We were on a family vacation, about 10 adults in suites facing the sea. Excellent location on the boardwalk and the sea, not in a noisy and accessible location. Behind the hotel is the main street. Good and varied meals. The hotel staff responded to every request and did everything to make our vacation enjoyable. Must commend the efforts and great service of the ladies at the reception Maria and Petra.

From check in to check out this hotel and the staff were amazing! My flight was late getting in which meant I missed the dinner time however the lady who checked me in sent me to their other restaurant in the hotel with a card to ensure I got a meal that evening. During my stay the staff were amazing from reception to restaurant staff. I last minute asked if another night could be added due to a strike the day of my departure my flight was cancelled and I faced multiple issues trying to confirm information with the airline. The hotel staff were exceptional and within minutes had my extra night half board added at extremely good value. They helped me get information on my flight and use their phone to contact the airline etc. I used the spa which was also great value for money. The pool was amazing and everything is just like their photos , even better if I am honest! The food at breakfast and dinner varied each day (in a good way) ,always an incredible variety of hot and cold food, and the desserts are a 10/10!! The hotel is right on the beach , with a super cosy and comfortable vibe! I really can’t think of a single thing this hotel didn’t offer and if I ever go back to Crete I will 100% come back to this hotel. I unfortunately did not get any of the staffs names, but to the guy that greets you and takes your drink orders in the restaurant and was working the week of the 4th-10th of April , you are AMAZING at your job! And to the receptionist working the evening of the 8th April and helped me with my questions, booking me in an extra night and helping me in my state of panic , Thank you so much!! You were incredibly helpful! All other staff weee also friendly and incredible but these 2 in particular really need to be recognised. The staff here really do go above and beyond and the hotel is just beautiful I would HIGHLY recommend you stay here!

Breakfast was good except the coffee .I booked half board which was not good at all I preferred eating outside ,cause the dinning room is a close place full of people . The beach guy is very much not nice ! but at the reception they were very nice .Location is perfect cause we got a room with sea view .

I didn’t like dinner was crowded claustrophobic I have done a mistake booking half board which. The beds at the beach costs 14euro also if you are a guest of the hotel .

The location is perfect, the staff is extremely friendly, rooms are comfortable (expect 2 twin beds even if you are a couple, which can bother some people). very good value for money!

the water pressure in the shower was not great. the buffet at night could be better (but it's not bad at all). Don't fall for the massage offered as an extra, it is very expensive compared to other locations in Crete and not the best.

The food selection was excellent. The hotel is well maintained and modern. The location is ideal (we were lucky enough to have a sea view room, with stunning views). The staff were polite and helpful.

It's a shame that on some days it was difficult to get sunbeds by the pool so we didn't use the pool except for 1 morning. Plus on a couple of evenings the restaurant was understaffed. The staff that were present did their best but it was clear that a couple more waiters or waitresses were needed.

The hotel is situated right on the seaside. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were nice and helpful. If you have a car it can be a good choice. The "centre" (party-zone) is close.

The beach in front of the hotel (and in the surrounding area) is (are) below average compared to other Cretean beaches ( dirty, tiny and therefore crowded). You need to get in your car and travel min. 15 minutes to reach nicer places. The all inclusive service is a joke (the drinks are mostly undrinkable). It is better to choose half-board or only breakfast so you remain flexible and can try authentic Greek cuisine instead of the neutral hotel food.

I think the price of the half board is perfectly balanced, offering comfortable accommodation with good food, a pool, and a beach. If I had chosen all-inclusive or paid 20 percent more, I wouldn't have been satisfied.

I love this hotel. It's CLEAN and it is located in a great location. There is a minimarket inside for all you need and the blonde shopkeeper is fantastic. Me and my family were in Room 222 - great room! Lovely beds! I also recommend to get a massage with Eva. She is super. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was incredibly kind and professional, the services and rooms were excellent, the hotel is right on the beach and near attractions! The staff accommodated any needs or wants that we had, and we got a beautiful romantic getaway.
