Great place from the first minute of arrival and even before that. The reception representative called us before our arrival and asked when we would arrive, since we were checking out from the previous accommodation, we had planned to ask about early check-in, to which the reception representative replied: We are waiting for you, the room is ready. YES. 30 minutes later we arrived at Enigma Suites. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink while we checked in. A welcome wine and fruit plate was waiting for us in our room, a great start. We stayed at Enigma Suites for 5 days and I can say that all of them were great. The room was beautiful and stylish, very clean, with a great view from the window. I would like to single out the excellent service, the staff at the reception, the staff at the restaurant and at the pool bar, etc. was excellent, friendly and personal approach, Enigma Suites is lucky with staff like that. Thumbs up to you all and hope to meet you next time in Mykonos.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Enigma Hydeaway Suites in Mykonos. The hotel is peaceful and stylish - perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff and the manager were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the late breakfast hours (ideal after a late night out). The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting. One of the highlights was the free evening transfer into town, which made exploring Mykonos so easy and convenient. Every detail was taken care of with great attention. I loved everything about my stay and will definitely come back again!

Luxurious enjoyment! When you check in, with welcome drink. The staff will take you to visit various facilities in person. The hotel design is fashionable and modern, the environment is quiet and you can see the beautiful sea view. There are enough parking spaces, the staff is warm and kind, and there are all kinds of facilities. When you enter the room There are white wine and fruit plates given to you, and then you will find that the shampoo and shower gel are carefully selected, also with Mykonos sponges. The mini bar is also very rich! In the past, most of the time I spent leaving the hotel, but this time I also felt comfortable and relaxed in the hotel. I enjoyed the feeling of sunbathing and listening to music by the pool. If you enjoy the tranquility, you must recommend this hotel.

Enigma Hideaway Suites exceeded every expectation. Having stayed at some incredible 5* boutique hotels and resorts in Mykonos, my hopes were high but it was better than we could have imagined. Every single detail was well thought of and the staff are all super friendly. We couldn’t recommend it more.

Our stay at Enigma Mykonos Hideaway Suites was nothing short of exceptional. We booked the Executive Suite, and it exceeded every expectation. The suite itself is beautifully designed, spacious, and elegant, but what truly sets it apart is the stunning view. From our private terrace, we had a panoramic vista of the Aegean Sea and the serene pool area — the kind of view you never get tired of. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help but never intrusive. The location offers true tranquility, just a short drive from the main town, giving us the perfect balance between privacy and access.

The hotel is brand new, there was honestly nothing not to like !:) What i loved the most is the elements of serenity and privacy the hotel offers. You don't feel you're in a hotel , while you get all the hotel premium services. In addition, the proximity to beach , the incredible views, the BED and the in-room pool gives you an element of calm, comfort , and serenity. The shower is incredible! Bathroom even comes with a weight scale. Breakfast was great , room service was quick, food was really good ( the gyros comes with arabic bread ! I also had the mousaka and the burger ) Value for money is definitely there , given when I checked similar properties (size , value proposition etc. ) , others were considerably higher.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Amazing hotel in a great location with beautiful views. All of the staff were so kind and friendly and offered to help with anything and everything. The Hotel manager, the receptionists, the bar/restaurant staff and the cleaners were all amazing. They sorted airport transfers for us, free transfers to and from Mykonos town every night from the hotel manager personally and provided us with a free upgrade to a suite with a private pool and also late checkout. We would definitely recommend staying here for all these reasons, plus the value for money is incredible compared to other hotels on the island. We will definitely be coming back!

Excellent breakfast with attentive and very friendly waiter. Fantastic view, great infinity pool (salt water). Enough towels. House keeping is changing towels at least 2x a day (thank you for this). Enough parking space for scooters or cars. You need a scooter, as the location is a bit remote, but this is why we have chosen it. If you are looking for a nice beach club nearby, I suggest Kuzima at Ornos. Very good kitchen and still reasonalby priced (for Mykonos)

My remarks are not about what we didn't like. These are more to be taken as suggestions. The chairs at the restaurant are not very comfortable. Its ok for half a hour or so, but if you have dinner or lunch, it's a bit cumbersome. The bar area could be a bit more "proactive". It's a ver ynice bar, why not be a bit more attentive and try to serve the guests more pro-actively.

I've been to many places, but never experienced services on such a high quality as in here. From the very first moment, we felt most welcome, the girls were so nice, kind and professional, showed us the surroundings and told us all we needed to know upon our arrival. The room itself was absolutely perfect, everything was very clean, beds very comfortable. The pool in the room was great! We felt so amazing there. Every detail is photogenic😁 The hotel is further from the city, which was a plus for us and at the same time, the hotel has its own transfer directly to the city for their guests. This was highly appreciated. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. All pools have sea salt water. The food was absolutely flawless, we recommend the Greek salad and gyros 😍 Many thanks to the manager for a highly pro-client approach. Thank you for the experience, we definitely want to come again😊

An absolutely stunning oasis tucked away from the busy streets and beaches of Mykonos. The beautiful property overlooks a serene bay, and is protected from the wind. Especially the pool area and the interior design are spectacular. We highly recommend Enigma for a get away.

We think the staff in the restaurant, especially in the evening could use a few weeks of training or an internship. We were the only guests and at one time we didn’t see the server for 30 minutes. A question about the origins of the wines was answered by a shoulder shrug and „I don’t know“. But everyone was really friendly. The absolute cherry on top would be (if possible) to improve the stairs to the ocean. We fought our way down and the bay and the swim were incredible!
