The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I cannot praise the staff enough! The property was located by the sea so the views from the restaurants were absolutely beautiful. The food was very nice and there was a sufficient amount of choice. We always felt satisfied at meal times. The room showers had steam machines within them which basically transformed the shower into a private steam room. This was a very pleasant surprise. We also had a jacuzzi on the balcony.

The all inclusive alcohol was a big disappointment. From my understanding it is common for hotels to water down the all inclusive alcohol but it seems they went too far on this occasion, this felt like I was like drinking non alcoholic drinks. I drank 3 beers and 2 glasses of wine and didn't feel absolutely anything, and this is coming from someone who hardly drinks in general and usually gets tipsy on one glass of wine! The indoor swimming pool was located in the Spa and was only available to Spa customers at extra cost, this was also disappointing as it was the pictures of the indoor pool that persuaded us to chose this particular hotel. The outdoor pool was free to use for all guests.

Location was perfect being right on the beach. The restaurant was most welcoming. Staff were exceptional in ensuring we had a wonderful time. Hot tub on the bedroom balcony was perfect, clean and switched on every day. Although out of season (Nov-Dec), there was an enjoyable and varied buffet breakfast. The evening meal was an impressive choice, cooked individually. In season, we understand there would be the usual full buffet. We intend to return.

The staff was super friendly and ensured that anything I wanted or needed was handled. The food was terrific, and the environment was lovely and relaxing. Super close to everything and so close to the beach.

I did not have the opportunity to use the sunbeds as they charge 6 euros per bed per day if you book through booking.com- even if you pay for all-inclusive. Spaces outside are limited and not actually near the sandy beaches. That said, it is not too much to pay, and the location is fantastic. It would just be nice to know that before booking.

It was amazing time. We take All and it was best decision. Please attentively read what is including in All. Food was all the time fresh and tasty. Everyone will find something what you would like. Waiters and barmens were amazing and always want to make your rest better. Cleaning service was quick and do their job in the best way. The pool was not very big but always clean and swimming there was a pleasure. Beach is near and you can find different attractions nearby. Be ready that sunbeds will be taking out from the beach at 18:00 because in the evening you can have food there from restaurants, and it is very romantic. If you want to spend time really amazing this hotel for you. If you have opportunity take a room with sea view. It‘s worth it. This hotel for adults and it is means that it can be loud from the street but if you close the door and turn on air conditioning you will sleep well. One more important point is Spa centre. Service was perfect and one hour for sauna was perfect decision.

Room.very clean. Tea, coffee making facilties. Fridge replenished with water every day as well replenished shampoo, soap. Clean towels every day. Staff all very attentive, professional & friendly. The food was amazing. A lot of choice, best food ever had on an all-inclusive. . The air con was good, too. Plenty off sun beds & very comfy.

I was disappointed that the jacuzzi was in a separate room within the room when I thought it would be on the balcony as pictured . The pool was very small but found it annoying that people were just sat dangling their legs in it drinking making it impossible to swim the small length of it. It was a bit intimidating, too, as were groups of young men sat there doing it. Found the lighting in the room too dim. The beeches are small & it was very rocky to get into the sea. You had to walk over rocks to be able to get in far enough to be able to swim. I found it very painful & cut my foot a few times.

A truly charming and welcoming hotel The hotel has a very pleasant, family-like atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady who greeted us with a smile, helped with our luggage, and personally showed us to our room. The room had a stunning view of the sea and the lively promenade. However, due to the noise from nearby bars, we asked to change rooms. We were offered a beautiful garden-view room with a balcony, which turned out to be a perfect choice. The hotel is cozy, clean, and tastefully decorated. What we loved the most were the long, relaxing breakfasts and dinners in the garden, accompanied by delicious food and local wine. The staff contributed greatly to the overall atmosphere – especially Vasyl, who always took the time to talk to every guest and sincerely ask about their day. Conversations with him were truly enjoyable. We honestly didn’t want to leave.

It was a great choice for our family trip to Crete. Food was AMAZING, all inclusive selection is 10/10, huge thank you for the staff working in the kitchen and the restaurant. The hotel is very close to the beach and promenade, nice to have a big walk after dinner to enjoy the nightlife. The beach view is breathtaking whenever you go. Rooms are fully equipped and have a nice athmosphere. We also really appreciated the work of cleaning and reception staff.

Sunbeds are not included in the price of all inclusive, also the beach part which belongs to Palmera is not the best. We used another beach whole week, for free. Another comment, staff were not so very nice at the bar area when ordering drinks, maybe they were a bad day, but this was a little frustrating for us.

I loved having my own private jacuzzi on my terrace. The staff were very friendly and surprised me with a gift of a bottle of wine for my birthday. The location is very close to the beach and the local bus stop. I was there out of season so the area was very quiet as a lot of places were closed.

Better indication of food that is suitable for vegetarians would be appreciated though the staff were helpful in pointing out meat free food.

We had the best experience in the hotel. Breakfast is delicious. There is a very good restaurant inside of the hotel our room was exceptional,the beach is a second away. We saw the sea from the balcony and we had a Jacuzzi in the room. The price is amazing for all of the things that we got. The room is very clean. There is no problem with the Wi-Fi .most of all we want to thank the stuff. All of the employees were amazing. We had such an amazing personal care that wasn’t included in the price .we were in an accident and they took care of us like family. The manager is the most amazing and nice person that ever exists,and the staff is willing to help with everything that we needed. They gave us much more than we ever could expect. They even wanted to make sure that we’re OK after we got home. I highly recommend to book a trip to the hotel. You won’t be disappointed.
