it was lovely to come back and take a swim and relax for a bit in between adventuring. The decor of the room was really lovely and exactly what I’d hoped for, and the bathroom was lovely and huge!

Some things are hard to deal with on an island. There were a few cockroaches that made an appearance in the bathroom, but fighting nature is hard everywhere, and they were always swiftly dealt with and the staff were great with spraying every day to minimise this. We saw 4 in total, I know people in other hotels on the island had problems with much more, so it was a very minimal issue. The air conditioning could have been slightly stronger for a bit of a boost to cool you down as you came in, but it was a heatwave so in normal weather it would be fine. It was perfect to sleep with on.

Great staff - very helpful when we arrived at the hotel. It's a few minutes away from a nice bakery and affordable restaurants but also near the good ones where you might want to splurge. It's not along the caldera but it's a 5 minute walk from the main caldera footpath (the Fira-Imerovigli-Oia hike). We didn't have time to try the pool but it was big and clean and looked like a nice place to just lounge around. They also gave free Greek white wine upon check-in. The room and the bathroom was big. It had a refrigerator and some plates but no microwave for reheating food (this seems to be common among accommodations in the area). It did have a small sandwich grill that we used to reheat our pies late in the night. Check-in process was easy and they let us store our luggage at the hotel while we explored Fira since we arrived very early. Also great sunrise view from the hotel.

Had some issues communicating with them before our stay. Took a few days for them to respond and only after several emails. They also don't help with booking your airport to hotel shuttle/transport and didn't give helpful information, we had to research on our own (the YT channel - Greece Explained helped a lot). It would have been great if they had more info on transport options besides using the bus since most info on the internet are outdated. That said, they did help us book a taxi for our hotel to airport transfer and adviced us on the rates.

The rooms were big and comfortable, so was the bed. The whole hotel area was very peaceful and beautiful, the pool was lovely to chill at. Polly was a great host and she kept checking in to make sure everything was perfect for us.

The kitchenette could perhaps use a couple more utensils and plates. The pool also needs to be freshen up a bit (some tiles were missing).

The apartment we stayed in was cute and lovely. The reception staff was very nice and welcoming. The location was convenient as it was super close shops and the town centre. It was a short stay but we had a great time. Great value for money, would definitely recommend!
