I have to thank a lot to the host for his patience. I anounced him i can't arrive and i canceled the booking. he agreed and he didn't penalized me. Few hours later I changed my plan again and asked him if the room i canceled is stil available anymore. Even if it was very late in the night, he was very kind and answered at the phone. he said the room i booked it was no more available, but he offered me other one. very nice location next to the sea. clean room, hot water in the shower, nice balcony with sea view and very good price. i totally recomand this host and this location

Everthing was ok

Location is fantastic, everything is near by. Beach is across the street, market is 200m away, you have a coffee and much more bellow apartmans. View from apartman is bruh ...fantastic. 🤩 Ioannis is fantastic host, pleasent and kind. We stayed on one night, but it was fantastic. We will be back in the future, for couple more days.

Only one thing is WiFi in rooms, but it was okay.

Ioannis is a great host! He waited us after check in time, because we waited ferry and couldnt make it on time. So thank you Ioannis! Room with the sea view is excellent! The breakfast is great and its big and even more than enough per person! Also we got full breakfast for our son (2y old) We enjoyed.

Very good location on the beach front. Sunbeds available. We visited right before the start of the season so despite booking a room with partial sea view, we received a room with full sea view from the balcony for no extra charge. The host was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was more than we bargained for. Definitely would come back in season.

The outside of the hotel does not do justice for the location. But then again, this way we got more than what we expected at first glance!

Nice place on beach, nice for short stay over. Ok for family of 4. Free parking on street.

Unfortunately on Saturday night, noisy by music production in cafe below at least till 2 AM (as per owner, it is not common but still)

Perfect location with a magic seawiew from the balcony. The studio was big and neat with everything you need. Very friendly atmosphere at the hotel and the cafe next door , and a very kind host.

Would have liked bins emptying more often

Close to beach, air con working properly, facilities in the room, lot of places for have dinner, lunch and breakfast. Cheap price. Around 15 km from lidl in Kateriny city. Nice and quiet! Recommend for family

Don't clean in the room every day, sea water is not so clear, lot of seaweed.

We were on a bike trip, the four of us. The host was a very nice guy who spoke a little Hungarian too :D He also helped with the parking of our van and the bikes. Definitely deserves the 10 points!

The host was wonderful, the place is next to the beach, view from the balcony was astonished. Very good for the price. The village is very quiet, if you want to recharge your battery.
