The owners and staff are very friendly kind and helpful. They clean room every day. The location is perfect . It is close to bus stop central of Karlovasi and seaside. Decoration is amazing . You feel like you live in 1920. Many antiques in dining room to enjoy the atmosphere.

The WiFi is weak. As an academic I need good WiFi when I travel for work. In breakfast there can be a more variety not only when it is full of guests also for less number of visitors. There need to be more vegetables parsley dried tomato local plants etc in stead of carbohydrates. Fruits are not so fresh. Coffee machine’s hot water button can be fixed. Olive oil can be served for breakfast . In stair corridors there can be tools on the floor to carry luggage’s.

I loved the room but mainly the written room instructions which included health & safety information which you cant find not even in 5 stars hotels. Daily cleaning. Lovely vintage piano in breakfast room. Great location. Lovely furniture and design on the staircase. In general the hotels looks like the lovely hotels of the old times, with old furniture and spotless cleaning. Lifeguard on duty by the swimming pool at all times. Long opening hours for the pool, with very nice cocktails and cold drinks very well priced, service at the table in decent glasses. Pool area was really amazing with the big trees keeping you under their shadow during hot deals.

1. Pool management / personnel should clearly post in writing (notice board) that entering the pool after consuming food or / and drinks is prohibited for ...x' number of hours. Clear statements. They should not assume that clients know this ,because in all the 'all inclusive' hotels all over Greece eating or drinking is never an issue to enter the pool. It might be dangerous to swim after eating or drinking but just putting your body into water to cool down on a hot day should not be a health and safety hazard- it's like when we return back from work, eat quickly as we are hungry and have a shower.... 2. Dogs / pets should not be allowed by the pool under any circumstances, for hygiene reasons.

Good value for money. Helpful staff . Got free room upgrade to a triple without asking .

Shower abit narrow. Breakfast could be improved. The “hot” items on offer were all cold when we went down at ten( breakfast was till 10.45) Still the hotel is very good value and very good overall

Comfortable. Excellent facilities - large pool, table tennis table, chess board.

My room was noisy from young men shouting in the pool. Breakfast was plentiful but the cheese, meats and fruits were not good quality.

Everything was great. Their breakfast is perfect. They have a super cute swimming pool surrounded with green plants. Location is good too. I really like Karlovasi even though it's not a very touristical area. I think it was quiet and peaceful. Potami beach is great here. People are extremely hospitable. I might come back in the coming years.

This was an AMAZING stay. My ferry got in super late at the port of Karlovassi (I was planning to stay in Pythagorion, but there were no buses that late from Karlovassi) - so I stayed here for one night. It's very close to the port (about a 5-7 minute taxi ride). It's also close to a bunch of restaurants and shops, so you have plenty of options around. The bus stop is right next to the hotel. The facilities are fabulous - I had a big jacuzzi hot tub in my room and a lovely balcony. The pool is great (looks really nice at night). Breakfast was great - a big spread with lots of options. I almost wished I stayed a few extra nights here! Perfect start to my vacation in Samos.

Loved the antique style furniture . It's beautiful. Nice big bathroom. Nice complimentary products like razor with shaving foam came in very handy as husband forgot his shaver home 😊. Breakfast and coffee were very good. ( lot of choice) . Definitely will return.

This is a family run hotel and they ate genuinely concerned about giving their guest the best. I will stay there again and tell many others

There was nothing I didn't like.

Breakfast was basic but good quality, as expected. A lot of amenities in the room (shaving kit, dental care kit) that you don’t find even in more expensive hotels. For 40 euros a night this was an excellent hotel.

The hotel pool is amazing, breakfast buffet very nice. Rooms are clean, with fridge and balcony. And they have a good wifi connection. The bed was comfortabel.
