If I want to be a stickler, I should say coffee during breakfast was not the best.

I was extremely happy with my stay and would love to return next year. Being from Australia, it might be challenging to come back, but if I do, this is definitely where I’ll stay again."

Breakfast is sufficient. The hotel can be considered large and has large seating areas. Having a pool can be considered a plus for those who will relax at the hotel.

If you are coming to Samos for the first time, the hotel’s location may not be one of the most touristic areas where you would want to stay when you come for the first time. Although the hotel is nice, its distance to the port and some touristic centers should be considered. It is a hotel that can be considered if you are coming to the island for the second time or if you are looking for a relaxing holiday.

If we really look for something to improve it would be breakfast quality. Not because we did not like it, but in order to match overall quality of the hotel, there is room for improvement.

The location of the hotel is superb, situated right next to the beach. It’s just a stone's throw away from restaurants, vineyards, and the AB Food Market supermarket. The breakfast is fresh and offers a wide variety. The staff is exceptional, providing a warm welcome and excellent service. The room was clean and tidy, exceeding our expectations. The swimming pool is lovely and has a great view. Overall, our experience was very, very good.

The hotel's facilities were quite good compared to other hotels in Samos, our room was very clean, the hotel was very pleasant in general, and the employee named María at the entrance was very friendly and very helpful. She gave us advice on the restaurant we would go to for dinner with our family, and even called the restaurants herself and informed us about the location and availability. She was very supportive, we will not forget his help.

Staff were amazing. Very welcoming & professional. We received a room upgrade which was appreciated. Breakfast was superb. Numerous options of hot & cold choices. Coffee was from a machine which wasn't the best & we had to pay 2 euro for a cappuccino. Maybe they could invest in a good quality machine that makes cappuccinos. This is the best place to stay in Samos island. The rooms are clean and newly furbished, well air-conditioned, various breakfast options, superb pool area. everything exceeded our expectations. but most important, the staff was extremely helpful and caring during our stay. They made sure that we were comfortable every moment and even helped us with a problem outside the hotel although they didnt have to. Our special thanks and regards to Ms. Katerina for making our Samos stay so peaceful.

I would like to thank especially to the staff. They were really helpful and professional. Our room was clean. Food was above the average. Location was a little bit far away from the city center but it is also ol if you have a car. We spent great 5 days.

This is a very well managed hotel with incredibly helpful and accommodating staff, particularly the reception staff. My husband and I travel extensively for long periods of time all over the world, and this hotel ranks among the top in welcome, service, comfort, and cleanliness. Although we had only booked one night, we stayed several days longer because we enjoyed our stay here so much.
