Our holiday in Kos was perfect, and a huge part of it was most definitely our stay at Pittas Studios! Beautiful, peaceful studios located only 3-4 min by scooter/car from  Kardamena city centre, far enough to be right outside the main noisy street, but close enough to easily reach the city centre. Extremely clean and comfortable room with a nice balcony and all the facilities you'd need for your stay. The best part of our stay at Pittas was the family who welcomed us. Communication with the host was fast and outstanding. He was always ready to help us and share useful tips regarding scooter/car rentals, restaurants and places to visit. He also shared with us customized maps via Whatsapp with points of interest and (not touristy, authentic) tavernas where to eat. We also really appreciated the warm welcome by his sister, Argyro, and their mother. To sum up: highly recommended! :)

Our host was super responsive, great service! The flat looked the same as on the photos. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a little terrace. Every day our bed was made, the bins emptied, and we got new towels.

The bathroom was very small. When you take a shower, you are essentially right next to the toilet, so everything gets wet. It would be nice to include 2 more glasses, and a few more bowls, more than one plate. The building is next to a busy road for cars and there is no pavement, so you need to be careful walking (and use torches!!) or always use a car to go somewhere.

The location was convenient for me to get in and out and go to work. I was pleasantly surprised when Panagiotis’ mother made such a kind offer of an Easter gift to me. That goes above and beyond service to a customer and it was greatly appreciated.

The parking lot could use a little gravel or small stone fillers to prevent dust from flying around the cars.

So pristine and clean. Beautifully made up room and always fresh with a great bonus of nespresso machine for a fresh morning coffee. Panagiotis could not be more accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Fresh towels, extra pillows and a total life saver when our flight was cancelled. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back.

Panayiotis and his family were amazing, from the day I arrived assisting me with pick up at the airport until the day I was dropped off everything was fantastic. Apart from the great location very close to the city of Kardamena and the quiet neithborhood, cleanliness of the hotel and assistance with information on rental/generally how to move around..I couldn't ask for anything more. I will definitely stay at Pittas Studio on my next visit to Kos.

Everything was fantastic!

We were very satisfied with our stay! The apartment was clean and cleaned daily. The hosts were always available and responsive. On our last day, they kindly allowed us to check out later without any extra charge. The location is beautiful – close to the beach and to the town. Highly recommended.

We just stayed at Pittas Studio and everything was perfect. The house is like the description. Very friendly staff and host always responsive in answering. Strategic location for visiting Kos, a few km from the airport and the most beautiful beaches of the island. When we return to Kos we will certainly stay at Pittas. 10/10 TOP !!!

Classic greek studio, simple with kitchenette, bed, cute terrace and modern bathroom. Clean and comfortable, they left us a welcome gift super appreciated. The staff is very kind. Parking available. Really near the city.

We asked for a double bed as there were availability on booking when we made the reservation and they contacted us right after the finalization to inform that the availability was not sure and in fact we found two single beds. no big problem

Where do I begin, the welcome i got from the owners was exaclty like visiting my grandparents. After spending 7 weeks island hopping and missing home, this is exactly what I needed. Prime location close to the beach. The room 👌👌. The staff amazing. Couldn’t have asked for anything else. Super helpful

Lovely Studios with a kind and helpful host , we enjoyed the studios that much we extended our stay And we will definitely visit again and continue to holiday at the studios thank you . Very homely with a beautiful room and bedroom . We also enjoyed the Wifi and Youtube built in the Tv. Excellent communication with the host in person and with Whatsapp. was also give some nice cakes and water was a lovely touch . We would highly recommend holidaying at pittas studios & apartments thank you :)
