The hotel was fantastic with great rooms and spectacular views of the sea! Having breakfast on the seafront was something else!!

The noise, there was a constant boom boom until 3 every night, it left us feeling really tired! Not sure if other rooms had this but ours overlooking the sea certainly did. However became bearable once we bought decent ear plugs from supermarket on day 4, perhaps Hotel should offer these?

The property was very beautiful, and so far the best breakfast I've ever had in Greece. The view from the restaurant near the sea is amazing also. Overall great value for money and a very good location in Hersonissos. The staff was great. They helped me to get a transfer from the airport and gave very good recommendations on what to do nearby.

Even though the hotel has a private beach, you still need to pay to use one of the parasols at the beach. That kinda defeats the purpose of paying for a property that includes a private beach in it. I don't understand why they promote it as a hotel with private beach, but then request 9-10€ from the guest to be at that same beach.

Very nice, clean and well decorated hotel Just in front of a lovely beach with many restaurants, shops. pubs and clubs

Take in mind that the area is very active in terms of night life with loud music till 5am If it is what you are looking for

The location of the hotel is great! The staff is amazing and attentive to our needs. The breakfast is great! You sit on the beach, meters from the sea and start the morning with an amazing meal! The service and the hotel are amazing, I recommend it to everyone! I will definitely return to it on my next vacation in Crete.

Everything was magnific. Really, even if you want to find some issue, you cannot. Perfect room, coherent price, great staff, everything clean, good breakfast. All that you want for a vacation is there. The two receptionists, Athina and Alexandros have helped me in every possible, need, since the beginning. I have seen them multitasking and very efficient. I recommend this hotel to everybody, just understand that the night the room can be a bit noisy because of the movida outside. The rest is perfect.

The room is a bit noisy in the night, but this is due to the position of the hotel in the middle of the movida street. Softer and shorter pillows might help for the ones not used to thicker and harder ones.

Amazing location, close to everything. Perfect sea view, and staff were lovely and helpful.

Struggled to get sunbeds at the pool. People reserving beds with towels in morning then not coming back until late afternoon.

The staff was outstanding They help everywhere restaurants beach Front desk was outstanding Rooms nice and clean , and very comfortable beds , aircon good TV not to great but did not care watching

All as great not really anything to complain Well I forgot , little to noisy late at night from clubs

Pool included and sun beds on the private beach included as well.

Dinner with buffet with mainly uncovered food.

The location of property was amazing, the sea view is beautiful, the staff all very helpful. Nice pool area.

Can be a little noisy with beach club underneath but wasn’t a big issue just something worth noting when booking.
