The location and the staff where very kind.

We would have liked some clarification regarding when cleaning and changing of linen is due. There were times when the room was not cleaned even though we were out of the room. We didn't mind not having a clean room everyday, but just to know whether or not we should have left the room.

Great location, on the same street there are some tavernas up the street, which all are good value and tasty food, down the street there is the main road and beach, where more tourists places are located. Everything in close proximity: super market, restaurants and the beach. We were sleeping with blinds and windows shut, with AC on, that way you don't hear the street at all. Even when we opened the balcony, their street was pretty quiet. The staff were helpful and resolved our wishes immediately. The kitchen allows you to get some stuff in the super market and try some cooking with tasty fresh ingredients.

Knocking on the door in the corridor can be heard somewhat well. One key per room makes this happen more than I would like. The freezer is inside the main unit and seems to be not separated with the door from main area. So the whole fridge is way cooler than I anticipated.

We only had 1 key for a room of 4 and the room had to be locked manually everytime, this led to us leaving the room open a lot which is not that safe The door in the bathroom did not lock

There was no airco in the bedrooms

Great position, in the center close to everything you might need in a very touristic place as this village. The room was spacious and had, not one, but TWO terraces. There was a jacuzzi, but didn't bother asking if I could use it staying only one night.

The swimming pool is not accessible during the night. No breakfast included.

it was positioned in the middle of Hersonissos, easy access to everything. we loved our balcony and our bed.

the bathroom was a bit too small, but not such a terrible thing. the room was everything we could ask for.
