Lovely family run hotel in a great location, 5 minute walk to Piso Livadi beach and marina, with lots of excellent bars and restaurants, a mini market, bakery and a couple of souvenir shops. Also 5 minutes walk in the other direction brings you to Logaras beach with an Italian restaurant/pizza place, several other restuarants/tavernas and another minimart. Frequent bus services from both to Noussa, Parikia, Lefkes, etc. There's a bigger supermarket at Marpissa, about a 20 minute walk from Arkas which is a beautiful village with some lovely churches and several tavernas (see photo of Charoula's Tavern) and a great Kafenion near the Church of the Transformation (try their Souma with lemon - yumm). The family at the hotel were really helpful when we had some issues with connecting flights and were just lovely folks. Our studio had been upgraded to a two bed apartment right at the top of the hotel, so the steps up and down took care of a few calories (they were no problems really and we're both in our sixties). Room was cleaned daily with frequent towel and bedding changes. Nice swimming pool with bar and snack service. There is car parking but we didn't have a car.

The Meltemi wind was blowing for the last part of our stay - cooling but a little wild on our balcony. We found Noussa rather expensive and touristy, Parikia similar but not so bad so we mostly stayed local with several visits to Marpissa.

Wonderful appartement with spectacular view from a balcony. Big rooms, fully equipped kitchen. Only the shower could be a bit better. Cleaning lady was very attentive and all personnel very friendly. For example we wanted to buy local olive oil and they managed to find us taverna with very good oil and helped us pack the canister for the flight. Hope to come back some day! Paros is excellent island and Arkas Inn is very good located and well managed place to visit every other part of island.

The location was great - in walking distance to beach and the little village centre. We had a three people studio upstairs. The balcony overlooking the sea was amazing with chairs and a table and a little cushioned corner to sit and enjoy the view. Sunrise is fantastic. The beds were comfy and provided towels and linen were of good quality and very clean. Towels and linen were replaced after two nights. Room was serviced daily. The whole apartment was very clean with functional furniture. Toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the pool or bar area but it looked good and like the online photos. We also didn’t opt in for breakfast. We had access to parking on the premises in a small car park - short walk to the studio. Other apartments had parking right in front which is a better option.

We had a very pleasant stay and didn’t spend a lot of time at the apartment. The kitchen has the basics which met our needs but might not be sufficient for anything wanting to self cater. There was an unpleasant musty smell in the kitchen cupboards even though everything was super clean. Wifi didn’t always work so well. To note: There are a lot of stairs which is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. My mum is older and struggled with the stairs and the walk back up from the beach.

Really friendly staff. Very clean, room and public areas. The pool was welcome and never seemed overly busy. Good coffee and cold beer in the bar. Great location between Piso Livadi and Logaras. Efficient bus service to Parikia and Naoussa All in all a fantastic spot for a break in lovely Paros

Not great for people who don't like stairs but the view makes up for that.

The view, the location, the staff and the room layout was all great. The bathroom was very nice with lots of space to pack your toiletries. Very nice balcony and the beds were also comfortable if maybe too soft. Two very nice beaches were within a 5 minute footwalk. Also a mini market was right around the corner. There were many great restaurants nearby. The room decor and facilities were all up to our expectations. They really thought it through what can be needed so there were even clippers for the clothes hanger so the wind was not an issue, these small touches were much appreciated!

The lack of power outlets near the bed was very inconvenient and the internet connection was really bad in the room. Beside these only some small things, like during our stay the room cleaning became a bit less accurate day by day. Our used coffee mugs were left in the bathroom soaking, spoons and coffee were initially refilled then not... small things but it was still noticeable.

What an excellent hotel. In between Piso Livadi and Lorgaras ( both with sandy beaches , i prefered the far end of Logaras , less people !! Excellent bus service from the main town , really inexpensive. All the staff i came into contact with at the hotel , from reception , cleaning staff and bar staff were great , really friendly and helpful. The room was brilliant , it overlooked the sea . It was very clean with everything you needed , cups , coffee and tea selection and water on arrival. Fridge in the room also. The hotel has a fab pool , pool bar and a breakfast area with terrace. The breakfast was perfect , lots of selection. I loved it here and my only regret was not being able to stay longer.

Everything was perfect

The location of Arkas Inn was perfect! Away from the busy towns of Parikia and Naoussa but still just a short bus ride if you fancied a trip! The little Marina of Pisa Livadi is just a short stroll in one direction with shops and restaurants….keep you toes in the sand while having dinner if you fancy! And Lagoras Beach a short stroll in the other direction! The hotel itself was, very clean….beautiful views, nice pool and sun terrace and the staff were friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend for singles, couples or families 😊

Really nice sea view, I was in room 230, 231 had a perfect view as it was on the end so in evening you saw both town and sea

Be wary there are lots of steps to property. Pool bar food menu is very small just a few sandwiches On balcony the air con machine is wurring and giving out hot air, it does stop once the air con turns off though

The staff were WONDERFUL. Beyond helpful, so kind and friendly, really made us feel so welcome and cared for. Our room was also fantastic as well, what a view from the balcony!!

Walls are thin so you can hear a lot from the other rooms. Not a huge issue for us at all as we like to be up and out exploring anyway!
