We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything. The interior design of the hotel is stunning – modern, tasteful, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and always spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated how fresh the rooms smelled every day – a small detail, but it really made a difference. The beds were comfortable, the linens soft, and the overall ambiance very relaxing. The food was one of the highlights of our stay. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented – it truly felt like dining in a top-class restaurant. There was a wide variety of dishes, with something for every taste, and everything was fresh. All in all, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The service, the food, the design, the cleanliness – everything was top-notch. We would return in a heartbeat and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly enjoyable and memorable stay.

Very modern and everything we needed like pool and quick beach access. Buffet breakfast was excellent full of different options to suit everyone. Rooms were very well stocked and maintained each day. Also very spacious and weren’t cramped in on each other

Very hard to pick anything about the property we didn’t like, but if we had to be picky, we had two single beds pushed together which wasn’t ideal but not the end of the world. In order to get the luxury beds by the pool. You need to be at the pool by 8:50am, but there’s plenty of other options on the rooftop and by the beach

hotel was clean, staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a good selection. one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

you get a lot of “influencers” at this hotel especially at the main pool which you won’t get a bed at unless you up at 9am and having to fight for a bed. we used the beach pool as this was more relaxed. our room was also on the main road which was very noisy at night even with the door closed. would recommend asking for a pool or sea view on opposite side of hotel if your a light sleeper.

Theres not enough space for all the gustes in the pool and beach area. They must add more bads! !

I think Akasha Hotel is the most well designed hotel you ever visit, its a modern and much attractive hotel Breakfast and dinner could be better to be honest but they good enough.. On the check-in, Akasha hotel made a mistake with us and did not give us the room we paid for, but immediately after we complained about that they have given us a free room upgrade which exceeds what we wanted. The staff and Hotel mangers are pretty good and their treatment is very nice!

Great hotel, we went during a quieter period so it wasn’t too packed. Just the right amount of people. Food was decent enough & drinks at a decent price. Exactly how we imagined it to be from what we’ve see online. Great location as it’s next to the beach. From the outside you would never imagine what it looks like when you enter. Overall great experience & would come again.

If we had to be picky the only thing we would say is there should be move ventilation in the room toilet.

Beautiful and big room, very clean and comfortable with big balcony. The staff were nice and helped us to find things to do around the hotel and with everything else we needed. They were very quick and efficient. The breakfast and dinner had a lot of options and nice quality. Great location.

We stayed when there was a big thunderstorm and couldn’t go to the beach or use the outside pool, there isn’t much to do in the area or in the hotel when raining (apart from small indoor pool and sauna). Other than that the property and the staff are really great

A lovely hotel- good location. I'd recommend it. I like that there was a "quiet" pool on the roof, away from the hustle and bustle of the main pool. Very clean. Front of house staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. There was a range of delicious food- we were half board and i was happy with both daily breakfasts and dinners.

While it's a great idea, the hotel doesn't allow guests to "save" sun beds with your towel from early in the morning. The pool opens at 8:45 daily and there were literally queues and subsequent FIGHTS between guests, rushing for sunbeds; it was ridiculous! the hotel staff were professional and firm, but the other guests' behaviour was ridiculous and unnecessary. There is more than 1 pool and there are sunbeds by the sea front.

I cannot express enough how great this hotel is. I have travelled across the world and honestly this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. They have considered and thought about anything and everything a visitor will need. Room: We stayed for our honeymoon and we were given a bottle of free Prosecco in our room. We had one of the more basic rooms Akasha has to offer and even that was beyond enough! The room was so spacious and sooo clean! I literally unpacked all my stuff and just wanted to move in. By the time you even have breakfast they have turned your room around and its fresh when you get back! Fresh towels daily, fresh slippers daily! Food: We had half board which meant Breakfast and Dinner (or you can change it to Lunch if that's what you prefer). Honestly, the food was absolutely amazing!!! They provided so much choice and options and each day they offered different varieties so it wasn't like you were stuck eating the same thing every day. Pool: STUNNING! Perfect sun loungers / beds, they cleaned it daily and honestly there wasn't a single piece of dirt in the pool. The pool service was impeccable, you wouldn't need to wait long for your food / drinks at all. Just one piece of advice, you will need to wake up early if you want one of the nicer sun beds on the pool as they go pretty quickly! Staff: Friendliest and most amazing people to meet. Especially the girls at the spa! Best spa in the world! If you stay here do not hesitate to book a treatment! We started with a couples massage. We loved it so much the next day we went for another massage and facial. Loved it so much again booked another facial and pedicure!! We couldn't get enough! Thank you to them for taking such good care of us! Area: Best area to stay in Crete and local restaurants are also friendly and very good fresh food! We explored a bit the other surrounding areas but by far this one is the best one.

NOTHING BAD AT ALL TO SAY ABOUT THIS HOTEL! Do not be disheartened by the reviews that say there needs to be more entertainment, the music was amazing, the vibe was what you needed for a relaxing but lovely break. There were a mixture of people there from people with young kids, to couples to friendship groups and there was something for everyone and everyone mixed so well without anyone feeling out of place. DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THIS HOTEL!! I'm already planning my next trip back!!!!
