Everything was perfect. The location, rooms - very comfortable beds, air conditioner, good breakfast and dinner. Location is also good, although the hotel is on the main street, it is like inside the yard, abd it was quite silent at nights. It has its own pool and sunloungers behind the hotel. The staff is separate notice - professionals and very kind. We felt like we are inside big family. It was very warm :) And we will return here soon again already with kids.

The hotel is simple, but well organized and clean. There are no moments to discuss as they are not worth :)

Very nice hotel with a warm friendly atmosphere, a chic location, great food and the best team - from the owners - receptionists - cooks to the cleaners. Many little things, which are very important for a comfortable stay, are thought out and provided to the guests of the hotel - excellent wifi, air conditioning, beach towels, coffee maker and kettle in the room, fridge with freezer, and many other important details. There's a room where you can leave your suitcases, change your clothes, take a shower and go to the beach if you arrive too early. Breakfasts are the freshest, delicious, quality products. Dinner in the neighboring restaurant on a pretty good level, pleasant atmosphere. We had a very good rest and will be happy to come again. We are very grateful and wish the hotel prosperity and good guests!

The staff and owners were so friendly and pleasant, a family run business all of whom do anything they can to help, guide or just give lovely greetings everyday. The breakfast managed by Gordona was lovely-plentiful and authentic tastes, rooms were nice and very clean. The gym and pool were a bonas. Yanis welcomed us on our first night and then every night after that with a lovely smile. The owners and their sons were welcoming, knowledgable and wonderful people. The location was perfect for us. We stayed as a family, I went with my husband, 19 year old daughter and my mother. You're at the sea in 30 seconds and on a quieter part of the strip. Lovely restaurants and shops nearby and close to Star Beach for a 'holiday pool vibe' experience. We weee always happy to return to Thalia and relax by the quiet pool area. We hired a car and the car park was a great addition, with a secure gate. Thermis and Gordona are the perfect hosts and we will return! Thank-you for a wonderful experience in Crete.

I had a truly brilliant experience at Thaila Deco Hotel. We arrived very early in the morning, around 4:00 a.m., after a long journey from Ukraine. To our delight, our room was already prepared and waiting for us, which was incredibly important after such a tiring trip. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive our first breakfast for free — such a thoughtful gesture! Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. As for everything else – we loved it all. Everyone around was always ready to help, and that made our stay truly unforgettable. ❤️

We really enjoy everything here. Medium size hotel with professional and helping staff. The rooms are big and comfortable. For breakfast you have everything you may think of in a very cosy breakfast area - best Coffee!! Dinner accros the road - same quality - buffet with ice cream included :). We needed help with accomodation for one extra night, suggestions about travel agencies, sandy beaches, taxi and we received every information with a smile and kind words. Central position very close to everything if you are looking to explore the island. 1 minute to bus station that take you to the ports ( Heraklion mainly because to Hersonissos you can go by foot in 10 minutes) if you want to go on a cruise, to the free aqua park of star beach - great for kids (also reachable by foot in 10 minutes) to the bus that takes you to water city, Very close to supermarket if you need anything. A lot of beaches to choose from - you just have to inform yourself at the reception. Best quality, reasonable priced. Thank you very much!!! We will come back for sure!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly charming and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or information about crete. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, featuring a large refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee machine. The beds were exceptionally cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered was rich and delicious. The location is great, just a short walk from the shops, restaurants, and bars, with a bus stop conveniently nearby. Thank you for the lovely stay!

The hotel is very nice, the owners are friendly and very caring. The location is ideal, everything you need is close by. On the left mountains, right sea. The beach is 2 minutes away. Despite the large amount of entertainment you can hardly hear anything from the street, the sounds are only from the visitors inside. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. Cleaning every day, new towels, change of bedding every other day. The food is very tasty, you can always choose something for yourself. Dinner in the restaurant across the street, there is a huge choice always, only drinks have to be paid for separately. All requests were fulfilled and we were assisted in everything at the hotel. Left a very pleasant feeling and we didn't want to leave.

Staff is amazing! They are very professional and care - ready to help with anything you need. The facilities are clean and rooms are cleaned everyday. Close to all shops, restaurants, bars, clubs. Not so far from the beach, but it's not the best beaches as the hotel in the city center (no problem though if you have a car to find better beach or drive to a village for real Greek food). Can't judge breakfast, as we never made to wake up before it ends. However there are plenty of places to get breakfast and great coffee in the area. Pool is good with nice natural shadows from the trees. Overall very nice stay and it's a super great 3 star hotel for sure!

Pool area needs a renovation or at least some cosmetic refreshment. Could be better with a bigger pool. Sound isolation is bad. Would be good to prolong breakfast until 11.00

The breakfast was delicious, with a lot of healthy option. The bed was really comfy and big. Parking spot is a good point, Everybody was really kind😊 The reception and the -1 floor where you can leave your package looks so good! I liked the design. Coffe machine ín your room is a very good idea too.

The gym needs some renovation,and the shower tap worked weird. Some clips, will be good to the balcony so your towel won't fly away.

Great variety for breakfast, secured parking, comfortable and clean room Staff is amazing and they will do everything to make your stay great We would definitely recommend Thalia Deco hotel to other travellers and hopefully will stay there again
