The hotel was easy to find after our midnight ferry arrived. The room was quite large, ready for us, and easy to access after reception hours. Everything was clean, the kitchenette was well appointed, the room was comfortable and easily accessible. The staff was responsive when we made any request.

I love the feel of bare feet on cool tile, but our floor had not been mopped in days. When asked, they came immediately to do the mopping. The small shower curtain did not keep the water in the shower, which made the floor always wet. Reception hours were quite limited and seemed never open at the time we wanted to stop in. We found someone on site to help us but rarely reception. Neither of these surpassed the great things about the hotel and the room.

The room was very clean and spacious. It had a fully equipped kitchenette for all your needs and a balcony with a peaceful atmosphere and a nice view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is a bit far from the center, but we were aware of that when we booked the hotel. We actually preferred it that way because it’s quiet and relaxing to spend time there.

If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be that the shower could be a bit bigger. I’m not saying it isn’t sufficient; it’s just fine.

This property is located near footsteps from the beach and the AB (grocery) store. We stayed here for 10 nights and we feel like we stayed with family. The housekeeper on this property, Miss Rena, is such a wonderful woman. She not only cleaned our room frequently, she also didn’t make us feel bad when our 3y got sick in the bed, in the middle of the night. She was such a pleasure to chat with in the mornings as she walked by and she always interacted with our children as if they were her own.  The check-in process was very simple and it helped that we booked on this app. 

I would say the only thing we didn’t like is the fact that the laundry room is only accessible for a short window during the week. 

Eating from breakfast to dinner on the beautiful balcony with a view both on the sea and the mountains, the spacious room, the quiet, being able to just walk across the street and be on the beach, the friendly and super helpful staff that helped us booking a taxi quite last minute, letting us stay in the room after check-out until our ride.

The cooking plates are quite small and somewhat old. We managed to cook our meals on them for almost a week nonetheless. We had the impression that the room had only been cleaned once in 6 days and the cleaning schedule could be improved.

Good Location on seafront not far from Port and Restaurants,not too far from town.Big Supermarket nearby. Young man on Reception very helpful in arranging Taxi for onward travel and with lock on suitcase. Room very big with balcony,kitchenette etc.A/C good as it was so hot outside.

Not much of a view but I think it was described as sea view. Had to wait ages to check in as Reception office closed when I arrived by ferry in afternoon.

Very clean and spacious room! Location is also nice, between the city centre and the port. Staff is very friendly! Potami beach was only 10 minutes away by car, which was perfect!

Both the city centre and the port are 10-15 minutes walking distance, which is fine, but maybe something to keep in mind.

The stay was amazing and the staff was really helpful and sweet. We arrived after the reception already closed due to flight issues and the hotel contacted us to let us know where they would place our key so we could still get in. They clean every two/ three days and clean the trash daily. The apartment was neat and amazingly close to the sea.

Lovely apartments great size room, we have a top floor with massive terrace with sun beds and table and chairs. Beautiful view right on the seafront. Small beach nearby and bars on the port or in the square 10 mins walk behind the apartments

No one in reception in afternoon so when had to leave early to catch our ferry had to leave our room keys on the doorstep.

The location was ideal and the hotel itself was stylish and with character. Most importantly, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The overall atmosphere was was cozy and easy going; ideal for holidays. It was very convenient that it also had a parking lot where we could leave our car.

There could be a short table or a bench in the room to place the luggage. Also it would be nice if there was a double bed instead of two beds side by side.

The location of the hotel is excellent: it's conveniently located between Karlovasi centre and the beach, with a large supermarket nearby. The room and hotel were very clean and tidy. John, who checked us in, was super friendly and helpful with recommendations etc!

Two small things: toilet paper wasn't topped up on a couple of days, and it wasn't clear to us when check-out was so we had a bit of a rush on the moving out day.
