We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind throughout our visit. We experienced a small inconvenience during our stay, but the owner personally stepped in to help, which we truly appreciated. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the sea, making it easy to enjoy the beach at any time. Our room was cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner worked perfectly without making a loud noise at night. Breakfast was really good — the omelette was definitely the highlight.

The staff was not in the hotel for the other half of the day.

The building was beautiful and the garden was amazing.You can bring your drinks.They serve the breakfast there and I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of homade bread,jams and marmelades. At night the main door is locked which is good if you travel alone and has only 7 rooms so I felt safe. The staff were happy to do the extra mile to help and make my stay enjoyable.Especially Kallirroi.I will defenitely go again.

The hotel is housed in a older building with a lovely courtyard for breakfast. Our room was very clean. Great location just a couple of minutes walk from the seafront. Staff are helpful and charming. Maria made us a lovely breakfast. If you arrive when the reception door is locked just ring the contact number and you will be given instructions on how to enter. Kalamata feels very safe this is a town where people leave motorcycles in the street with the keys in the ignition!

The location was excellent for the centre of Kalamata and the seafront. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. It was a heatwave when we visited 41C and the air condition was quiet and effective. There was no noise from the city in our room during the night. The breakfast was plentiful and good quality. We had a one night stay and the room met our needs for this purpose.

As other reviews have mentioned, the bathroom was very small in our room. The shower is narrow and sitting on the toilet your legs are under the edge of the sink. We are short people so it was OK for one night. If you are a taller/larger person this might be an issue. There may be other rooms with bigger bathrooms so you could ask the hotel before booking.

The breakfast was superb! Local products, nice tastes and extra bonus the plate with "tiganites"! Great selection of bread in a bread basket, and of course, there were "lalaggia", a local treat, which is something like fried bread dough and you can enjoy them with cheese as well!

The staff was attentive to our needs and made our stay even better than it could have been. The location of the hotel is phenomenal. Close to the beach and not too far from the centre. There are lovel shops ans restaurants nearby.

Location was good, quiet and easy to find. The breakfast was varied with eggs, bacon, tomatoes, yoghurt, honey, fresh fruit, breads, cakes, orange juice and coffee. Staff were very friendy and helpful. The left luggage option was a huge bonus for us and was easy and safe.

One of our rooms faced the street and was rather noisy. Also, no parking is provided, although we easily found a spot on the back of the block on which the hotel sits.

A small and cozy hotel in a neoclassical style (for those, who like a touch of the past) with a very friendly staff (two ladies). So, if you don't like hotels that are big, sterile and impersonal, then Ntouana hotel is the right choice for you.

Hotel is very centrally located. Hotel room and bathroom was extremely clean. Bed vas so comfy. We felt like at home. Staff was extremely kind and friendly. Me and my boyfriend was on a road trip from Germany to Greece and it was our 7th day. We even took feeling at home one step further and washed our dirty clothes :) I was hesitant to ask if we can use the laundry room. But hotel staff was so kind to let us use the washing machine. I am grateful for everything🙏🏻
