The hotel was newly renovated and just opened up, so everything was nice, clean and a minimalistic style. Exactly like the pictures. The location of the hotel is super great - very close to the center and 2 minutes walking to the beach .The room was cleaned every day .The breakfast was very good , The staff was very friendly. I strongly recommend it.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, Chrysa at the front desk made us feel right at home, even allowing us to keep our room late on checkout day as we had an evening flight.The hospitality here is top-notch. And that watermelon cocktail she recommended? It was unbelievable - hands down the best we’ve ever had! Plus, they went the extra mile to get my fiancé gluten-free bread at breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was excellent, and the jacuzzi on the balcony was a very nice touch! Highly recommend this hotel for amazing service, delicious drinks, and attention to detail. You won’t be disappointed!

Beach club next door which goes on till 5am each day. We knew this before booking. The jacuzzi rooms are on the opposite side of the hotel to the beach club so are quieter.

My 6 nights stay in mid-may was wonderful. I loved the layout of the hotel. It’s a calm, tasteful design, clean, organized, comfortable, easygoing hotel with a romantic feel. Shoutout to the lovely staff, they will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and give you great tips about nice sites to see and things to do. They remember what you like and show interest in their guests. Good quality breakfast, fresh and variant. The hotel is located perfectly, right in the liveliness of Chersonisos nightlife, shops, gas, atm, rental car, and restaurants and two steps from the beach. There is a good parking place in a 4-5 min walk. And a bus stop in a 2 min walk. And the building is sturdy enough for a 6.1 earthquake 😅. So i highly recommend this hotel!!

The temperature of the pool was a bit chilly but will probably warm up during the season.

Amazing location - sea was few steps away. Beautiful modern facilities and lovely staff and breakfast.

The hotel is right by a night club and it’s impossible to sleep. We had to get melatonin and quality earplugs to be able to get any sleep. While I understand that it’s not hotel’s fault and it was sad to see them affected as well, I think it would be great to provide each guest with earplugs - rather than hope that no-one notices as it wont be the case.

Chris on reception is a real asset for this property. Sofraclese was very helpful.Magnus and the young girl were also very pleasant. The room was a good size. The bed a bit firm for me. Location good for beach, cafes, shops and bus stop. If you want to stay in amongst it all, you are steps away.

For us, a mature couple, it was too close to the doof doof music going to 4 and 5 in the morning. I think they would benefit from a staff member to clear the tables quicker at breakfast and reset as the lady in the kitchen was not coping.

This review is for the stay of my daughter and a friend, young adults. They experienced a lovely and cozy hotel. The location is great. 2 minutes walk from the beach yet in a more quiet back street that provided a more peaceful vibe. The staff, especially Chryssa and Sofoklis, were extremely friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was perfect to relax. We enjoyed our beautiful room with the jacuzzi in the balcony. Breakfast was just perfect, a small and sufficient buffet with great variety. The communication with the hotel from after the reservation and throughout our stay was perfect and they were attentive to our needs.

Small hotel which is very close to the beach and to the main street with shops and restaurants. The breakfast is simple but ok-ish and perhaps more options will make the difference. The fresh squeezed orange juice was excellent. The staff is very friendly and nice, ready to help you whenever you have a question or a demand which I appreciate. I haven't tried the pool, but the jacuzzi in my room was excellent.

It is not something that I didn't like is more as a suggestion about the breakfast which is simple and perhaps having more options will be much better. I would have liked to have more vegetables for breakfast. Another thing that I didn't like and is not about the hotel itself, is that nearby is a night club and the music starts at 10pm till 6 am, so you couldn't really sleep overnight because the music is too loud.

The hotel is adults only, the rooms are designed with comfort & style, full amenities, and the customer service - above & beyond anything you could ask for from the 4 star resort!! In a nutshell, you MUST (not only consider) stay at Lotus Rise during your next trip to Crete. It’s centrally located but also far enough from the touristy noise at night to experience a calming break. Shout out to Hrisa, Mano, Yianni & Sofia for assisting us with each enquiry & special request we had, but a Special thank you to Sofoclis - the man knows everyone & everything and can make anything happen for for.

Great accomodation, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms are really nice with confortable beds. The pool was also nice. Breakfast was amazing, even though there is not as much variety of choice. The staff was also really friendly. I really reccommend this place for a relaxing holiday

The cleaning staff was not coming every day, they did not do the basic refills for shower gel or toilet paper unless they were specifically asked. When we highlighted this problem with the staff, they immediately gave us the refills.

Wonderful friendly staff, everyone was so nice and couldn't do enough for you. Lovely people. Beautiful new hotel, really thoughtfully designed with a modern style. We stayed in the penthouse suite and it was absolutely lovely, very large room which was beautifully decorated, with a balcony all the way round and large jacuzzi which was an amazing way to spend the early evenings before going out for dinner. Breakfast was also really delicious, great selection and all the food was very fresh.
