The accommodation is located in the central. The beach promenade is a few meters away. Everything in the city is within walking distance. The a la carte dinner is of high quality, the waiters were especially kind.

There are 8 sunbeds at the hotel's own pool. The sunbeds on the beach are also paid for by hotel guests (6 euro/person/day). This is not written anywhere. The cleaning lady only placed shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom on special request several times.

It was beautifully fitted out, very clean and in a good location. We went half board and the food and associated service was exceptional. There was a wide choice and the seaside restaurant was really lovely. I also thought the court yard area with pool at the rear was stylish and perfect for an alfresco breakfast. George and all of the team were marvellous from the minute we arrived. I can genuinely say it was the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. The from our balcony was gorgeous.

On the Saturday night it was a little loud but it was the FA cup final and local derby as well so that is understandable.It was a trade off we were prepared to make for such a fabulous location and the glazing and air conditioning subdued the worst of the noise.

The staff were exceptional! This is no ordinary hotel-you are greeted with a genuine smile and warm welcome. We went here for our honeymoon-everything was so relaxing. We booked very last minute on the same day so understandably, our room wasn't ready for the night, so we got a partial sea view room for the first night. The manager, George, prepared an unforgettable evening the first night as an apology-very thoughtful! =) We got upgraded to the top floor Sea View middle suite after the first night, with a free bottle of Prosecco from the staff! George was very welcoming and connected with you on a personal level and truly cared for our experience. Front house staff, George(another front desk guy), Alex, Irene and everyone else were amazing and very hard working who also connected with you on a personal level. Everyone went above and beyond and their hospitality was like no other. Hotel has been renovated and looks awesome! Location-The location was perfect, right in the middle of the strip along the water which made it very easy to walk to restaurants, bars etc within minutes. The property was always kept very clean with daily housekeeping. We liked that you can go down to the beach below the hotel and rent two chairs and umbrella for 10 euro a day. Irene worked hard and served food and drink on the beach all day. Room-We loved the nice Marshall Bluetooth speaker where we hooked up our music. The noise from bars was very minimal and with the AC on (which was also very quiet), drones out the sound. The beds were very comfortable and we had great sleeps-we loved opening the door to the balcony every morning to hear the ocean waves! Food-The in-house restaurant was unbelievable-quick service! We had the Tzatziki and pita bread along with the feta cheese rolls and honey maybe four times during our stay. Breakfast was amazing-freshly squeezed orange juice, a wide variety of choices, highly recommend the Greek coffee =) even lots of vegan options!

This is a hard question to answer because we had no real complaints. Just a few minor ones were that the hotel doors didn't have peep holes so whenever someone knocked, for security reasons it would be nice to have a peep hole before opening the door. The doors were also pretty thin and thus allowed a lot of noise from people walking through the hallway to come in but that wasn't often. No plug in bathroom for hairdryer. Even with these things mentioned, we still give Vasia Blvd 11/10 in our books. The staff, the amenities, the room, the location were just SUPERB.

The hotel is situated in some sub-urban conglomerate. It is surrounded by a lot of low-level shops, tavernas and so on. We had the impression from the pics that it was kind of "stand-alone" on the beach which is not the case - maybe our mistake. The hotel itself has an excellent standard: wide entrance, everything new, tasteful lobby, and very welcoming staff, we were greeted immediately with a prosecco. The hotel manager and the ladies at the reception are super-friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade for free with an ocean view room, that was really beautiful, and that's the reason we're giving it a "9" because otherwise it would have been an "8". Our room was neither big nor small, and very clean. Breakfast is a buffet (near the pool), you get freshly squeezed orange juice served at the table, and you can order from among a choice of omelettes for free. The pool is very small indeed, and situated in the courtyard. Personally we did not like it. - The hotel's restaurant is across the street, in a beautiful position above the beach. Dishes are quite good, but not much choice. We ate there twice during a four-days stay.

The location on a crowded street with shops around did not seem ideal to us; anyway, we did not intend it for a beach holiday, but from there we went to see the archeological sites around (Gournia; Malia; Cnossos). There is a private beach across the street, but we never went there. For a boutique hotel the choice at breakfast is small, once the milk I had with my oatmeal was sour. If you come by car, you will have to find a parking spot ... wherever, as there are no parking facilities in the hotel. So you might have to walk 5-10' after parking your car.

We came to Crete for our Honeymoon, firstly I would like to thank George and his team as he went out of his way to make our stay beyond special from upgrading our room to greeting us every single morning. One of the main reasons we will go back to this beautiful hotel is because of George's Hospitality and kindness. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. The location was excellent because as you walked out of the hotel you were a few steps away from the beach and main strips of restaurants and bars. Thank you for making our stay so special we cant wait to stay again at your hotel soon.
