Al Mare is an absolute gem 💎. From the early check-in, fruit basket, wine and wonderful friendly service from Jenni, to the sparkling pool and great beach sunbeds, umbrellas and superb breakfast, this was an amazing holiday. The hotel is well designed for an uninterrupted view of the sea, easy access to a lovely private beach, and the rooms are airy and well-maintained. All the staff are incredibly friendly and nothing is too much trouble; the breakfasts are well prepared with fresh coffee and lovely a la carte choices to keep you fueled up for the day ahead. We really had a super time - 5 mins walk in each directions gets to a great choice of restaurants which were a real treat and such good value. Location is marvellous and a quick scooter ride from some great areas to visit like Lindos (go early or 4pm to enjoy the spectacular acropolis and cute little shops. Restaurants are a bit of a tourist trap - our food and value for money was much better near to Al Mare, but the town is a must see. Thank you to this amazing little hotel for an incredible base from which to explore Rhodes.

The size of the accomodation was perfectly enpugh for 2 persons. It was lovely to find two floors. The Fruitbasket, wine, coffecorner was a cute adding. The wiew from the pool was amazing of course. The best thing was the abundant breakfast and always tasy dishes. Be prepared that the portions are huge.

The overall cleaniness was so and so. The rooms were cleaned but the corners of the room still had a bit of dust. The bed in the bedrooom was rised and getting on and off the bed was pretty tideous. The interior design was cheap and did not have particularly tasty vibes. The chairs did not fi the table, the paintings and wall decore were tastless. The front door did not shut properly and I had to slam it 5-6 times to get it finally closed. Annoying. The poolside was cleaned every morning and all the private pools are on the ground floor and they are opened to a lawn. And people just walk on the lawn and you have at times no privacy. Anyone can walk buy and take a peak. There was a lady who just wondered to our pool and the realized she chose a wrong entrance...

Pool was perfect Loungers we’re great Bed was super comfortable Bathroom was gorgeous Plenty of space for hanging clothes and putting shoes in the room. Also liked that they had somewhere to rest your suitcase when packing and unpacking TV both downstairs and in the bedroom although we didn’t really watch much TV Stunning views Breakfast at the nearby cafe was delicious, full of variety and hearty portions. Could also takeaway which was very useful Staff were amazing and so welcoming! If you love privacy, a pool with a view and the best staff then I 100% recommend staying here. If we come back to Rhodes, this will be our first port of call! An absolutely fabulous place to stay!

Wi-Fi a bit patchy and could have done with a full length mirror, but these are minor issues which wouldn’t stop me coming back!

My partner and myself came here for 4 nights, we found it to be perfect. The sea views were amazing, the pool was perfect with the heat we had. Private beach was really nice just a few steps down from breakfast, with loungers and umbrellas. Breakfast was delicious with a good size menu, the fresh juices were tasty too. Air conditioning in the villa was great. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Rhodes.

We liked everything. We would recommend a car if you wanted to do some exploring

The beach, the breakfast, the facilities; all were exceptionally good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The photos reflect what you really get, so you know it's an honest business. All employees are friendly and sincere. They introduced us to the local markets, restaurants, attractions etc.

Incredible views- right on the seafront. The pool was big and clean, it was too cold for baby to swim in but we enjoyed it. We even saw deer right outside our villa and amazing sunrises and sunsets. Words can’t describe how amazing and special this place is. We traveled with our 8 month old who everyone fussed over- she made so many friends! The breakfast was amazing. We were so sad to leave

Nothing, it was all amazing. We would have loved for the cafe to do dinner onsite too for evenings when you don’t want to venture out.

Gorgeous sea views and amazing private pool to cool off in. All of the staff were really kind and friendly. The Villa was cleaned daily and had all that we needed for our stay. There are a few very good restaurants all within 15 mins walk but we also went into Pefkos and Lindos a few times by taxi which was only around 20 mins away.

The bathroom needed a bit of updating, more specifically the shower, which was very small and also leaked a little through the shower screen. It also would’ve been great to have a full length mirror but neither of these things spoilt our stay.

absolutely amazing in every way. quiet and clean beach, with a crystal sea. beautiful view every morning. Rich and very tasty breakfast with lovely and friendly staff.

I know it is almost subtropical zone, it was very very hot. So maybe little bit more invest to innovate A/C in the apartments :) It is little bit noisy !!

The beautiful setting, even though the area had been ravaged by forest fires, the people and businesses had made a great recovery and made our stay very enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast. A delicious menu with plenty of choice.

Great location, the stuff was very attentive, amazing breakfast and the views were stunning. We will be coming back for sure next year!
