Great location (next to the bus stop, close to supermarkets and other shops), 1min walk to the beach, very polite staff, very nice room (clean, comfortable) with a balcony and nice view. There was no noise from the street or the next door rooms. We had half-board reservation. The food was delicious, plenty, fresh and of good quality both breakfast and dinner. The chef was a respectful man. The waiters were really polite and helped a lot. I definitely recommend this hotel for stay during the holidays.

Everything was great except for the hotel’s policy for not providing any kind of drinks (including plain water) for free during the dinner in the half-board reservation. I have stayed in a lot of half-board hotels around the world and plain water was provided. They could reconsider providing water as they do during the breakfast, other than this everything was great.

The food was very good, a big variety for breakfast and dinner. The options varied every meal so it was never the same. Traditional dishes amongst others so it catered for everybody's tastes. The local wine was fantastic to have with your evening meal. The hotel staff were very nice to talk to and made you feel comfortable. Marina and Antoni in the restaurant made every meal a pleasant experience. The reception staff were helpful with giving advice on how to get to places and what the best mode of transportation would be. The beach is a one minute walk away and with a big variety of restaurants located with good views of the sea and beaches. The room had air conditioning and the bed was massive with comfy pillows. Centrally located on the island so it was really no bother to go and visit other towns. Overall a fantastic experience for the price.

not much to complain about. But if anything the pool was quite small although never busy, the beach is around the corner so need to go to the pool to be honest.

The location as it s very close to the beach, personal very friendly and it was clean in the room.

The rooms are not soundproof and sometimes is noise (from the other rooms).

With my wife we were especially delighted with the atmosphere at the hotel, the cuisine at the hotel, the location (less than 1 minute from the beach/supermarket/restaurants and bars), the general service of the people working there, and the rooms. The possibility to rent a car from the hotel agency should not be ommitted. With my wife we rented a car for 2 days, with full insurance and free kilometers. At the first night there, our flight was delayed appr. 3 hours, we missed the dinner time, but the staff had prepared a small welcome dinner for us. Thank you! We highly recommend visiting the hotel! Pleasant and helpful staff. The room was spacious and beautiful. There is a cozy pool with many sun loungers. It's half a minute to the sea, and there are also many shops and restaurants around. In the evening you can walk along the seaside. The bus stop is 1-2 minutes walk, the bus goes to Heraklion and the airport. And most importantly - excellent cuisine in the hotel, the food was tasty and of high quality. I had a special request for gluten free and vegan food and I ate great for the whole week, there were so many options. In my experience this is very rare. Staff is friendly. Facilities are new and modern. Common areas are very comfortable. Hotel is near to restaurant and pubs area.

Room could be cleaner, specially the bathroom. Beaches near the hotel are very crowded and small, so you need to drive to a different location. We had breakfast and dinner included, however drinks are not included in dinner, not even water, so keep that on mind for your budget planning.

Good value for the amount we paid , also good location,clean room ,close to city center and beach.

If you want to access a nicer beach you will need a car to move around. In some evenings ,food could be better.

The hotel is great. Clean with excellent service, especially Katarina front the reception helped is with every thing and was very kind. The location of the hotel is thw middle of everything near to all and from other side is very quite. I will comeback agine 100%. Thanks.

The staff was very nice, i checked in after dinner time and they served me a light meal so i would not go to bed on an empty stomach. Good breakfast and dinner. The room has a decent size and has everything you need for your stay, i got lucky to have a sea view which was amazing.

Wifi is not so great, so if you have to do some work in your vacation which was my case it makes it a little harder. The hotel pool is a kinda small and has a little sitting area which gets full very fast.

It is very close to the sea. The staff is very nice and halpefull. We had buffet at the breakfast and dinner and it was very delicious, with local and fresh food.Very comfortable bed and beautiful room.
