Asked for an iron and they wanted to charge me and advised that I could only have it for half an hour. Have never been charged for using an iron at any hotel in my experience

The hotel was brilliant in many aspects: - The room on the ground floor was brilliant for people with small kids. It was big and modern. - The water and resort was spotless clean - The staff at the bar and restaurant were more than helpful and helped us with all our requests - The breakfast and dinner was typical greek and WONDERFUL :) and the view makes it worth every cent - The pool was big and clean

There are very few things that we didnt like and that is why we give it 9/10: - The cleaning staff was very friendly but on multiple occassions didn't respect the "do not disturb" sign and entered while me and my wife were naked or the baby was sleeping. - The coffee in the morning is indeed quite bland - instant coffee - Even though it is 5* hotel and if you are out of luck and it rains, there is nothing you could really do at the resort. only sit in the room. The fitness room was really just a tick in a box - 5x5 metres max with very basic equipment

Very satisfied with the hotel. There is a lot of greenery that is represented throughout the complex, especially up to the bar and the beach itself, a nice view and it is in a good position regarding the sunset. The swimming pools are ok and have sufficient capacity if the hotel is not full and the weather is bad and the guests withdraw from the beach. The staff is very friendly and always smiling and in a good mood for you. Breakfast and dinner included in the paid half board are phenomenal and the food offer is at an enviable level. Perhaps the only complaint is that you also don't have juices for dinner. The room is cleaned every day and you get new towels. Beach and pool towels can be changed at any time. The bar/restaurant which is available all day has a great offer and the portions are just right. A large selection of drinks and quality cocktails.

As far as complaints are concerned, I would mention that the capacity of the sunbeds may not be in accordance with the number of guests, so it happens that you have to get to the beach early. The beach is good if it is a calm day and without waves, otherwise the water is cloudy with a lot of seaweed. Additional peace may be disturbed by jet skis that can be rented right next door.

Kind people, lovely place, beautifully architectured, designed and decorated. Rooms are big enough, most are with wonderful view to the beach. Our room had a huge balcony. Food was delicious, various, there was everything for every taste and preferences. They maintain very good hygiene. The beach and swimming pool areas are both pleasant.

The mattress was not very comfortable and pillows were a bit high for people who prefer to sleep on flatter pillows. As we visited in May, there were some cold and windy evenings and the closed part of restaurant was not enough for all guests, so you might have to wait for a table in the closed area, or dine outside at the cold. Yet the restaurant has an amazing view and it the weather is nice, breakfast and dinner there are magnificent.

Olympion Sunset Halkidiki is a good option for sunset lovers and beach‑front relaxation. Nestled right on Fourka Beach, Warm, friendly staff is always polite, smiling, and eager to help. Comfortable rooms have spacious balconies overlooking sea or pool.With sun loungers on the sandy beach and easy pool access, it’s a perfect recipe for a relaxed vacation for especially families with children.

There can be room for improvement room ammenities like coffee machine and welcome drink as a bottle of water.

The overall position of the hotel is good and it has all that you need for a good stay. The staff are friendly and respectful. The rooms are clean

The hotel claims to be 5*, but it really isn't. The restaurant is noisy chaos. The pool needs repairs, there are signs of not great maintenance overall. There aren't enough loungers and people abuse the system by blocking them all day without using them. There are facilities advertised, but who knows how you use the spa, or room service?

Very good location, the beach was in the yard of the hotel. The beach was small, not crowded, not suddenly deep, warm water, perfect for parents with small kids 😊. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very pleasant and peaceful. The beach bar was playing relaxing music, the cats in the bar added to to pleasant experience.

The hotel is not a five-star hotel as presented on booking. Not good value for money in this regards. There was missing coffee/tea set in the room, as it should have as a five-star hotel. The furniture, the bathroom need renovation. There is not actually a parking place, so you park the car infront of the entrance of the hotel if you have luck and free space. The food at the restaurant at the roof was lacking diversity in taste and more diary free options. The prices at the beach bar restaurant were quite expensive for what was offered. Only filter coffee in termos was served at breakfast and the taste was not good, as five-star hotel you should have more options, not only filter coffee.

Excellent staff, especially in the restaurant (Kevin, Maria, Iliyas), Krista/lovely teacher who took care of the children in the room for kids. Everyone was really nice and helpful! Food is excellent, lot's of variety. Nice rooms and beach.

A few recommendations: More space around the pool would make a difference. It would have been nice to have additional activities for children since there are many families with small kids (besides the room for children where they can do some crafts). We were on the 2nd floor, shower was an issue, watter was going from cold to hot, couldn't regulate it. Some shadow on a balcony (like half cover) would make sitting there during the day possible.

The hotel was clean and everything around was organized and tidy. The staff was very nice, we really appreciated the early check-in because we arrived early with our son. The breakfast and dinners were very good, there was enough variety of tasty meals, meats, salads and fruits. They give complimentary water bottle with dinner. There is enough choices for picky eaters like my kid is. They serve meals on a rooftop terrace that has nice view over the sea and most beautiful sunsets. Hotel is just on the beach, and even though I wasn't impressed by Fourka beach, the area where the hotel is is far better than the rest with soft sand and sunbeds which are available to hotel guests for free. The pool area is great for kids and for relaxing in the afternoon because its shaded and cooler. The room was spacious, and there was a sofa bed where our 6yo was able to sleep comfortably.

The hotel is slightly away from the town center and you have around 10 min walk to the nearest store. Fourka is a very small town, and there is not much to do around, but its very quiet and family friendly. The cleaning staff did not respect the Do Not Disturb sign. We needed short afternoon naps in the hours when it was extremely hot on the beach, but despite the Do Not Disturb being On, the cleaning ladies were still banging on the door asking to clean the room or to take the garbage. This happened in 3 separate days while we were staying at the hotel.

The location, the beach, the bar on the beach. It is a really nice hotel, we stayed 6 nights and fell not enough. Everyone was very friendly and the sunset from the beach bar with a beer or ice coffee was amazing. My daughter love that they could move from the beach to the pool without need to cross any road and we feel very secure to leave them by then self.

We took half board, the breakfast was fine, however the dinner was a bit boring and disappointed. I strongly recommend to go to the small village from the hotel for dinner and enjoy real Greek food.
