Lovely and clean. Reception staff really friendly and helpful. App was great to keep track of spending and chat to reception. Sun loungers really comfortable.

Rooms very bare and not set up for 3 people (despite being a room that holds 4). No hooks on walls or in the bathroom (no where to hang towels), no draws for storing clothes, only 1 small mirror in main living space. Balcony very bare and only 2 chairs provided so nowhere to sit in the evenings unless wanted to sit on your bed which was a big shame. Would have been nice if they had put some of the beanbags on the balconies. Advertise everywhere that towels removed if reserving sunloungers however we never saw this happen despite people being gone for 5 hours or more.

We had an amazing time at Cooks Club Hersonissos! The hotel is stylish, modern, and has a really cool atmosphere — perfect for young people and couples. Everything is well thought out: spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and beautiful design. The facilities are fantastic: a great pool with a lounge area, a bar serving delicious cocktails, and live DJ sets by the pool that really set the vacation mood. There’s always something going on — music, parties, activities — but everything is done with taste and good vibes. The food was also a big highlight — breakfast was varied and tasty, and dinner was just as good. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, making you feel truly welcome. The beach and the center of Hersonissos are just a short walk away, with lots of cafes, shops, and entertainment options nearby. We absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a mix of comfort, style, and fun. We’d love to come back again!

The staff, especially the receptionists, were all fantastic!! They were friendly and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great stay! We were lucky enough to be offered a suite at check in, which suited us better as we were a group of 3 and it was much more spacious than the 2 double rooms we originally booked! The pool area was lovely, lots of sunbeds and the DJ played a mixture of music between 1-6pm which gave it a bit of life. We even got a free welcome neck massage which was amazing! Breakfast had lots on offer. The location was great, easy to walk to lots of bars and restaurants. And a short taxi ride to Old Hersonissos, Piskopiano and Koutouloufari where there were lots of traditional tavernas and bars. The beaches in Hersonissos werent the best so we took a taxi to Stalis, where there was a sandy beach with lots of beach bars all offering sunbeds. I would 100% return to this hotel.

I cant say anything negative about Cooks Club. But if I were to make a recommendation, I would suggest putting a long mirror in the bedrooms.

The hotel was amazing, from the start to finish of our holiday, nothing was a problem. The staff, omg, they were all amazing, from the girls in reception, the bar staff and Erika, the entertainment girl, everyone was so lovely. Everywhere in the hotel was so clean. The DJ every afternoon played amazing music which gave the pool area a fantastic atmosphere. Honestly, Stavros, the manager, and his whole team, made our holiday one of the best.

Very cool hotel and truly a different experience compared to any other hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff were very nice and friendly and they made us feel as being part of a community not just guests. The rooms were spacious and clean and we really enjoyed the pool view from our balcony, the poolside DJ and the evening entertainment (live band, violin and saxophone players). Overall, I think they have a cool hotel concept and we’re planning on visiting again in the future.

We had the breakfast included and even though we enjoyed the food, we would’ve liked a bit more diversity.

The breakfast offer was really very good! We only had bed and breakfast but still ate in the cantina from time to time and the food in the hotel was really excellent! The location of the hotel is great - there are countless shopping opportunities all around. It's only a few minutes' walk down to the beach promenade and there are lots of great restaurants, bars, clubs etc here too. We liked the size of the room and the well-equipped fitness room. The beds are okay. The individual mattresses are not so comfortable for couples.

The very loud music at the pool and around the bar/restaurant starts at lunchtime. So if you want to relax by the pool and maybe read a book, this is definitely not the place for you. The music is so loud that you can hardly have a conversation at the table or in the pool. A few decibels quieter would still be loud enough and it would be nice if the music at least started in the afternoon for all those guests who don't want to be subjected to constant sound from midday onwards. There are also hardly any beds with shade and very few umbrellas. Around the pool you are actually lying in the blazing sun all day. The light in the room is not very good - so the rooms are not ideal for those who want to do their make-up/styling in the room.

Fantastic, modern club style hotel. We had a mezzanine room that slept 4 very comfortably. Nice and clean. Facilities at the hotel were great - particularly the food with a great restaurant and included breakfast. its a very young crowd and the doof doof is a vibe - so if you don’t like loud music, suggest you stay somewhere else. great cocktail bar by the pool with awesome cocktails.

Our room and some of the downstairs area had a slight damp/sewery kind of smell to them. They were ok after you aired them out or got used to it, so not a showstopper, but a bit off putting at times.

Friendly staff, great breakfast options and very good music played by the pool. Tasty food and cocktails. Huge portions for the lunch menu, be warned that certain dishes like the club sandwich and tortilla wrap can feed 2-3 people! The room was spacious and clean, and the view from our balcony was amazing. If you do not want to be bothered by the DJ who plays all-day and up until 00:00 - I would ask for a room mountain side, or towards the back of the hotel.

Lack of toiletries in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have body lotion, separate shampoo, conditioner and shower caps. The gym facility could do with more dumbbell options (for those that do 3, 4, 5 and 6 kg weights) and some exercise mats. I was surprised they only had a small weight dumbbell of 2.5 kg and 7.5 kg, and no lighter options in-between! Also, there could have been more lighting in the main parts of the room. The wicker bedside lamps were not strong enough to do your makeup/get ready in the evening.

Clean, modern property with plenty of very comfortable sun beds! Great selection of food and drinks available.

I mentioned that the reason for the trip was to celebrate my friend & I’s 30th birthday, I did so both prior to arrival and on arrival. I was a little disappointed that this wasn’t acknowledged at all throughout our stay - we had a lovely time regardless!

Really central, rooms spacious and spotless clean. Pool area fab, dj most of day. We went half board - breakfast brilliant and got 22e a day to spend on lunch or dinner which was great as food very reasonable and great choice. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Highly recommend using the spa also.
