A far more than adequate hotel for the two of us for our 11 night stay. Great size room overlooking the sea. The breakfasts were generous but a bit the same each day. Staff were friendly and always said 'Good morning' Very well located for the beach,shops and airport and ideally central for visiting other resorts in and around the Messinian Gulf. Could be a bit noisy for the early to bed brigade but a decent pair of earplugs will allow a good nights sleep. We both loved it.

Back again. Good location along sea front-with restaurants, bars etc. Bus stop few doors down to take you centre town and old town. Reception always friendly and helpful and managed to provide me with a bathroom plug-only one exists. Upgraded me to side seaview couple days after my arrival. I stayed 14 nights

No plug for bathroom wash basins-for my shaving etc. Reception managed to find one. I suggested that they get more for those that need it.

Rooms were a little dated, but good if you just need a place to sleep. Would have loved a Greek coffee. Street noise was a little loud, so close the shutters if you want some quiet. Breakfast was a little limited - not many fresh fruit options or granola/museli. Greek yoghurt was lovely. No non-dairy options.

Beautiful sea side view You open your balcony and wow Its like Florida Rivera, but better Because everything in Greece is better It can get little noise at night with traffic, loud music coming from the cars and motorcycles If you don't mind all that and you like to party your in the right hotel.

The staff at Flisvos is super accommodating. From the front desk personnel (Gianni and a young woman with brown hair in a pony tail) to the cleaning staff (Valentina) I cannot express how happy I am with the service provided. Gianni is attentive and flexible. The cleaning staff does a great job each day with the rooms. They are flexible as well and work around your schedule to meet your needs. I have recommended all my family and friends and they too have stayed at this hotel. It’s right on the water and the location is just as great as the people that work there.

This is a two star hotel that far exceeded expectations. Room was beautiful, modern, with refrigerator, quiet (we had a side room). The only drawback was that the shower tub was smaller than usual. Breakfast buffet was great, with hot options and standard continental breakfast. No hotel parking, but adjacent to public parking, where we could always find a spot. Location is great, with bar/restaurant right across from the entrance, with beach couches and umbrellas free if you buy a coffee/drink. Location very close to the marina with lots of options for restaurants / bars. Beach was superb. Staff was wonderful; very polite and accommodating.

Shower rather small with an unusual curtain system which was difficult to set so that water doesn't splash onto the bathroom floor. No hotel parking.

The check-in process is quick which is really good after a long flight and late arrival . It was smooth and the receptionist was very nice and approachable. I also like how clean it was inside and that I have the view of the ocean. A lot to see around ,markets and restaurants.

Maybe the food was average but it's fine , i liked the mini sausages and eggs

The staff of this hotel was super nice, always present and made sure we had whatever we needed (tea at 2am). Location is also great, right in the middle of the beach, across two cool beach bars and next to a parking lot. Breakfast is good and tasty. Finally, cleaning ladies were changing towels and cleaning the room every day, which really upgraded our experience. They're super friendly and caring as well :) Overall a 10/10 stay and will definitely go back!

The hotel is located right next to the beach, a 15-minute walk from the center of Kalamata. Towels and bed linen were changed every day. Breakfast was in the renovated dining room. Choice of coffee, time, dcuz, water, parks, ham, cheese, vegetables and omelette

The bathroom could use renovation. The air conditioner only spread the air, it did not cool it. There was no dryer or cord for drying things on the balcony. No ketchup was available at breakfast

Very good hotel all round, great location, beach bar and cushioned sun beds right across the road. Nice Buffett breakfast, staff very friendly and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitated to stay there again.
