Absolutely perfect for our honeymoon, the cave was amazing, and the staff were exceptional. Victor met us from the taxi and carried our luggage for us and was really helpful throughout our stay. The lady on reception was just as helpful, she was so friendly and offered lots of information. They still gave us our breakfast early when we had a catamaran trip booked even though it was before 'normal' breakfast time. Honestly couldn't fault it.

Cannot fault the hotel, but as a tip, avoid getting taxis, they're quite expensive - all buses are around 2euros each, the bus stop is only 5 minutes from the hotel and it goes to Thira and then you can get anywhere across the island on another bus from there, again for only 2euros each!

The view is amazing, the location is great, the staff is really nice, and the room was comfortable and super clean. Everything was great, I loved the place. If you want to feel that you are in glamorous Santorini, this is the place at a reasonable price.

Everything was great. Maybe just a little detail as a recommendation: we were told that we could stay only until 13:30 at the pool the day of our check out. I understand the reason, but we had a flight at 16:30, we didn't have any place to go, it was a hot day and there was literally no one at the pool the entire morning and afternoon. It would have been nice to hear "you are welcome to stay until you go to the airport" instead of putting limits, cause we ended up stressed out looking at the time...

Nefeli homes was on best location. It was beautiful clean hotel. We had amazing time staying there. staff was super very kind and helpful. Staff Viktor was really friendly kind to us . Definitely worth money. We will for sure returning back again.

We had an excellent stay here! The hotel and our room were amazing and really comfortable. The breakfast on our balcony each morning was delicious, and the service throughout our stay was fantastic. A special shoutout to Konstantina, who supported us from the very beginning—helping with the check-in process, arranging our boat tour during our stay, and even providing us with a lunch box after checkout since our flight was departing early. Her service and attention to guests were truly exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, and I highly recommend staying here.

Nothing, everything was really exceptional

Very good breakfast, you almost didn’t need lunch when you had such a lovely breakfast with a lot of different things to choose from.

We basically liked everything, so no complaints!

Nefeli Homes is located in a very quiet area of Imerovigli and probably has the best view in Santorini from its terraces. Our hostess Konstantina was exceptionally hospitable and informative, and the staff (especially Viktor) were lovely. Breakfast in the morning on the terrace overlooking the caldera was fabulous. If you want to relax this is the place to go!

It's a pity there were no sun loungers around the pool, but they did what they could with the space and there were plenty of sofas and seats.

The facilities at Nefeli Homes are great. The view of the caldera and everything that surrounds it, from the room's balcony, is indescribable. Large room, very comfortable mattress, air conditioning working perfectly, private heated bathtub and swimming pool with incredible views. The staff is great and cheerful. Elina and Victório are very helpful and kind, a unique feature of the place. Be sure to rent a small car in Santorini. Despite good public transport, it is better and quicker to visit places with a car.

Only stay three days in Santorini😔😔

Where do I start??? First, Nefeli Homes has the most beautiful views of the caldera, volcano, the Aegean Sea and the towns of Firastefani and Fira. Second, the staff. We will never forget Elina's warm smile and helpfulness. Stelio, the night receptionist was great as well. Victor brought a delicious organic breakfast to our terrace every morning, always happy and ready to accommodate. Thirdly, our double superior cave room was nothing less than perfect, clean with an excellent working air conditioner. Absolutely nothing!

We loved our stay at Nefeli homes. The view from our room was incredible and the hosts were so helpful. We much preferred Imerovigli to the hustle and bustle of Oia which we weren't expecting. The cave room was unique to the area and was fun to try out!! Walking distance to many restaurants and friendly hosts.

The walk from our room to the pool was around a main walking area so I felt a hit self conscious walking in my bathing suit. Also, the TV placement in the room didn't allow for tv watching in bed at night which is really the only time we would have watched anything. Finally, we had a difficult time getting our hot tub to heat up, perhaps a paper with instructions in the room would have been helpful. Overall, these were VERY minor "issues" and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

The view was fantastic and it was great to have our very own little patio. The private hot tub was a welcome end to our 20,000 step day!

The bathroom was nice, however the shower was only so/so since the pressure wasn't great. The shower also lacked a shower curtain, so a lot of the bathroom got wet.
