Great pools, staff was super friendly and deserves praise. The view from the bar/restaurant, pool are was stunning. The bar area is underrated. We enjoyed great coctails in the bar with an amazing view. We got the pillow covers replaced three times during our stay without asking, which was very nice. Although we rented a car and did not use the beach near the hotel, as it was hardly accesible (too many stairs).

The breakfast could be improved a bit. Unless you are resistant to AC wind, you cannot use the AC during night as it blows directly on the bed. The nights were thus very hot and it was uncomfortable to sleep.

We stayed at Blue Bay during August 2023 for four nights, 2 adults and 3 small kids. First off, the view from the hotel is breathtaking. The hotel is located on a cliff above Liosi Beach, with easy access by car or foot. The hotel itself is clean, the room was right next to the pool which was easy with the kids. The room was great, very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good, nothing special. The hotel felt rather quiet and not crowded, which was very nice

We didn't like dinner at the hotel restaurant. We preferred to eat in Afytos village. The WIFI in our poolside room was very weak, half the time there was no connection and when there was it was slow. The fact that we had to pay for beach towels was strange, hotels usually provide beach towels free of charge. Afytos is a 6 minute drive from the hotel, and it's a must with kids if you want walk around the village, buy groceries and eat out.

We had the most wonderful time, thank you so much. The staff were very attentive and kind. Our room was beautiful and perfect. The location was great. Just a fifteen minute walk to the town and also right by the beach. The food at the restaurant was delicious. There's a feeling of serenity and beauty by the pool and overlooking the sea was breathtaking. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a pleasent stay in beautiful Afytos.

Whilst we enjoyed the exercise there are many steps down to the beach. It could have been difficult if we had very young children. Ours are six and four. The breakfast was great but a little repetitive.

We booked a junior suite with sea view so we had plenty of space. The pool and loungers were good and there was room for everyone. There was a good view from the terrace bar and restaurant across the bay and a steep footpath down to the beach. The hotel is away from the main town of Afitos but an easy walk in (as long as you make sure you have taken note of the directions)

The beach below the hotel is fairly limited. The evening buffet was fairly average so we chose to eat elsewhere in the evenings after the first night.

View, room, breakfast

Water was cheap, we had to pay for beach towel (per day 0.50). At property there was not music in the pool, was too quietness, only old couples , no one was talking to each other, no one was smiling , it was too boring. No clubs or lounges were near hotel.

Lovely hotel with a beach nearby.Great food and lovely attentive staff. The hotel is located in a short walking distance (10mins) to the restaurants and shops of Afitos and 20 mins walk to Kalithea ( the next biggest town).

Breakfast could have been better, lots of choice but not quality, had to be up early to get a sun lounger by the pool, at 6.30am many had towels and bags on them even though hotel staff had asked not to do this.

everything was just great. stayed there 6 nights, had only breakfast which was very nice. I’ve read other reviews saying that they should have more different things to eat in the morning - I think they had more than enough. the staff was fantastic, always ready to help, always smiling, great at interacting with kids. the hotel is at 7-8 minutes walk from Afytos center so plenty of places to have lunch or dinner. the beach is a bit too crowded with sunbeds but for what I know the beach is not owned by them. the right side of the beach provides a bit more space between sunbeds thought. the room was big enough, the bed was very comfy. cleaning was done everyday, clean sheets and towels every day as well. haven’t stayed by the pool but there are 2 of them so plenty of space to accommodate everyone. the music is non-invasive, you can hear yourselves talking when staying im the pool area or the bar terrace. the hotel is situated on the coast so the view is fantastic. overall a fantastic stay, great value for your money
