The location is perfect, you are a few steps to a beautiful beach ( logaras) and the bus stop. We ended up renting a car and parking was not an issue. The hotel made the arrangements for us and someone came at the agreed upon time to drop off the selected vehicle, a truly seamless process. Staff was amazing, so so helpful with providing information about the island. Emilia checked us in early, was so kind and informative, amazing customer service!! The property is exactly as depicted in the pics. We loved the area, as we visited Parikia and Naoussa but loved the quietness and chill vibes of this area, as piso lavadia is a few blocks to the left wth a beautiful view, a few shops and really yummy restaurants. There is a mini mart (2 min walk) and a grocery store about a 13 min walk away.

Only a few small things, but I would still book this unit again ! The shower was messy, no matter how you tried to contain the water inside, the floor was always a bit wet. There was no oil for cooking, no cutting board, and no dish to bake something in the oven. No bottled water upon arrival which would have been appreciated as you are not able to consume the tap water.

We stayed at a great apartment during my work trip Hermes is the name, and we loved it, as the place was super clean and had all the amenities we needed, making it feel just like home. The mattresses were really comfy, which was perfect after a long day of work. Plus, everything I wanted—restaurants, coffee shops, you name it—was just a short walk away. Overall, was an excellent mix of comfort and convenience. I definitely recommend it to anyone traveling for work or just passing through.

Fantastic beachside retreat! This beautifully is exavtly what we needed, the staff was attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect, with all amenities just a short walk away. The house itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with everything from towels to beach umbrellas provided. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and ocean and mountains views, we felt relaxed. We highly recommend this beachside house for vacation, see you soon again girls!

Location is great within walking distance to the beach (1mn) and to Piso Livadi port with local tasty restaurants. The house is perfect with an amazing terrace and view of the sea and the mountains. The place is calm and relaxing, exactly what we need for vacation but still have all the necessities around! The girls are amazing hosts, very welcoming, giving a lot of tips to visit the area and always available during your stay. Highly recommended. Thank you again for your warm welcome!

Great getaway house next to Logaras sandy beach, we enjoyed that we could go walking distance to the sea and enjoy beach life by summer! The house was spotless and tidy, the girls were attentive and informed us of all the great spots, hidden treasures, not to miss a thing. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very warm welcome by the host Anastasia. If there was a question or anything we needed she could help us quickly. The apartment had a good size for a family. Washing machine and all other electrical devices which a family might need are available. Same with services e.g. car rental with delivery to the hotel or beach towel rental. Easy to reach by bus and nice small village with beach, harbor and a few restaurants and shops.

Unfortunately no sea view from our apartment (ground floor) but still we had a nice place to sit outside. Bad and steep street up to the hotel (hard to go with a stroller). Thus it is better to come with a car (also for grocery shopping).

The location was great. The property was ok. Kitchen was well equipped. Front door was not easy to open from inside. Screws were loose. We got a knife to screw in the nails so we could open the door.

We stayed at a cozy home and we had a wonderful experience! The house was warm and inviting, with really comfortable beds. The property was spotless and the staff was polite and attentive. The location right next to the sea was perfect, with the sound of the waves helping us sleep well and feel the calmness of nature. Logaras sandy beach is one of our favorites. It's a relaxing getaway for sure, especially if you like to enjoy a beach life!

The property is very well located close to a beach and shops and restaurants. The bus stop is a short walk away. The property was clean, modern, well equipped to make your stay comfortable. The property also offered assistance with arranging airport transfers.

There was a lot of stairs to climb with luggage to get to the unit we stayed in. That is something to take into account when you have older guests.

The location was perfect. We did not rent a car and the Logaras bus stop was a 1-2 min walk so it was very convenient. It was also only a 7-minute walk to a good bakery and a supermarket. Very close to the beach and the Piso Livadi port.

The street to walk up to the property was a bit steep. For our family it was fine but it may be difficult for some.
