The property is truly amazing. We stayed in the cave room and it was beyond our expectations. The room and bathroom are big and even if it was really hot outside the room temperature was reasonable without the ac. The outdoor area of the room is the special part. You have a private hot tub, with perfect water temperature. The best part of the hot tub is that it is situated away from the alleys and the people passing by cannot see you. You have a beautiful view of the skaros rock and amazing sunset view.

The suites are situated directly in front of the volcano so that when tourists walking up the street turn the corner they stop and take in the amazing view - and that’s the view from your room/pool; spectacular. We were travelling as a couple and enjoyed the quiet aspect of the area and were able to walk (approx 1 hr) to Fira for resteraunts/bars when we felt like it and then leave the noise behind after. Elia had no reception but we were able to contact them through booking.com’s message system and they were very helpful with organising taxis etc.

The room was smaller than we expected but it didn’t hamper our stay, we spent most of the time exploring Santorini or on our balcony/in our hot tub. Your hot tub is on view for anyone walking past to see, this did not bother us but it might some; I believe the honeymoon suite has their hot tub obscured from public view.

+ The view of Skaros Rock and the caldera is wonderful for watching the sunset from the Junior Suite's personal pool or either of the two balconies. There are no obstructions of the view, and you can see from Akrotiri in the south all the way around (west & north) to Thirassa, Oia, and the cliffsides of Imerovigli. Sunset any time of year will be great here! + The neighborhood is quiet, but there are many restaurants nearby (we especially recommend the Blue Note, right above on the cliffside). + The location also is good for a mildly strenuous hike out to Skaros Rock or a nice 20-minute walk down to the Three Bells of Fira. + Room service provided slippers, bathrobes, a bottle of wine upon arrival, and a large bottle of water each day in the refrigerator.

The Junior Suite is a little small, with just enough room to "maneuver" around the bed (but the views make up for this!). Also, Santorini is not "luggage friendly," with lots of stairs and rough stone pathways requiring even wheeled suitcases to be carried. Cristos K helped us do that on arrival, but assistance at checkout also would be nice.

The location was amazing and the room was beautiful. The house keeping were so wonderful and sweet with their smiley faces. We stocked up at the supermarket and enjoyed having breakfast every morning with our amazing views Sunsets wer just WOW!!! Overall we had the best time and the cave suite was wonderful, we loved having our private hot tub with incredible views..was out of this world x

Only one thing, as a property rule, they should replace the toiletries everyday if anything has finished such as body wash.

Christos our host was great at keeping in touch, gave recommendations for eating out activities etc, showed us around our accommodation also giving history about the island etc. couldn't of asked for more even received a complimentary bottle of wine for the sunset on our first night and fridge had fresh water in etc everyday! We can't wait to come back.

Nothing, we loved everything it was all perfect.

I picked a winner here. Everything was perfect. the location, the accessibility. The staff. Tzeni was so attentive and made sure everything was good with my room. The hot tub on the balcony was lovely to come back to after exploring the sights and hiking. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot. This place definitely made my trip to Santorini very special. The location is much less busy and hectic than nearby Oia and Fira but there are some great hiking trails very close that you can easily get to them and the bus stop which can take you around the island with ease. No need to get an expensive taxi! I would definitely recommend this place.

A small but beautifully equipped suite. The room isn’t large but you won’t need inside space with the gorgeous balcony and hot tub.

The only thing we would have liked is extra blankets. It got a bit nippy at night at the end of October and we didn’t want to leave the heater on all night. Otherwise perfect.

We stayed in the junior suite for our honeymoon and what an amazing experience it was. Beautiful room with super balcony views over the Caldera & all the way to Oia. Room super clean and tidied daily with fresh towels, water & coffee. Heated Jacuzzi was amazing, especially when watching the sunset. Christos and his mother are so friendly and accommodating with anything we needed. We cannot wait to return next year for our anniversary. Thank you again. Jamie & Mayra

we stayed 5 days in junior suite. it was extremely tranquil, even though the suite is literally on the popular route of the tourists. we enjoyed the views, the attention of the personnel, the comfort of the bed. cleaning service with fresh towels, water, coffee is provided daily! there is no reception, which is frankly fantastic - the person is in WhatsApp responding instantly.

they don’t have a pool. the hot tub was tricky - you cannot regulate temperature by yourself and it was not ideal - sometimes too hot, or too cold other days - we had to ask for the handyman to check on it almost every day.

The property was beautiful. It had a balcony to the front overlooking the sea and a hot tub balcony to the side overlooking the sea and the picturesque view of Santorini. It was perfectly situated in quiet Imerovigli away from busy Thira. There are a few bars and restaurants close by and lots more about a 5-10 minute walk away.

Check out time was too early especially if you are not catching a flight home until later in the evening.
