Our stay at the Floral Hotel was excellent. The staff were kind and helped us whenever needed; they even gave us a welcoming gift that greatly surprised us. The hotel was renovated, and everything was new. The rooms were beautiful and cleaned thoroughly. At night, they were quiet. There are lovely beaches close to the hotel. The location is perfect, including the orientation: it receives sunlight in the morning, and in the afternoon, it keeps warm to enjoy the view and stay on the balcony without getting super hot. We didn't rent a car and moved by bus, and discovered that the buses to Heraklion were full soon after the hotel stop, meaning they didn't pick up any more passengers. We also received a water bottle when leaving, which was a great gesture for us! Thank you for everything, Antonio.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos – spacious, clean, and each with its own balcony. The hotel has an elevator, which made it very convenient, and a lovely, clean pool that we really appreciated during our stay. Basic toiletries were provided.. The staff were absolutely amazing – warm, hospitable, and genuinely friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful compliments from the hotel: a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, and a very special gesture – locally produced olive oil from the owner himself. It was such a kind and memorable experience! The hotel’s location is perfect – right in the heart of Hersonissos, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, but if you're looking for a quieter spot with calmer waters, take a short 7-minute walk to the harbor beach. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would gladly come back!

We stayed at Floral Hotel for a week and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with local wine and fresh fruit — such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The tenant was absolutely amazing, always kind and helpful, and the entire staff was equally lovely. The location is perfect: close to everything yet surprisingly peaceful. Despite being near a busy street, the rooms are perfectly soundproofed, we didn’t hear a thing and slept very well every night. The rooms were cleaned daily and always spotless. On top of all that, as we were leaving, we’ve been gifted a bottle of delicious homemade olive oil, a generous and personal gesture we truly appreciated ! We strongly recommend Floral Hotel. It combines the perfect location, warm and welcoming people, and the best of both worlds :) whether you’re looking to rest and relax or explore and enjoy the local life.

Our stay in Crete was absolutely wonderful, and the hotel played a big part in making it so special. The location was ideal—just a five-minute walk from the vibrant seafront restaurants and bars. The hotel itself featured a beautiful pool, perfect for relaxing. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering us water upon arrival and departure, and surprising us with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit in our room. They even gifted us a bottle of olive oil personally extracted by the owner, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, the hospitality was exceptional, making for an unforgettable experience.

Sometimes found it hard to get sun loungers but wasn’t a huge problem, Breakfast lacked options but did the job.

This was the best Hotel experience me and my girlfriend have ever had and I would be very surprised if anything ever comes close. It's a beautiful little hotel with a nice pool to use in the back. The rooms are perfect size, great shower room, nice balcony and the aircon worked perfectly. We used the breakfast once and it was good! Lastly the staff of this hotel are AMAZING. Antonio the owner was so lovely and nice and helped with everything, the female (I am sorry I cant remember name) was so good working in the days and Taso who worked the night was probably the happiest and friendliest person I have ever met, such a nice man. My partner also said he made the best cocktails on the holiday. I could write so many good things about this hotel, they really do make you feel welcome. Thank you Floral Hotel.

That my holiday couldn't be longer.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is also a big plus: everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the area super convenient.

However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The breakfast was quite disappointing – limited options and not the quality I expected. Also, there was no proper duvet in the room, just a thin sheet. That made it hard to sleep comfortably: I was either too hot without the air conditioning or too cold with it on.

Small and cozy hotell, not too busy. Helpful and friendly staff. Especially the owner who is in hotel almost every day. Good location - main street, beach, Koutouloufari and Piskopiano villages near by. I like that location is little bit away from center but still relatively near. Hotel has only few parking places in front of it but there's parking lot near by within two minutes walk. Rooms have free and working air conditioning (which is not standard in Crete). Windows have good sound insulation. Swimming pool is ok and does the job in hot weather. Wifi coverige and speed was good, had no issues with it. And finally - rooms have proper shower cabin which is also not standard in Crete where even in expensive hotels is no shower curtain :D

Great value for money. Modern room with lovely views of the mountains and cleaned exceptionally well everyday with fresh towels if required. The fruit bowl and wine delivered to the room was a lovely surprise and made our holiday more special. Continental breakfast was a bonus. Clean pool at the rear is ideal for relaxing and the sun terrace located at the front is a nice place to sit for a drink in the evening or to enjoy your breakfast. Fresh water on arrival and departure plus use of a shower/fresh towels prior to evening flight. The Staff are very welcoming and make the hotel a pleasant stay.

The staff is very friendly and supportive! Everything is clean: towels, linen, sanitary ware. Furniture is new and mattress is comfortable. Air conditioning works correctly. The street outside is a bit noisy but isolation is good. Breakfasts are not diverse but it's ok for us. In addition, we found a present in the room on the second day that was very pleasant! And one more good thing, they have a shower in the basement and provided fresh towels that allowed us to avoid late check out and save some money 🙂 Highly recommend the place.
