Friendly staff, clean room with regular freshening, a very nice location and a good price. Wifi, a small freezer to put your drinks and plenty of spaces to put your thinkgs. In a nice, quiet place, very close to the center, next to the lake with parking.

The bathroom was small but very clean and with everything needed, all functional. Also the mountain view room that I stayed in looks to the backyard which is an empty concrete space. Some decorating would make the back view rooms a lot more appealing.

It's a lovely hotel, clean bright but with character. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere.

It's a long way out of town - you are reliant on public buses to get in and out of town - they don't also apprar to be super regular either. There is the option of taxis which are not too expensive (about 5 euro each way) but that cost does mount up after a while. On a separate note, the breakfast could do with quite a bit of improvement - it was decent but hardly spectacular.

Nice clean hotel, with polite staff and not bad breakfast at all. It should be noted that the hotel only has breakfast and a drinks bar, if you arrive later, there is an option for dinner in town, a 10 minute drive away.

The bathroom is quite narrow, the shower stand was broken. In the room, one side of the cornice was hanging. In general, the lighting in the room and in the bathroom was quite dim.

The people there are very friendly. The room was clean and everything (aircondition, fridge, hot water) working perfect. The hotel have also place for your car. It's near the center by car but not by walk. The price was very good(don't wait for this price to have swimming pool) :-)

Breakfast was excellent with many choices. The view was lovely from the room. The staff were all so pleasant & helpful.

I liked everything except the location of the elevator, as my husband is disabled,so there was a bit of a struggle getting to the elevator,but the staff were so very helpful in assisting my husband.

The staff in the hotel are very friendly. The hotel's infrastructure can meet our needs. Easy parking, there are several parking spaces in front of the hotel. There is an inexpensive and delicious fast food truck nearby.

Nothing. Although hot water is a little problem, I read the reminders from the guests. I found the lack of hot water before taking a bath, we needed to report this to the staff, after about 15 minutes, there was enough hot water. So it didn't cause me too much inconvenience. Maybe if you take a bath late, please try whether the hot water is enough first.

It is not exactly in the city center, so you need a car, but there is free parking on the premises, so that was one of the reasons we decided to stay there. Breakfast was great, with a plenty of choices. We stayed at a quadruple room: two rooms, one of which was quite small, but the bed was comfy. It was more than fine for one night. Easy check in, easy check out.

I would have preferred a slightly bigger bathroom. Perhaps next time, it would be better to book two separate rooms for four people, so that there is one bathroom per two people.

I was on a motorcycle road trip and found this hotel, which was a perfect fit for me. It offers easy parking right in front of the building, and it's very easy to drive over to central Kastoria within 6-7 mins. The Wifi worked reliably. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this place.

This is our second time in this hotel and I am sure if we travel in Kastoria again we will choose this hotel. Room is spotlessly clean and with all amenities you need. There is private parking in front of the hotel with enough parking places. We checked-out very early but owners prepared us some breakfast boxes with variety of food. They were very polite and helpful. Everything was great and I would recommend this hotel.

The room is comfortable, especially bed provides really good possibility to rest. Employees are very generous and ready to help. It's worth of money spent.

Leakage of water is the biggest problem there... There are wet spots on the ceiling, but in the toilet too.. If you are not so demanding as me, it will not bother you. O yes, a bathroom curtain touched me all the time during the shower... Don't know for others but it wasn't comfortable for me 🙂
