Our sea view room was very beautiful with a great view. We were all inclusive and the food and drinks were great. You also have access to a beautiful beach club which gives the luxury touch to the stay

although cleaned daily to a good standard there were many mosquitos in the room. bring insect repellent! facilities are not modern e.g. gym

The location of the hotel is perfect. The place was very clean. They cleaned the room and changed the towels daily. There is a good variety of food in the buffet. The food was good. You can take a drink at the hotel or at the bar or even the restaurant in front of the hotel, all included. The staff is very friendly, always there to listen, especially at the reception. The sandy beach was awesome.

The deck chairs at the beach were expensive There are 4 swimming pools, small in size if you don't swim in the sea. The deck chairs were free but taken from early morning ( even when people are not using them all day)

I enjoyed the breakfast, lunches and dinners. Food was always available with minimal wait time. Fresh fruits, salads, eggs, pancakes, I was super happy starting the day right. Lots of fish, chicken, beef and vegetarian options. We came for a family reunion and had an unforgettable stay. The staff especially at the reception desk were super friendly and helpful. The all inclusive food and beverage was great for us travelling with small kids and the need for occasional beers/cocktails. The area felt super safe, family friendly, and relaxing, right on the coast. Would highly recommend Porto Greco to anyone who asks!

The food signs could be a little clearer especially with products that might have beef mixed with pork, the people taking the plates were a little too fast at times, the coffee machine could use an upgrade with fresh coffee/milk quality. Mosquitos were a bit annoying, be prepared with bug spray and don't leave your door open too long. Some of the rooms are a bit close to the nightclub so make sure that you request in advance a room that is quiet at night.

Room was spacious, well decorated, well equipped and well cleaned. Air conditioning was very effective. Buffet was good for all meals. Reception area was pleasant and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Cliff-top bar / restaurant was a very good feature. Good location, with plenty to do off-site.

Bed had lost it`s core firmness and was uncomfortably soft in the middle. Main pool is too small for the number of guests. Some guests might be concerned about the number of groups of teenagers present. Some will be concerned about how long it took to get served at the free bar in the hotel.

This is the second year we have chosen this hotel for our holidays for many reasons. And AGAIN, everything was just PERFECT. The high-quality of the rooms, the cleanliness of the rooms, the top quality of the food belongs to a 5 stars hotel!! The restaurant has a relaxing sea view, and if you are hungry or thirsty you will always get free food and drinks in different bars or restaurants of the hotel at any time of the day with the amazing all-inclusive formula without getting stressed out on your holidays! and most of all..the KINDNESS OF THE STAFF. They are so sweet and polite, they look after you in every moment of the day!I am pregnant and the staff (Maria in particular, the manager) and also other 2 lovely girls (Eleni and Olga) they were just AMAZING, taking very special care of me. We will definitely come back every year for our holidays to this amazing hotel!! Thank you to all the staff of Porto Greco Village to make our holidays just FANTASTIC!!

Every possible way it was great - the staffs and the management every one made all their effort to make each of the guests happy and comfortable !! The all inclusive generous deal is absolutely fantastic - we had a room ( in fact 2 rooms for 3 ) overseeing the sea and we enjoyed our vacation the fullest

1) bathrooms do not have shower curtains - so it gets wet ( negligible problem - every time we came back it was dry and was cleaned by the cpurtepus room service personel) 2) mosquitos

The food was amazing with lot of varieties and each meal was very delicious. Literally all hotel staff (at the reception, in restaurant, cleaning staff, massager...) are very professional and diligent, but also always friendly and helpful. Location is perfect as it is just accross the road to the nice beach and on the quiet side of the Hersonissos sea promenade. Hotel has a couple of drink bars and pools, but if your room is next to one of them, might be loud. We were lucky with the quiet backyard room which was renovated and had everything we needed. As a part of the package, we have got a 15 minutes massage by Ms. Katerina who was super kind and skilled.

Some facilities are in the state which is unfortunately far below the level of the rest of the hotel and require urgent improvements: fitness gym is almost useless as most of the machines are broken, one squash pad is broken so cannot play it, basketball ring is bended, common toilets have broken soap dispensers for days, etc. This is a big pity as if those things would be fixed, I would give a clear mark 10. Considering the price of the all inclusive package, the beach beds should be included and not heavily overpriced.

Perfectly located in a busy seaside resort close to the Herakleion airport (20 min taxi ride). Right at the seafront with two small but beautiful sandy beaches (sunbeds are 15 EUR per day - if this was included for the hotel guests, the stay would have been flawless). We had the basic room, but it was quiet, quite spacious and renovated, with a big balcony. A big plus was a fridge in the room. Food was great! Such a wide choice - every lunch and dinner - beef, pork, poultry, fish, bbq, at least 3 sides, lots of veggies (you could make your own Greek salad), fruit, desserts, Cretan specialities (dakos, raki, ouzo, baklava, Greek coffee). Live cooking at breakfast - pancakes, eggs etc. Non alcoholic drinks were a bit too sweet, but good beer and wide choice of cocktails, frappe included in the all inclusive programme. Staff members mostly very nice, some of them had a bit of a trouble understanding English. Once per stay the option of a dinner at the Orion a la carte restaurant with a pre-set menu (you only choose between fish, meat or veggie version) - very good and a great view. Overall, a very good choice for our holidays, it is not a luxurious resort for a demanding clientelle, but when you know what to expect you will not be disappointed.

This hotel exceeded our expectation because they clearly went out of their way to provide exceptional customer service to my young family. They met all our special requests for the room ahead of our visit, they regularly checked in with us to see if there was anything more they could do and they went over and above expectations when it came to providing special meals for our eight month old baby. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it really made for an unforgettable stay.

There weren't as many sun loungers around the swimming pool as we might have liked, so it wasn't always possible to get one. However, the beach is a very short walk away, so we went there instead.

I didn't like having to step in and out of the bath to have a shower. There should be a hand rail for safety. I also asked for a plug to have a bath but didn't get one. A walk in shower would be better and safer. There is a very dangerous slippery slope/ramp between the pool bar area and the restaurant.
