The hotel is very modern and also immaculately clean and has an incredibly helpful team of employees. The manager Maria is always at your side if you have any questions about the location or region and tips on where to go out. We were 3 friends and this was our third trip to Greece, but no one has ever delivered like this hotel. We felt very comfortable here and didn't feel like we were being watched for a second, as is often the case in other hotels. At cosmeen, privacy is strongly respected and that's what makes this place so cool. We can only praise this hotel and the entire staff highly and wish you continued success.

Very clean and modern. Penthouse room with sun terrace was absolutely amazing! Staff was super helpful and friendly, they really took care of me throughout the stay. Peaceful area with shops and restaurants near. Highly recommend.

Everything was great, nothing bad to say.

The hotel is brand new! The facilities and the hotel's internal design make the stay a pleasant experience. The bed and the mattresses provide a comfortable sleep. The continental breakfast is ok both in quantity and quality. The room is equipped with an espresso machine, which is very convenient, especially if you are working in the room and you need a coffee. The only suggestion I have to make is to equip the room with an iron. There are a lot of cafeterias, shops and restaurants in a 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Cosmeen Lifestyle Boutique Stay in Hersonissos. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. Everything feels fresh and new, and the whole place has a warm and welcoming vibe. The location is excellent - close to everything but still peaceful. What really made the difference was the staff - Maria and the team went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I had to extend my stay due to flight cancellations, and their kindness and support meant a lot to me. The food was excellent – breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning, and the lunch options I tried were just as good. The cocktails were also great, and everything was served in a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Nothing at all.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. Maria and the team looked after us throughout the stay and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was generous and delicious every day. The hotel and rooms were immaculate and the pool area and bar were quiet and very relaxing serving delicious food and very good cocktails.

There was nothing about the hotel we didn't like. The location is very central to Hersonissos and so a little outside street noise was heard on a couple of occasions (we stayed for 9 nights) so wasn't really an issue.

It was new and immaculate Julia at the pool bar was very courteous and hospitable . We were leaving before breakfast was served the next day so they packed us each a box with food which was very much appreciated and thoughtful. The room was a nice size We had a mini bar which was stocked even with a bottle of Moet ! The pool was beautiful There was a pool bar and restaurant Lots of loungers by the pool . The area was perfect if you like to be in the hustle and bustle. Lots of restaurants and shops along the promenade which is a stone’s throw away from the hotel

I liked everything

Great location with comfortable beds and huge showers. The in roof coffee, tea, water, and biscuits, the welcome drinks, and large continental breakfast were most welcomed. The cozy pool and comfortable lounge beds added to the property ambience. We had to leave early and Maria, along with service staff, made sure we had a breakfast box to go.I cannot say enough about Maria. She was most accommodating and helpful. We have tried other properties on past trips, but this one wins. Cosmeen will certainly be our go to spot in Hersonissos from now on.

The internet was spotty at times. The property is quite automated. Be aware that checkout time is 1100 and your access ends at 1100. We were a little late with our breakfast (we were too busy chatting) but Maria was more than willing to extend our time.

Truly excellent hotel! The rooms are extremely comfortable with beautiful beds, all natural products in the bathrooms and large wonderful shower. We had a pool view room and absolutely loved it. Speaking of the pool area - gorgeous! Plenty of lounge chairs/umbrellas and the staff are all very kind and attentive. The pool was the perfect temperature to cool down in the hot Crete heat! The hotel location is excellent as well, approximately 20 minutes by taxi from Heraklion airport and about 50m walk from the ocean. Endless options of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bars, beaches etc all within very close walking distance. The complimentary breakfast baskets are such a lovely touch as well. Highly recommend this hotel, great value for money!

Not much to dislike! There's no spa or gym facilities so if that's important to you that's something to consider but it wasn't essential for us.

The hotel was brand new and the staff was really nice. Even though they had two options in the breakfast, they let us mix-and-match to create our own breakfast menu. In the room the AC was more than adequate and I liked the overall design of the room and the bathroom. They had a nice pool area where you can chill or have breakfast.

Only negative side is the place of the hotel, which is NOT the hotel's fault :) Hersonissos is a bit far away from the nice touristic parts of the Crete, therefore if you'd like to stay here I'd say definitely rent a car and be ready to drive 4-5 hours a day.

- Very high standard accomodation, luxurious modern new building - you could literally stay in your room and they will handle everything for you - Jacuzzi room is something that makes you want to stay in the hotel and just enjoy the private garden with jacuzzi - breakfast to the room - food delivery to the room from a modern greek restaurant - welcome drink and awesome bar (top notch drinks/food) - directly in front of the hotel entrance is one of the best traditional tavernas on Crete - beautiful swimming pool
