Incredible experience, stunning views high on the cliff overlooking Psarou Beach. Room and terrace were perfect with a small fridge and modern bathroom. The little church onsite made it even more special. We hike down the cliff and swam & snorkeled in the water l. Saw octopus and fish but the hike was steep & rocky but worth it to us. It is a longer hike over to Psarou Beach & Nammos Village (free beach space next to Nammos if you don’t want to pay €360 for their sunbed) but we preferred our secluded space on the rocks under the villa. One of our favorite days. Took bus from Mykonos old town to Nammos Village and then hiked over & up to the villa which was difficult but worth it. Another person in our party Ubered from new port to the hotel for €56. Great pictures up steep and very narrow roads.

It is not “on the beach “ as another review says. It is high up on a cliff at the top of the “U” shape of the bay overlooking Psarou Beach. We hiked over and down to Psarou/Nammos but it wasn’t easy.

Breathtaking view from a large terrace! Staff was super nice - big thanks to our cleaning lady Asha who was always smiling and cleaned our room every day.

Not related to the appartment: just be careful when walking through the path to the beach - we encountered a viper twice - once in the morning and once coming back in the night. If you watch your step, you'll be fine.

Very nice views. Very helpful staff. There is a parking place for your car/motorbike. (motorbike/atv can be really hard to rent becasue of the steepness) The island is very windy. Yes some music loud is coming to the property but it is really neglectable. It is very close to Nammos, not far from Scorpios. There is a path connecting the hotel to Psarou beach. Some people commented negatively about the path, but it is really easy to walk, genuine foot path of a Greek island! Pilatis Gialos beach is also not far(one of the best beach in the cyclades) but unfortunately full of sunbeds. If you rent a car and try to park Psarou/Pilatis Gialos beaches, i wish you luck 😬. If you are thinking to stay here and use the bus, yes you can do. But you have to carry your bags from Psarou beach20mins walk. And then everyday once you should leave in the morning and return in the evening, not easy but possible yes.

Island tap water is not potable!(which is very normal in such arid geography) Hotel doesnt provide you water. So please buy your own water bottles to the room. If you dont like wind, you shouldnt travel to Mykonos. Wind is in its nature of the island. This property is also a windy area!

Close walk into Nammos village and the beach, around a 5 min walk down the path over the head land. Rooms were very comfortable and were perfect to come back to after a long day at the beach. Also a short walk from the bus stop which takes you to Mykonos town (Fabrika). Stayed there with a friend while we where travelling and felt very safe the whole time. The view from the room is also amazing!

Taxi from main town was a little tricky as the road is quite narrow and steep, but we just asked to be dropped off at Nammos village after a night out and walked back up which was much easier.

The apartment has amazing view with terrace so you can drink coffee or drinks and watch beautiful landscape with endless sea. The owner is a very kind man, he helped us with everything we needed. Only few minutes to the beach by beautiful natural path. Definitely recommended !!!

nothing, everything perfect

Fantastic location overlooking the bay. We were at the end of a walking holiday so the location was perfect for us. The room was large and roomy, with all you need. The private area outside is fantastic - lovely place to watch the world go by and just enjoy. Hosts were fantastic - especially Jannis who we got to know a bit and he arranged for lifts for us to both town and airport. Thanks for a great stay :)

I have no words to describe the beauty of the placement of this accomodation. The sunrise and the sunset here is breathtaking. It’s just a few minutes by walking to Psarou beach and to road till there is amazing. The stuff and the comfort of this place it’s just something else. A big thank you for making our stay here one to remeber!

Beautiful view. Comfortable bed. Our concierge was super helpful and easily contactable. Close to some really nice restaurants.

The road to the property can be quite narrow so it is a bit stressful to drive there (especially when there are other cars trying to get past). but if you’re a confident driver you should have no problem.

The property was exactly like the photos! Due to a issue with the room we were meant to have, we were upgraded to a better and much nicer room with a jacuzzi free of charge. The facilities were great, perfect location, exceptionally clean, and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Mykonos!

Our 1st day of driving to the property was a but diffucult because the road was quite narrow and way down to the property was a bit steep. But once you get used to the road it's not a problem at all 😊
