Great customer service and polite staff. Clean rooms, good cleaning service (they make your bed every day). 24h entrance with night guard.

Breakfast could be improved, less ham in the egg or more options for egg without ham. Slow service. No bartender…

When I read reviews from other persons I expext bad breakfast , thats not true, breakfast was really really good, I dont know what other people wants to eat for breakfast, everything was fresh and have really good taste! Dinner was amazing, maybe same for many days but always fresh prepared, with freash and cold fruits, good cakes, meat was perfect prepared in any way, so everything was really nice. I need to say that stuff was amazing, best guys ever, always help us whatever we need, guys from reception and on bar was amazing always, fast, with good energy, smile on face and ready to make you feel comfortable always. Guy from hotel (I dont know name) who clean tables in restaurant was super fast, everything was clean and if not, he will be there in 10 seconds and clean table and prepare for you place for dinner! Location is perfect, 20m away from bus stations , main street, and 100m from the beach (one street just go down) and all clubs, taverna’s, restaurants and everything you need. Pool in hotel was always clean, bar near pool have everything you need, to drink or to eat, portions of food is really big, so if you want to maybe have launch in hotel - you can have it for 8/9/10€ and you will not be hungry 🙌🏽 We will for sure come back there if we come to the same area next time. The woman who cleaned the rooms was very rude and didn't want to change our towels for 4 days, as well as the bed linen, and she didn't change the bedspread for us even once, she just folded the one that had been used during the entire stay. When I asked her to change our towels, she replied in an unpleasant way that she would do it and in the end she didn't do it. That's the only complaint we have.

- The swimming pool is very cool and beautiful at night - The staff are always there if you need anything and they are very friendly. - The beds are very comfortable - There are 2 balconies in the room

- The television didn't work - There is no door in the bathroom so everyone can see you when you take your shower or go the the toilet - The cleaning lady threw away our souvenirs, thinking they were to be thrown into the trash but we were reimbursed - The breakfast is very inferior and insufficient for a hotel of this level, this is also reflected in the taste of food

I loved everything about this hotel!! For one it was stunning!! The staff was super friendly and everything was just perfect from start to finish! Thank you so much! Will be staying here again!

Good customer service and polite staff. Very clean and spacious rooms with super comfy beds! Great, quite location that’s super close to the main town. We only had breakfast, but it was super tasty and has something for everyone.

Very close to the main center and right next to the beach. It was located in a quiet area.

Great quiet location just off main town street. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Hector. They kindly upgraded us to a larger executive room with a lovely morning sun balcony which was amazing for the price. Breakfast was sufficient and nice setting to dine in.

Pool is slightly shaded and not much outside space but sarantari beach is very near so not really a problem.

Good location and value for money. Hector at reception is a credit to the owner.

Breakfast was poor and cold. We did advise this to management, we made some suggestions to help them get it right however it seemed to fall on deaf ears. We understand from reviews and speaking with other guests we were not the only guests who had commented.

The hotel is small, but on good location and comfortable. The staff is great and there for any questions and requests.... The room is very clean.... The dinners are good, even for picky eaters....Everything is as in the picture.

Room comfort, how clean it was, and the crew. Many thanks to the team of reception, they were always ready to help. In the first day we had a problem with our airco and it was solved right away! Hector in 5 minutes put us in a better suite. Also, we didn’t understand the complaints over the breakfast! It wasn’t huge but we had plenty of options.
