Excelent food & drinks (fish, vegetables, salads, cretan dishes/pies, meat, seafood, cakes, fruits, etc). The best tzatziki ever eaten. Very good manager (Dimitris - always among guests and constantly working side by side with his staff to make sure everything is ok). Very good staff at reception, restaurant and bar (Maria, Luigi, Nikos etc). Good vibes, music and drinks at the bar with Luigi - he is very friendly and funny. Very clean hotel/rooms. Very good location. We recommend the beach instead of the pool due to the sea breeze and warm and crystal water. The beach is very close to the hotel (around 200 m, near the Med Cafe restaurant). A sunbed is 5 eur/day and an umbrella is 2 eur/day (you can pay cash or card). Every 2 nights there is entertainment after dinner (oriental, disco and greek night - our favourite). Great central location. Reasonably quiet in the evening. Food and drinks excellent every day. You can take lunch to the beach with you. Room small but reasonably comfortable. Lovely looking outside areas, restaurant, bar and swimming pool area very cosy and nice. Great value for money. Staff ia nice. Must say, 2 filipino guys in the restaurant are so hard working and synchronized. Very pleasant as well. Hotel for mainly younger people and couples. No kids really. Overall, a great place for a chill, relaxing, comfy stay.

I want to praise the waitresses Dimitra and Christina for the excellent service provided during our stay. The position is perfect, in the centre of the town and also very close from some nice beaches. There are supermarkets next to the hotel. The food is extremely good. My suggestion is to travel by public transport, you can reach the hotel using the bus from the airport.

Very nice, clean, comfortable accommodation. Everyone is very friendly and strives for your well-being. On our anniversary, we got champagne, water and fruit. We were very pleasantly surprised. Very tasty and quality food. The hotel could have 4*. Very friendly and attentive receptionist.

We enjoyed our stay the location is perfect right in the middle of town and the beach was 3 min walk across the road. Staff were attentive and helpful and make you feel welcome they all made our stay special, the entertainment nights were great fun.

Let's start with the elephant in the house... the food. It was tremendous. Not only that, but the facillity was beautifully designed. Everything from the starters to the deserts was well crafted and seriously delicious. The room we stayed in was older but really well kept and quiet. It seems like the whole hotel is being rebuilt from the inside so this paragraph will just be a statement from the past when you visit in the future. The staff are really friendly and well mannered. They always lent a hand with tips on where to go, calling a cab etc. The location is perfect, situated on the main street and close to the beaches. As a whole, the experience was quite pleasant for the money we paid.

Nothing serious but at some point the restaurant gets crowded with people and some tables are hard to find. In their place I would add more tables.

Lovely dining area which looks like it had been recently renovated and a good selection of food on offer, free car parking at the back of the hotel, room was spacious, good air conditioning, pool area was a great place to unwind/cool off

No shower curtain/screen so it meant water went all over the bathroom floor when showering, a few inconsiderate loud guests obviously just there to abuse the all inclusive who would play their own music at the pool area and act a bit disruptive when others are trying to relax, the cocktails on all inclusive are rather disappointing really just cheap spirit and mixer

Great buffet for sweets! Great salad bar. Very nice food, in general. Different nights like Italian, Cretan, live music. Great personnel!

Wifi need improvement. Bad smell from outside that could be felt in the balconies each day. Only 1 key card in the room which make the whole stay uncomfortable. Very bad plumbing in the bathroom, with bad smell, just like it is mentioned in all the reviews. Church atmosphere in the outside bar- personnel not allowed to put the music a bit louder than sleeping mode which is always on.

When you arrive at Sergios you will be propably suprised. The staff will handle you as a family member. I spent there a week, that was really fine. If you arrive to the Heraklion international airport forget the taxi you can get to the Bus Stop 22 directly from the airport for the dirty cheap 3.10 euros per person. My room was spacious enough for a solo traveller but I would also recommend for a pair. Let's talk about the half board meal. There are no words. At the breakfast you can chose from continental or british tastes but at the evening the all you can eat service you may eat shark, lamb, fruits of the sea, I really loved the mussaka. Absolutely recommended if you want to get to Hersonissos. My message to the staff: I hope I can get back to you.
