The hotel is quite good, reasonable price. The room was nice, clean, with nice view of the sea and also pool area. Probably the last floor has a better view, but it was okay even from our. We had a chance to watch the sunrises. The staff was kind and responsive. We had a comfortable stay. Breakfast and dinner were also good - but mainly the same food. I already saw some reviews regarding the food. In my opinion it is not a big trouble, as you have a chance to choose and mix everything as you want. Probably, if we had a longer stay, it could cause a dislike, so maybe it is good to think about more variety for future. Sea and the main street (all shops, restaurants and bars) are close to the hotel - so the location is perfect and there are also no noises.

Actually there is nothing to complain about. The only thing we noticed is that shower is missing one door - probably would be good to fix it in the future. And the water at dinner had a strange taste, but it is actually great that they offer some water, as there are other hotels which do not offer any drinks at dinner. And of course the pool bar is working and you can buy any drinks you like.

Definitely cleanliness as during our arrival my wife had to take the pictures of our sheets and ask reception to change them as there were stains on them. Underneath was the protector which we asked to change as well as also was dirty, unfortunately it has not been... I believe they change the sheet but the most important part which is the bed protector they keep for the next customer... We asked for blankets which we were given, however also containing white stains and stinky. We threw them on the floor to make sure they wash them. It's a pity because almost everything would be perfect except for cleanliness. Also daily service has straighten up our sheets only but never cleaned the floor or the bathroom as we had sand everywhere my wife had to clean it herself

Food was really good, maybe they can change the types of dishes they serve a little more, but the quality was excellent. Especially lamb with rosemary!

I saw that some people were prevented from taking out sandwiches that they wrapped in paper, so even though that food was not taken out, it was still thrown away and remained unused. Then, the area around the pool could be better arranged (there was tall grass, broken sunbeds...), and the bar at the pool opens only from 11 o'clock.

Personal at the reception and on the pool bar. Generally personal are polite and nice. They will help you all that you need.

The pool is small but good and clean. In my room I didn't have wi-fi even if they told me that there is hotel wi-fi in the rooms. The rooms are clean, big and nice. The location of the hotel is excellent, Near the beaches and in the center of the city.

The property is great - easy get to from the airport even without a car and they have lovely and helpful staff. We got there early and were able to have some breakfast and chill around the pool until our check-in and same thing applied to when we left (they have showers outside the pool). The rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean with a lovely view of the pool and sea. Overall a great experience and would 100% recommend to check it out ☺️

Very nice staff. Exeptionally good drinks at the pool bar. Breakfasts were OK, quite good food range for dinner.and it was tasty. Comfy beds. Nice view from the balcony.

The swimming pool. Air conditioning - there were some problems like leaking ( which was fixed the next day), but later it was impossible to set up a temperature and it was constantly at 30.

Staff were very friendly and professional, my parents had special needs and they were very helpful. If i ever go back to crete i will definitely go back there no doubt. We had 2 different roms, both were very spacious, clean, warm and confortable. The breakfast had a lot of choices for everyone, meat, breads, cereals, fruit and never ran out of. The dinner were different every night of the week, we stayed 11 nights and ate the same only twice, always 2 meats and 1 fish, potato, rice, pasta and plenty of vegetables, cakes and cheeses. The swimming pool is a very good size not too big and not small at all. The bar has a very large choice of cocktail which were very good. The are located 1min walk from the main streetwith all shop and restaurant, and 2 min walk f4om the beach Thank you guys, we really enjoyed our stay

The overall stay was great! The room was perfect and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was quite doll and the dinner was not up to standard for a 4 star hotel. There was only water as an option with the dinner which was disappointing. We paid for dinner and breakfast but only ate there 1 time for the 5 days we were there, not happy about that at all.

Location is great - lovely restaurants on the beach just outside the front of the hotel. Easy to get to by public bus from Herakleion. Initially thought the pool area was going to be too cramped, but it was not an issue with the spacious grass area behind. Helpful staff, spotlessly clean, trendy decor and a very comfortable bed!

We paid for the classic room with side sea view, but the view was disappointing, facing directly opposite an apartment block. There were other balconies with a much better side sea view (like the photos) but I guess we did book quite last minute.
