Beautiful rooms and public area Good air con Excellent bathroom but the shower was very fiddly Tv behind mirror was a lovely touch I would pay more for sea view next time Breakfast a la carte made me feel that I was in a proper 5 star - the coffee was really good and the orange juice was real freshly squeezed and not out of a carton

These are minor issues: Allergens clearly marked on menus would be great Some shampoo that is sulfate free (I always bring my own as so rare that this is in a hotel ) The buffet for breakfast - it was not varied enough, no fresh fruit, no cold cuts so would not be what I expect from a five star - please stick with the a la carte

The place is wonderful, clean and the room is luxurious. Great place to stay in Kalamata. Highly recommend

Apart from reception staff who greet you the majority of them are not friendly or smile !! They need to be trained on some customer service etiquette! Sofia was an exception at breakfast time, she was so sweet and attentive, whereas the other girl needed to be waved to for any service. She was very unfriendly and hardly could smile or could not be bothered to see if we needed anything. This was disappointing at such a reputable establishment. We did leave this feedback at the front desk when we checked out.

We had a seamless checkin! Not only did the reception staff speak perfect English, the entire hotel staff did and we really felt well looked after during our entire stay. The hotel is in a great location for all the restaurants, and each morning is a small but quality buffet with à la carte menu. The bacon and eggs were brilliant! The room was spacious, particularly the bathroom was divine! I was obsessed with their personal amenities brand!!! The bedding & linen was so soft and the cleanliness of room shone through. We had a truly wonderful stay here and was a really classy hotel! Beautifully decorated in rooms and lobby/bar/reception. You can tell the employees truly care about the standards! Thank you for a great stay!!

The shower in our room had incorrect red-hot/blue-cold labels… but once figured out was all ok!! Shower was a highlight!!! Spacious and hot/string pressure!

Lovely staff who were very helpful and efficient with our booking and any enquiries. They also helped to reorganise our booking to facilitate our needs. Rooms were spacious and very, very comfortable. We did not have a sea view but still enjoyed our stay.

Bathrooms are beautiful but lack a bath towel rack, which would be useful to help air dry our towels so that we could make sure we were not using them just once. Breakfast was divine, but the à la carte options were supersized (maybe rethink sizing or get your staff to explain portion size) - think adding a large salad garnish was wasteful.

I particularly enjoyed the enthusiasm of the support staff. They were always with a smile, courteous and respectful. A particular mention to “Al” (not quite sure of the spelling), great to speak with and a very hard worker. From helping guests to maintain property cleanliness, he is an added value to the hotel. Great job Al, nice meeting you. Also, the front desk staff was awesome!

Unfortunately, some of the breakfast waitresses did not seem to enjoy their work or interacting with guests. Two ladies, never smiled (I never saw them smile), seemed very “robotic” and made guests feel awkward when asking for something. I mention this because to start your day with such attitude is not pleasant.

The location was optimal, and the staff were amazing!! The Manager of the hotel was phenomenal. So resourceful and kind! The room was so clean, and all the furniture fixtures were high end right down to the hygiene products! I will definitely revisit this hotel!!

The only criticism I have is the breakfast buffet and a la carte could have had some variety. However, with that being said, the food was excellently prepared and so fresh!

Shame one person's food was cold and had to be returned and then the other person was left to eat whilst waited for a new hot dinner . Advised receptionist on checkout she apologised and said never heard of a cold meal served Was a little disappointing as celebrating our wedding anniversary and wanted to enjoy a meal together

Beautiful place to stay. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect. Breakfast is ordered off a menu with a small buffet also available.

The parking is literally an empty block next to it with a boom gate. You literally wait to be let in. The rooms are quite tight.. you struggle with 2 suitcases on the floor. We had issues with the water in our shower. The pressure would constantly change from full pressure to a trickle.. it would also change temperature on its own!

We loved the location right on the sea front , the room was clean and comfortable and could not be faulted , the staff in general were friendly .

We had one particular problem, when at breakfast we ordered our coffee and breakfast but after 45 minutes we still had not been served even after asking the waitress , eventually I had to leave to go to the airport I again asked at reception to serve my wife who remained . When the food came it was not as ordered . This spoiled the meal experience at the hotel . No explanation or apology was given by the staff .

We booked a sea view room with balcony which provided good views of the bay and we were very pleased with (city side rooms overlooked a parking area and would not have been as pleasant). The staff were welcoming and attentive. The breakfast buffet was simple but veried although cooked options were overly generous and could be reduced in size! Prices at the hotel were competitive relative to other establishments in the city. Despite the location the room was well insulated from outside sources of noise.
