The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I cannot praise the staff enough! The property was located by the sea so the views from the restaurants were absolutely beautiful. The food was very nice and there was a sufficient amount of choice. We always felt satisfied at meal times. The room showers had steam machines within them which basically transformed the shower into a private steam room. This was a very pleasant surprise. We also had a jacuzzi on the balcony.

The all inclusive alcohol was a big disappointment. From my understanding it is common for hotels to water down the all inclusive alcohol but it seems they went too far on this occasion, this felt like I was like drinking non alcoholic drinks. I drank 3 beers and 2 glasses of wine and didn't feel absolutely anything, and this is coming from someone who hardly drinks in general and usually gets tipsy on one glass of wine! The indoor swimming pool was located in the Spa and was only available to Spa customers at extra cost, this was also disappointing as it was the pictures of the indoor pool that persuaded us to chose this particular hotel. The outdoor pool was free to use for all guests.

Location was perfect being right on the beach. The restaurant was most welcoming. Staff were exceptional in ensuring we had a wonderful time. Hot tub on the bedroom balcony was perfect, clean and switched on every day. Although out of season (Nov-Dec), there was an enjoyable and varied buffet breakfast. The evening meal was an impressive choice, cooked individually. In season, we understand there would be the usual full buffet. We intend to return.

The staff was super friendly and ensured that anything I wanted or needed was handled. The food was terrific, and the environment was lovely and relaxing. Super close to everything and so close to the beach.

I did not have the opportunity to use the sunbeds as they charge 6 euros per bed per day if you book through booking.com- even if you pay for all-inclusive. Spaces outside are limited and not actually near the sandy beaches. That said, it is not too much to pay, and the location is fantastic. It would just be nice to know that before booking.

I loved having my own private jacuzzi on my terrace. The staff were very friendly and surprised me with a gift of a bottle of wine for my birthday. The location is very close to the beach and the local bus stop. I was there out of season so the area was very quiet as a lot of places were closed.

Better indication of food that is suitable for vegetarians would be appreciated though the staff were helpful in pointing out meat free food.

We had the best experience in the hotel. Breakfast is delicious. There is a very good restaurant inside of the hotel our room was exceptional,the beach is a second away. We saw the sea from the balcony and we had a Jacuzzi in the room. The price is amazing for all of the things that we got. The room is very clean. There is no problem with the Wi-Fi .most of all we want to thank the stuff. All of the employees were amazing. We had such an amazing personal care that wasn’t included in the price .we were in an accident and they took care of us like family. The manager is the most amazing and nice person that ever exists,and the staff is willing to help with everything that we needed. They gave us much more than we ever could expect. They even wanted to make sure that we’re OK after we got home. I highly recommend to book a trip to the hotel. You won’t be disappointed.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by an extremely polite, attentive, and helpful team. Every staff member does an impeccable job and shows genuine care in every detail. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a level of organization and hygiene that truly impressed me. The toiletries provided had a lovely fragrance — I loved every detail! I spent two amazing days there, and I will definitely return. Congratulations to the entire team for the excellent work!

In my opinion, the only thing that was missing were maps or clearer directions within the hotel. The property is quite large, and due to the lack of signage, I got lost a few times. I also missed having a small sign near the phone with useful numbers, such as the reception. These are just suggestions to make the experience even better, because overall, my stay was truly wonderful!

Although we booked a standard room for our honeymoon, The management upgraded us free of charge to a junior suite with Jacuzzi and that was amazing. we enjoyed every bit of our stay.

just a few minor observations. - There were not enough variety of food in the restaurant. - The start and closure time of the pool could be extended a bit. 10:00-18:00 isn't good enough.

I really liked our room (balcony with jacuzzi) and location. We were in an older two story building so we were on second story which made it that our balcony ended up having a lot of shade (room 812) which is something I really enjoyed… I also enjoyed that we didn’t have to walk through hotel to come in and out of our room and that we could easily walk to the sea and swim and then come back to our private balcony (the beach was crazy crowded with very little shade). The food with room and board was also very good. The people working in the restaurant were very nice as well as were the front desk staff. The gym has a great view and enough free weights for a good workout. One photo is of our room balcony take from above (from the gym balcony).

I didn’t like that they were storing cleaning supplies and beach umbrellas beside the ping pong table.. it made it hard to play. I also didn’t like that when you shower you sometimes smelled sewage… I think because we were in older building and it was peak season. If you aren’t getting a room with a big balcony then make sure you ask for a room in new building. Also the pool is very small, but we never needed to use it as we just swam in the sea.

We were completely satisfied. Rooms, breakfast and service were all excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We had booked bed and breakfast because we were going on excursions around the island and therefore half board would not have made sense. Nevertheless, we dined in the hotel restaurants almost every day - mostly in the FRESH restaurant - because the food there was simply delicious and the service was brilliant.
