First of all, the staff at the reception and at the restaurant is very polite and helpful. The beach is sandy, perfect for those with kids, the water is clear and shallow. 2 min walk from our room. Food is also mostly good and diverse.

The rooms indeed are old and poorly maintained. Was disappointed about the quality of the mattress (very soft and creaking) and although I requested to change it, nothing happened. Shower was broken, the door at the bathroom wasn't closing..the management should really read all these comments and act accordingly if they want to have a really 5 star hotel.

minor signs of wear and disrepair (not appropriate for a 5-star hotel). Food/drinks (apart from half-board) that you buy is expensive e.g. bottle of wine starts from 25 euro. I feel this hotel is overpriced, in general. Hotel is large, I was in low season so hotel was filled maybe 10% of the capacity, however considering the size of the hotel, during peak season the dinner hall and the beach may be overcrowded. Location is far from everything in the middle of the forest (you like it or not), i think it is most suitable if you have a car. the beach is sandy and very shallow. the balconies do not offer full privacy from neighbors, because there are holes and slots in fences through which you can see neighbors. Room is small if for 2 people.

Great resort, in a great location, surrounded by forest, the beach is great, the staff are fantastic, friendly and they really try to do their job well. A large selection of food in the restaurant. There is solid content for children. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day. The pools are clean and not crowded. Rooms are big. Parking is free. The garden is well maintained. You get beach towels. The proximity of the luxurious Sani resort is an advantage for evening walks and resorts.The monastic look gives a special Orthodox taste to the whole place.

Realistically, it's not for 5*. We got a great price, but the full price doesn't match the quality. Renovation is definitely needed, but far that something is bad. There is not much entertainment for adults in the evening. As far as I noticed, the rating dropped drastically, because the group of guests from Turkey gave unrealistically low ratings.There are no drinks for dinner and you have to pay for sunbeds on hotels beach (but only €10 for which you get two drinks) - which I don't like at all with a resort that promotes itself with 5*. Regardless of all the above, our impressions are very positive and we would come again.

This is by all means not a 5 star facility, but we still enjoyed our stay very much. We enjoyed a location far from busy urban areas, where you are surrounded by trees and listen to birds singing all day. The complex is pretty big, but everything is close by, including the beach. The room was really great and spacious, with a spacious bathroom, and with a nice terrace, which all came in handy during 2 rainy days. Even though the hotel is not new, we found the room to be very comfortable. The food was really great and of great variety with one exceptional bonus - literally every evening there was at least one type of fish plus sea food, which is something we didn't see regularly in some fancier hotels at the sea side. Finally, it is a great value for money.

Almost nothing bothered us, just a few details. The beds were very firm - but that's just our taste. The cleaning ladies didn't update toiletries regularly, and we were really surprised that they didn't change all parts of the linen (this happened 2 days before our departure, so we didn't want to complain). You need to pay for the sunbeds and the sun umbrella (which in our experience is not typical for the beach belonging to the hotel), and only on the 10th day of our stay did the guy tell us that now we could get drinks from the bar for that money value. The hotel is perfect for families with small children and there are a lot of families like this, so if you are looking for peace and quite, maybe this is not the best hotel for you during high season.

Location is perfect, wonderful combination between forest and sea. Variety of options for breakfast and dinner, would rate 10/10 for options and 7/10 for quality and taste.

There is no control from the staff over the guests who are loud listening to music and partying till the early hours of the day. Considering that the majority of the guests staying for longer period of time are families with kids, not controlling the noisy guests is unacceptable.

it was in a beautiful location on a private beach. Great service from reception to dining. The manager even personally greeted us! Nice breakfast buffet.

AC wasn’t operating when we were there as it really wasn’t required due to the unusually cool weather, but they brought us a fan as we are sensitive to a warm room. The big beautiful outdoors pool is not heated either. I’ll have to return when it’s warmer weather to fully enjoy this place.

Location is great, sea is fantastic, food very good.

If you charging sunbeds and umbrellas, make an effort regarding quality, sunbeds are old and worn and umbrellas could be better.
