We travelled as a family. The room was accomodating for a family of four. Having kitchen was a huge bonus for us for preparing breakfast (we don't like having breakfast outside). Our room also had a beautiful view. The rooms generally face north-west which was good for spending time on the balcony without too much sun exposure. The pool was nice. Children had some fun there. The location of the hotel is good. It is close the city center but not too close. There is a very good restaurant nearby, also a market where you can buy anything necessary for a short stay. We did not go to the nearby beach. Instead, we rented a car to go to other beaches more suited for children.

Constructive points; pool should open at 08h00 not 10h00, pool bar should serve barista made coffee (none on property), pool bar should have on hand snacks for kids, TV in room slightly bigger than a shoe box so old and should be a smart TV, only one English Channel - BBC News, metal chairs in room should have rubberise feet as noise from above very loud and people above partied until early morning moving/scraping chairs,

The view was beautiful , the staff were so accommodating and helpful before and during our stay . It felt as though it was family run, we never did find out if it was ! Loved the apartment the mozzy screens and darkness of the shutters if required at night

The walk up the hill to the hotel after a big meal in town was a struggle , but that’s cause we are unfit , probably did us good !

The staff were exceptional. Vivian made our stay in Samos one to remember. She technically became our tour guide. I have never had better than that. When the hotel people treat you like family, you will have the best time. She spent a lot of time with us explaining the history of Samos to us and also helping us find the best places and restaurants on the island. She was amazing, and we were very lucky to have her. Elsa made it very easy for us to have anything we needed with a great and beautiful smile. It makes your day when you have someone like Elsa greeting and assisting you. Anna was very welcoming and pleasant that we would feel so comfortable chatting with her and asking her for anything. And Maryam was very sweet with her vibrant smile and readiness to make everything available. She moved around the rooms like a hard working bee making sure everything was very good. Even the owner, with whom we chatted, made us feel like we own the place. You don’t usually have that feeling when you stay at any hotel. Simply it was a blessing for us to have chosen this hotel to stay at. And we would choose the same hotel if we go back to Samos, hopefully soon.

There was nothing not to like really.

The hotel is good, but the internet doesn't quite match the same level of performance. To reach the room, you have to climb a lot of stairs. Also, Google Maps might lead you around in circles near the hotel for no reason, so it's more helpful to mark Gagao Beach directly and navigate there instead.

Rooms clean and with nice and new furniture. Clean pool. Breakfast was excellent and very complete. Location is good, just a small stroll to the city, beach nearby. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We got a lot of tips for places to see, restaurants, backgrounds and some history of the island and the cities. Thanks especially Vivianne for her time and tips!

The cleanliness of the bed and sheets is excellent, every comfort in the room has been considered. helpful and friendly staff The location and view are very nice, walking distance to the sea is also a plus.

The variety and care of the breakfast is not very good, the number of tables at which to have breakfast is low, most of the tables outside cannot be seated due to the sun.

Renovated rooms

The room was at the top of the facility. Every time with 100 steps climbing to reach the room was ridiculously. For old people it is impossible. The hotel should ask the age before reservation otherwise you can face with surprise like such a climbing everest.

The hotel has a good location. We were very pleased with our holiday and our room. We will stay here again on our next trip to Samos. The employees are very attentive and friendly, thank you.

We don't have a bad experience with the hotel, everything was perfect. I can only say that it would be better if the price included breakfast.

The place was very lovely, the people were very kind and helpful. They do their best to make you happy comfortable. Its location is also very good, close to center even without a car. The breakfast was also good, with lots of different foods for all tastes. Our room was very clean. We enjoyed our staying.
