The staff was great, Tani (the chauffeur) who picked us up from the airport was amazing. He guided us briefly about the island and gave us many useful tips about where to go and what to expect. He was very friendly. Also, Ahmad (at reception) was awesome. He helped us with whatever we asked for and made sure to assist us whenever we needed. Shoutout to cleaning lady for daily cleaning the room. The breakfast was great. Views are mind-blowing.

So many stairs! And honestly, its not their fault its just how the terrain is. So make sure to pack some high-quality shoes (preferably trainers or sports shoes with good cushioning so you can walk around easily.) Also make sure to pack ORS/salts because the water on the island doesn't have any, and you may get dehydrated really quickly if you don't pay attention to your water levels.

The location was our favorite part! Very close to Skaros, very easy to hike to Fira as it is only 35-40 minutes walk and the walk was pleasant and relatively safe. The bed was firm and comfortable! The toileties are quite nice. The breakfast was included in the stay, simply fantastic and it changes everyday. The hotel offers activities and can do the booking for us with good deals as well. Staffs were super friendly, super nice and super helpful.

The bathroom was quite small. There were people walking around / passing our room a lot of times (it's located by the hiking path) which points out to the lack of privacy, for us it's not a problem. The pool was a bit cold for us :( and they lack sufficient sunbeds to accommodate the demand.

Excellent location, the view from the room balcony was exceptional, picture perfect. A short walk to local restaurants and shops and almost directly on the trail from Fira to Oia. The breakfast was very good, an array of different dishes presented every day and more than enough to feed us both twice over! Very friendly and helpful staff.

The toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet and the holder for the shower head was a bit loose but these are both minor points. Overall the room was very comfortable.

The hotel's location in Imerovigli is picture-perfect. The sunsets are amazing to view from the restaurant & bar which is also the perfect spot to view the scenery over the caldera while munching on some superb dishes... the small but oh-so-tasty local interpretation of a Ceviche is to die for! The hotel also has a great selection of activities to recommend. My highlights were the sunset cruise and a private wine tour.

I stayed in the standard rooms at the bottom, and it got a little noisy with all people walking past on the path between Fira and Oia but it just added to the local village charm. If anything, as the path split just outside these rooms, add a sign indicating that the high road leads to Oia, while the low road leads to the half island...

Pearl on the Cliff hotel provided an amazing experience for my wife and me. The breathtaking views of the cliff greatly enhanced our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff, including the receptionist in the morning and the gentleman in the evening, were friendly and always ready to help. Since the hotel is on a slope, guests with large luggage should inform the hotel before arrival, and they will assist with handling it. Overall, we highly recommend Pearl on the Cliff hotel for its stunning views, clean rooms, and excellent service. We can’t wait to return to this place again.

Great view, private pool, spacious room (suite) for 3 adults, very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast buffet. Nespresso coffee machine in the suite. Keep in mind that there are many small and steep stairs from the car parking to the rooms, especially difficult to go down with a big suitcase. The kind receptionist helped me carrying my suitcase - thank you very much. Fantastic Hotel on Santorini!

Great localization with amazing view on caldera, Oia and we could enjoy sunsets avery evening from our terrasse. The room had everything we needed and hotel's personel was kind and helpful. Breakfasts on the Cliff were tasty and interesting every day. We can honestly recommend this Hotel as a great place to spend vacation in Santorini. Greetings from Mariola and Rafal to Maria (Host) and others who made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay ❤️

The location is fantastic!!!! You can walk or catch the local bus to Fira & Oia and then come back to an oasis of less people. Just be aware that "living" on a side of cliff is no joke!! You will encounter stairs. Wear good shoes and take your time. The views are just worth it!!! Even climbing two flights to the pool resulted in a superb afternoon after a day of scuba diving. My room was simple and clean-a little shabby chic going on. My little balcony was heaven in the morning as I watched sunrise over Skaros Rock and beautiflul sunsets in the evening. The staff makes this hotel!!!! From my port pick up with Akris to Elena at reception, everyone I met was such a postive light for this hotel and I hope the owner knows how hard his staff works. Elena arranged a wonderful evening wine tasting for me and my transfers for my scubs diving. When I wanted afternoon coffee, the bartender was so helpful. The guys that run up and down those stairs for luggage and drinks by the pool-massive kudos!!!! Of course my lovely breakfast chef!! She always had a smile and I loved discovering what new things she created for breakfast. In order for this to be a 10 for me, I need better pillows. The are too hard! Being able to make coffee in the room would be nice (but do not know if there is some code) for my mornings on my balcony. Last, maybe letting guests know that when they share balcony space, be mindful of noise level and moving furniture can be heard.

Very delicious breakfast, stunning view of the entire caldera, quiet area, cleanliness, very kind and helpful team. The view from the pool on the roof is also fantastic. There is also a shop and a bus stop nearby, so everything is easily accessible.

The walls are a little thin, so there was a little conflict with the upper neighbors on two nights, but this is not the hotel's fault.

The views are stunning. Absolutely gorgeous. The location is very quiet, yet close to plenty of restaurants and bars. There is a charming traditional Greek bar just around the corner.

The bathroom in our room was very small. Not a big problem, but I can see the size of the shower being an issue at times.
