Breakfast was delicious but usually cold by time it reached your room but that’s due to the distance it had to be carried The hot tub temperature needs to be hotter

There are many things that were spectacular about the place. For starters, the location was absolutely ideal and the room had an unreal view. When booking the place we were afraid the pictures would not reflect the reality, however this was far from the case, and the suite was beautiful and comfortable.

In terms of areas for improvement the first point is that the bathroom window was facing a construction site, and sometimes when we had the window open so workers would walk by which was a bit uncomfortable. Under than that the room service quality was not good at all and very expensive for what it was.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for five days and really enjoyed the location as well as the beautiful rooms and views from the hotel. They served a beautiful breakfast every day in your room or on the balcony. We had friends at a neighboring hotel paying almost double and they liked our Jr Suite better. We especially enjoyed all of the staff with amazing service from the two front desk people, Maria and Xaris. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Very minor cleaning items like grout in the shower and slightly dirty patio table. But so minor to the rest of the experience.

The location and view is breathtaking! The staff are excellent and are there to help with any recommendations or information you may require during your trip especially Maria and Harris on reception. They organised our transfer from the airport and back. From the moment we arrived we were looked after with welcome drinks, bottle of wine, a beautiful suite with the most stunning view. We had a lovely breakfast brought to our balcony area every morning, (the pancakes were delicious!) Will miss them. The hotel is very well kept and cleaned to a high level, delicious little cakes on our pillows with a note every day. The whole hotel smelled beautifully clean and the young lad who cleaned the pool and maintenance was so hard working from morning till night. The best holiday we have had in the most stunning place. Could not recommend this hotel enough it was a perfect honeymoon! Thanks and we will be back hopefully! The WiFi was a little slow especially outside and the pressure of the shower could be better but otherwise than that could not fault it. (Just being picky).

Can’t say enough about Golden Suites. The location, the views, the staff, the breakfast…..all were fantastic. Away from busy areas but steps away from a good selection of restaurants. The staff were all very warm, welcoming and helpful. Maria made checkin smooth. We arrived before checkin but were able to use the facilities and relax around the pool with a complimentary drink. The young gentleman, Fabiost (?) who worked the pool bar and restaurant was professional and great to deal with. We had breakfast included and it was amazing! Hands downs one of the best breakfasts we have ever had included in a hotel anywhere in the world. The selection exceeded our expectations and was served on our patio every morning, a great way to start the day. Our room was very clean with amazing views of the caldera, Oia and the sunsets every night. Could not have asked for a better experience in Santorini. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and will stay again if we visit Santorini again.

Having to leave.

Our stay here was the perfect end to our 10-day trip in Greece! This property exceeded my expectations. From the beautiful and spacious suite (comfortable enough for three adults), breathtaking Caldera views, and personal service from Maria and the gentleman at the front desk - this stay was more than we could have asked for! We loved starting our day with breakfast in the room and enjoying afternoons on the balcony and in the jacuzzi. We also loved the location of the property in Imerovigli and away from the crowds of Oia and Thira. My mom and I had massages in the spa which were great. Cannot wait to be back!

The bed was really hard.

The view is so breathtaking and the hotel has a perfect localisation for sunset and Caldera! The receptionist Harris was super nice and gave us good tips for our stay We had a pleasant surprise as our room was upgraded! A big thank you for that. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and functional We had the perfect time, with welcoming drinks. The breakfast had variety and it was fresh and delicious Is definitely one of the best hotel I've ever stayed in

It was tricky to find the hotel Even with the GPS But we found some nice people that guided us and the hotel staff were also nice to take us when we wanted to go to the restaurant so we found our way easily

Room wasn't what we expected (still nice though). Depending on the level your room is, it slightly varies - would be good if they show all the possible rooms so guests can be better informed Breakfast items (eggs, coffee) were sometimes cold on delivery

Maria, Rafael, Fabio, and Helen were amazing. Great hospitality, kindness, helpful, great people. I enjoyed my stay and they made me feel comfortable at all times. The suggestions they gave me on where to eat, transportation, and where to visit was the highlight of my stay in Santorini. The hotel is in a great location and the view is amazing. When I return to Santorini, Gold Suites small luxury is where I will stay.

I would change nothing about this hotel.

Everything was beyond perfect.The airport transfers , early check in to the most beautiful room with outstanding views over caldera , the welcome bottle of wine and birthday gift , the most stunning sunsets, scrumptious breakfast laid out on the verandah every morning, the very clever towel arrangements with flowers on the bed, super friendly and accommodating staff. It was all perfect.

It was perfect. We didn’t like leaving.
