Beautiful, close to town with its restaurants and shops but comfortably distant in the same time to give you a quiet place to rest. Each apartment has a spacious outside terrace with to have a nice meal or a glass of wine in the evenings. You can enjoy your evening watching the sea or wake up in the mornings to see the sun rises. Overall cleaningness of the property is on a high level. I loved the idea to get a separate towel for the beach. There was enough parking space for all guests. Small pool could have been a pleasant addition but somehow we didn't have a time to use it. A small bar next to the pool for everyone is also a nice idea. The owners were really welcoming, helpful and responsive to any request/question. Bakery and restaurants just few minutes away are just additional benefit. I would recommend a nice freshly squeezed orange juice of or an olive oil from the farmer that you can buy in a small grocery store near by.

The very and only thing I could think of is that sometimes one bathroom for 4 people was not enough, a separate toilet would really benefit for everyone but this is a very minor thing that maybe somewhere in the future the owners can think of.

Our stay in Southern Dreams was perfect from start to finish. Firstly I would just like to say that Tsampika and Kostas were exceptional hosts. They contacted us the day before we arrived with loads of recommendations for food and activities. As it was towards the end of the season and the complex was quiet they also upgraded our room which we both felt was very thoughtful. The complex is clean, has a beautiful pool, sun loungers and a bar for the residents in the evening. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and super comfortable. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds and a lovely kitchen and lounge area. Southern Dreams is down a very quiet road but with little passing traffic but it is also less than a 5 minute walk to the centre of the village (plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from) and approx 5 minutes walk to the beach. There was plenty of parking outside the residence for rental cars. Tsampika and Kostas were so welcoming and also available by text for any questions we had. We have already said we would definitely stay here again. I would 100% recommend a stay here for anyone traveling to Rhodes and who wants to travel a little further outside of Rhodes old town etc. Peaceful, comfortable,relaxing and welcoming what more could you want from a holiday.

The apartment is beautiful, modern and equipped with all necessary amenities. The host is incredibly attentive, sweet and made sure we had a great stay. The housekeeper was also wonderful. The bathroom is very big. Clean apartment. I loved watching the sunrise from the terrace. The beach is at a 10 - 15 min walking distance.

The internet is a little unstable. It may be difficult for people who intend to stream or work remotely. But other than that, everything else was great.

Everything about Southern Dreams is exceptional, Tsampika was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The sea view apartment is large, comfy and more like a home from home. Every attention to detail has been put into Southern Dreams with so many extras like a washer and dishwasher, testement to Tsampikas passion to make your stay memorable. Kitchen has everything you may need and the sandwich toaster was well used! Bathroom spotless, fabulous power shower with ample towels and pool towels. Bedrooms are spacious and have lots of storage and the bed so comfy - the best I have slept in ages!! Southern Dreams is well placed for Gennadi, about a 6 min walk into town - and so peaceful at night. The view is just stunning to wake up to and the pool absolutely lovely. Arrived home this morning and looking at when we can return! Thankyou again Tsampika, you made our 6 night stay memorable.

Nothing - every aspect exceptional

Our stay at these apartments was simply wonderful! The location is excellent – in a quiet area that ensured complete relaxation. The pool next to the apartments was especially clean and very pleasant – a perfect place to refresh and spend time. Another big advantage is the convenience of the location. Just a few minutes’ walk away, there are numerous taverns where you can taste local dishes, and a supermarket where you can easily shop for everything you need. This is very convenient, especially for those who prefer to cook for themselves or have quick access to daily essentials. The apartments were very clean and tidy, everything was prepared for our arrival. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We will definitely return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Southern Dream Apartments! The apartment was very comfortable, clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable, offering helpful recommendations for local dining, sightseeing and transportation. I can highly recommend it!!

Never have we ever felt so compelled to write a review and we can honestly say hand on our hearts that Southern Dreams is one of the best places we have ever stayed whilst on holiday. Having read the other reviews before coming, we thought it would be too good to be true however it delivered in every way imaginable. We were first time parents on our first ever holiday abroad with our 8month old baby and Southern Dreams was the perfect place for our family. Tsampika and Kostas looked after us so well during our stay and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Nothing was ever too much for them, they are the most welcoming and helpful hosts we have met. Their recommendations of places to eat and visit were all exceptional. The facilities were amazing, everything was very clean and tidy and their housekeeper was incredibly accommodating. The bar was such a welcome addition, Kostas makes the best cocktails! The location of the apartments is perfect, so close to the local village with a fantastic bakery and choice of tavernas plus a nearby beach. The views are just idyllic, waking up to the sea every morning was heavenly- we were so sad to leave! Normally we don't return to places once we have visited however we are already planning and eagerly anticipating our next stay at Southern Dreams! The location with gorgeous sea views but away from the town so its peaceful and quiet. Great facilities including washer machine and dishwasher and separate beach towels a nice touch. Netflix on the TV and strong WIFI. I had several zoom meetings with no hitches at all. Tsampika and team are really friendly and sorted me out with everything I needed. Gennadi is a lovely little town with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket with everything you'd need.

Beautiful sea views at the apartment. Tsampika, our lovely host, was very helpful with local suggestions and got in touch with us to check if we needed fresh towels and to make sure everything was going well. Having breakfast on the terrace while looking out onto the Mediterranean Sea was spectacular. The kitchen was very well equipped, perfect for cooking and preparing food, with lots of space. Little touches like laundry detergent tablets and dishwasher tablets made the stay even more pleasant. The bedrooms were very comfortable with lots of room, great air conditioning and windows to let in the breeze—it was also great that the windows had fly screens so we could keep the windows open at night. The pool was beautiful and quiet, and the surrounding gardens were great to walk through and enjoy whilst swimming in the pool.
